I work for a construction company-- the options for extended stay in Albany seem especially limited for furnished apartments. From start to finish Amanda Futch and Kevin Grady have provided exceptional service for the chaos I present to them. It also helps that the two have strong senses of humor.They have provided multiple furnished apartments under what Id label an extremely short notice. The complex is conveniently located to a virtually all amenities including the airport and the design of the interior and exterior is stylishly modern. One of many perks is that youre practically never going to arrive at this location without seeing some beautiful dog(s) on a walk.I love it, makes a southern boy feel real fancy-like.Moving for another job, I ran into issues with a new apartment complexs scheduling and Amanda was able to extend the stay with no issues so that I didnt end up homeless. Really good experience from start to finish.

I wish I had great things to say. The staff was nice enough, however the complex was very misleading. The smart home features did not work and there was no attempt by the support company to resolve the issues. The neighbors upstairs sounded like they conducted 24/7 fitness classes while the neighbors below smoked and vaped in the bathroom filtering into my place.There was trash and used furniture all around, but seldom in the dumpsters. Cigarette butts were strewn about the grounds, along with other garbage, broken glass, rubber gloves, masks, condoms and even small bags of drugs outside building 3 where I used to see children play.The pool was just a dug hole in the ground, I bet tenants would have liked to have a pool this summer. Also grills were not permitted, they have one at the club house for 6 buildings (roughly 120 apartments?). If you live in building 6 you have to walk almost a 1/4 mile to grill some burgers?That place was sadly short of luxury. Id suggest looking elsewhere.

I don’t have anything bad to say about Schuyler Commons. I moved in right before the new year, and the staff has been continuously accommodating. My favorite part about the complex is that even though it’s an apartment complex, it is so quiet and has a very private feeling. Plus it’s close to everything you need!

Being former Albany county residents, we return to the area each summer doing a 3 month corporate rental. I was so pleased to find Schuyler Commons this past summer, new since my visit the summer of 2018. I loved the apartments. They are well located. The apartment was bright, cheery, and spacious with ample kitchen cabinets and closets. Bathrooms were extremely spacious. Staff was friendly, and service was very quick when needed. We had a great summer at Schuyler commons, and being in Latham.

I moved in about 5 months ago and really like my apartment! The neighbors upstairs are noisy and sound like theyre moving furniture on a daily basis, but Amanda has been very kind and helpful anytime I have reached out to her.

Were current tenants of Schuyler Commons. The staff is organized, and communicative. We werent sure of our plans and they gave us a couple of different options that worked for us. The kitchen is great, and the color palette is modern and clean. The best part is it is pet friendly which is very helpful for us.

Haven’t been here long, but so far we really like the place. The apartment is nice, the staff has been quick and happy to answer any questions we have and the environment is good. Looking forward to being here!

Excellent luxury apartment community. Just 7 miles to downtown state officesnity in the latham and entire Albany ny area. Right on exit 5 convenient to highways, very near to Walmart, target, hannaford or wolf road. Leasing staff were very helpful through out the day. Very reasonable rent for the brand new luxury apartment. Just 350 dollars more than what you pay outside fir 60s or 70s old apartments. I would recommend 100 percent.

Beware of the move out cost. Cheating and charging more than $3000 in the name of replacing the carpet and painting. Instead of cleaning and washing the carpet, redoing their apartment with move high charges. Any more voice raise on sent you file on collection. Very bad!!!

Current tenant, bunch of rich spoiled college kids live here. Not luxury at all, the appliances look nice but are cheap quality. Especially the washer and dryer. Will find a better place for my money.
