Scope realty has some of the most down to earth, and caring people you will come across. There’s nothing they won’t do to make your experience the best it can be. From apartment searches, to mentoring, to closing deals. Unlike many other places, they put their resources and knowledge back into the company. They will do anything & everything to make sure their salespeople are getting all the information they need, and all the training they need to give the best experience to their clients. Truly an incredible company!
Very insightful and intensive training that truly prepares you for the realty of being an agent. Extremely helpful managers and veteran agents who are around to give advice to newer agents.
Coming in as a newly licensed real estate agent, I expected a slow transition. The Scope Realty training process was super quick, informational, and effective. In the first week alone, I was able generate leads, show apartments, and build my client base. Excited to be a part of such a supportive team!

Scope is a dedicated establishment that works hard towards making successful real estate agents. Scope is the greatest. I am a landlord who listed my property with them and I had 3 qualified tenants within the first DAY.Everyone I worked with on their team is amazing, prompt, courteous and professional, and even my new tenants made a point to tell me how great the Scope team has been with accomodating them. Working at Scope so far has been great; the initial internship/mentorship program is exactly what I needed to get my career in real estate started. There are ongoing training sessions available multiple times a week for both interns and licensed real estate salespersons and senior agents are always around to answer any questions. I think Scope is a great brokerage to get a kickstart on a real estate career, but there are lots of growth opportunities so I can also see myself staying more long-term.

Update: Thank you for replying to my initial complaint. It has been retracted. Indeed, it was a scam and a naïve mistake on my part. Apologies to the innocent individual and your company.I had tried to contact your office multiple times to verify the information that was given to me before submitting the application fee, and I never got through. So the as we explained to you directly, multiple times is false. I also never stated the means of communication in my prior post and I did indeed have an email exchange and did receive the apartment address. I submitted the application fee with hope, as many people have when looking for apartments. I also notified management on the scam that was occurring with their unit after I realized what had happened. Regardless of the logistical semantics, your office could have picked up the phone and offered guidance. A large sum was not lost and action was taken to raise awareness. There are millions of people that are victims of scams and Im glad this was a lesson learned.As you are aware that your realty and agents are being impersonated on different platforms, I think measures should be taken on your part to protect your agency, whatever measures that may be.Let this be a learning opportunity to anyone reading this post. Do not let this post determine whether you will work with this office to find your new home. Thanks!
As I eagerly submitted my application, I began to wonder what my future looked like with this newly opened door as an opportunity. I began doing my research as I anticipated a call that could change my career for the better.5:59 came along with butterflies full of nervousness as they would for any other interview.Zach answered, very faintly, without giving me an opportunity to even introduce myself, he stated all his information all in the same breath within a minute and a half.I even went as far as asking him, more than once, to repeat the information because it sounded as if he were standing in a basement without signal– the call was consistently cutting in and out.Zach heard my repeated request and responded in a loud sigh indicating a loss in his patience. As he proceeded to re-inform me of his details in a very slowly demeaning tone. As if i wasn’t capable of fully grasping the idea of a course being $300.I then asked him if there was anything else he had missed within those two minutes of a conversation being one sided. Zach said no, told me to reach out to him if I was interested and ended our call.What could had been an positive informative half hour conversation– turned into a two minute call where the interviewer made no attempt to hide his desperation to end the call sooner leaving me absolutely astonished.My experience was more than AWFUL to say the least.Thank you very much Zach from Scope Realty.You will not be seeing my name in any of your applications moving forward from this unprofessional experience nor will I be recommending this company to anyone I know.Best of luck to the company and to Zach and his promising endeavors.
Had a wonderful experience using scope realty! The agent was knowledgeable, professional and responsive. She helped me find and buy my dream home in midtown Manhattan and I even used one of their preferred bank lenders for the mortgage. A friend of mine is also working with an agent to buy a condo in Manhattan. Highly recommend using this company!
I found an apartment via Facebook Marketplace and messaged about scheduling a viewing. Real estate agent Freddy was quick to respond and we made an appointment. He gave me all the information about the prices and the apartments. But my favorite part was that he actually came on time to our appointment! I value my time and I had a really bad experience prior to this one with brokers always showing up late. We signed a lease, everything moved very quickly. Great experience overall.
I don’t have experience with any other agent at Scope but it would be impossible for them to be as good as Nadia. Legit, if feels almost too good to be true. Securing real estate with Nadia was unbelievably painless. She worked within my schedule (we got a lot of late night/ early morning work done), she understood my needs (for space and freedom), she listened and addressed my concerns. All the things you want in a FRIEND—- Nadia was those things in a BROKER! She didn’t waste my time which is huge because it is super limited. I had to wait to get the keys before leaving this review because signing was such a breeze I thought it had to be a scam but nope, it was surreal, unreal and VERY real. I recommend everyone to Scope and Nadia
Working in Real Estate is tough. New York City? Probably one of the most competitive cities, if not the most competitive. When you work at Scope, youre not just jumping into the shark tank. They offer excellent training and support from the beginning and throughout your time here.They are very responsive when you need help and they really push beginners to succeed.When it comes to helping our clients find the best home, we are well equipped. I absolutely hate apartment searching in NYC. I was lucky to come across an agent who made it rather enjoyable for once. Even through all my grumpiness and pickiness, Tony was extremely professional and persistent. He worked around my schedule and was fun to talk to, too. Usually I drop the agent after theyve shown me the apartment that I made the initial appointment for because I know theyll just drag me around showing all the apartments they have within my budget, but theyll show me nothing that Im actually looking for... but not with Tony. He listened carefully and immediately eliminated everything that he knew I wasnt looking for. Hes very observant as well; I was beginning to grow tired from running around so he offered to call us an uber to take us to the next viewing. I actually ended up liking a lot of the apartments he had to show me because of this, and that never happens for me. He even made arrangements so I could see the unit like 5x before I decided to apply because I really wanted it to be the perfect apartment, with no compromise of any sort. Even throughout the application, he answered my many many questions thoroughly and almost instantly. He made sure I had all my paperwork in order and told me how to fill things out to make everything most efficient. Im so glad I gave into his persistence at the start because I wouldnt have been able to move into the place I am in now, which is nothing below what I wanted. I highly recommend Tony at Scope Realty, he wont disappoint.
I worked together with Kiana Sullivan to get my first apartment! She showed me multiple listings and was very professional. She also made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I was really grateful for the patience she showed when answering any questions I had. Just finished moving in and will most definitely contact Ms Sullivan in the future!
Roger was a great agent and not only helped make the rental process easier, but fast as well. I got help from Roger , he was awesome! He help me and my boyfriend find the perfect apartment for us . It was our first time looking for an apartment and he was very helpful he help us filling the application and getting all the documents we needed. He make sure to find something that we liked and that fit our budget.

The staff at Scope Realty really made my rental process easy. I was nervous about finding a place I liked within the time frame I needed to move out. I found Naratchira through Facebook, and his response time was almost immediately. Day or night he would respond to my questions and helped me through out the whole process of getting my apartment. Even helped me get approved !! Definitely recommend him. Super happy with my new place. Very professional, high energy and charismatic. 10/10 would recommend.
Main reason I stuck with Miguel from Scope was his perseverance and my close examination of competing properties in the area. He fought for me to get this apartment. I was able to use rulers to measure the height and width of the dimensions in a 3D modeling site. after leaving to make an informed decision about what kinds of furniture to bring in without having to bring measuring tape.

With no sales experience & looking for a new challenge in my retirement, I went to the Scope midtown office. Angel , Damien & the entire office staff was welcoming & professional. After speaking with Zach Tatge & learning the process from him, I felt confident to move forward. After Scope paid for my classes & the moral support I received from Zach during the process, I passed the state test & got my license. Everything Zach told me about came to fruition. Miguel Q. was awesome. Immediately got a good feel for what I was looking for, and ran me all over trying to help me find the right place. Incredibly personable and fun to work with, answered all my million pelting questions, and gave me solid advice to boot! About a week ago I was searching for an apartment, and came in contact with Scope Realty — expecting the search to take a few weeks. To my surprise, I was introduced to a myriad of choices within my budget. And the best part is the process was absolutely seamless. Seriously, I know who to refer and where I’ll be going back to for RE needs. They’re highly professional.
I tried to hire an agent who had been in contact with me through social media. He ultimately acted extremely unprofessional and said he would send me listings and never did. I asked him on 3 separate occasions and he gave me an excuse but claimed he would send them the next day each time. He knew the date I needed to find an apartment by yet he NEVER sent me listings to look at. If he wasn’t interested In making money he should have just said that up front instead of wasting my time for weeks. Oh well I hired a PROFESSIONAL broker to help me and found an apartment with no issues. If you decide for whatever reason to use this company, I would make sure the agent you use has a reputation and reviews or else you may end up in a similar situation.
When I got my real estate license, I immediately signed on with Scope. They have been extremely warm, helpful, and motivating. Zach is amazing. Scope is a young, dynamic, technology-driven firm, easily earning 5 stars.
I have been meaning to write this for awhile, but wow what a great experience. My agent Maggie K was so incredibly friendly and treated me like family during the whole process. This was the smoothest experienced i had with a real estate agent. I am a college student and alot of places i have been to rejected me because I’m young. Naratchira was the person who assisted me in finding an affordable and perfect place and he made sure he help me every step of the way until everything goes well. Guillermo and Milena (a.k.a. Mila) are just amazing people inside and out. I was getting very worried about my move date timeline. I had reached out to Guillermo about a unit that had apparently already been rented. Fully expecting that to be the end of our conversation. Ill admit I was a bit curt in my response, assuming hed leave me scrambling through the internet chasing after unit after unit (like many other brokers do). INSTEAD, they both took the time to personally seek out exactly what I was looking for, and even checked in with ME the following day with what they found.Yall, not only did they find me the exact unit I was looking for -- but they kept it UNDER my budget! You should SEE the view from this incredible unit. Both of them came prepared to recognize and level with me on how important it was to be able to save for my own unit (that Id like to buy next year), while also staying safe in a space I could be proud of.Mila and Guillermo, its such a relief to feel I had friends in all this and to be able to work with people who really looked to connect with my needs and keep me safe (and under budget). Words cannot express my thanks.

Scope Realty and more specifically Patrick Dietz were awesome in helping me and my fiance in our pursuit to move to NYC. We were moving from Chicago which made things a little tougher. Despite this Patrick communicated very well and was able to use our strict demands and found us an apartment that gave us everything we wanted. Despite a hiccup that was out of his control and made things take much longer, he remained professional and was determined the whole time to get us into the apartment. I could not recommend him and Scope Realty enough, and plan on using them for our future real estate needs.

I worked with Rajesh and he was very patient with all of the questions I had. I like the fact that all the properties he showed me, he had immediate access to and knew all of the landlords, supers and property managers he was working with. Just visited the office located on 39th street. the place is a dump....The girl who runs the office Jamila...talks, behaves and writes like a non intelligent 5 years old...just a true horror....She cant listen, doesnt read texts and generally clueless. Have no idea where do you find people like that. They dont manhattan sales , what a surprise?? any new Yorker would run away from there....

Horrible experience, its purpose is to sell the course, the place I went it looks like a fishbowl, with no space for anyone, the person who attended to me, very bad looking, had a short dress, which was not interested in closing her legs so that she didnt worry to show the underwear, like the top, very unprofessional and spoke as if she were in a competition, the supposed interview was 5 min, and she said to me pay $ 100 somethings in advance, Very unprofessional.Since the reception to all that big fishbowl.

2022-05-25As someone who had no prior experience in the real estate industry, I had no idea where to even start. But when I went into the office for an interview with Zach, he explained all the steps to me and made sure that I understood what I needed to do to get my license. This was a huge help in the beginning, but it didnt stop there. After passing the state exam, I was surprised by the amount of support provided through training that I believe is uncanny to many other firms in New York. The training does not only teach you about the many different components to closing on a real estate transaction, but it goes in-depth with unique sales techniques that will help any new agent. Scope Realty is a brilliant firm for new agents.

2022-07-26I am having a great experience so far. The training is absolutely great and the support from their main agents is on spot. In general I feel at home. All the rest concerning getting leads and earn your commission is about being tenacious, paying attention to the onboard classes and just work hard like any other job. Maggie is just great and Zach is very attentive.

They helped me study for the exam and get my license, and even after finishing their training, theyre still hands-on and patiently coaching. 2022-05-25Scope realty, by far was the best choice. the team is excellent, the training excellent as well. first time doing into the office sat down and immediately we got to work, by this I mean bought the course books etc. and from there I started studying fro the exam, first time around wasnt great, but everything you need to know is literally on the text books, and the videos as well, and the email that is sent to you. point being second time around passed it like nothing, onboarding was great learned a lot in just a short week, thankfully the team is very supportive and there to answer your questions you may have. some realty is dedicated to making you money in real estate so if choosing a brokerage id say choose scope, and be apart of this very growing team!!
