Dr Scott Surasky is my “go to” if I get into any back trouble. As a yoga teacher, I occasionally pull something- I always feel better and out of pain after seeing him. I am so grateful for his skill. He is knowledgeable and conservative in his approach and I trust him. The office staff is kind and do their best to get me an appointment on a moments notice. I would highly recommend this office to my clients, friends and family.
I was treated by Dr. Surasky for both my first and second pregnancy. I wouldn’t trust anyone else - he is really the best. I have a history of chronic migraines and developed carpel tunnel while pregnant. My migraines were reduced significantly and the pain from the carpel tunnel nearly stopped completely. I highly recommend him , especially if you are pregnant and seeking chiropractic care.
Amazing Chiropractor with great advice for all age groups and individuals with specific or special needs. Helped resolved my lower back pain and gave great exercise advice and different activities to do to strengthen my spine. I have been coming here for years and I would not choose anywhere else. The office staff are always on top of things, whether its in regards to insurance to keeping the facility clean!I see Dr. Scott Surasky, who is a Neuro Chiropractor. He has extensive knowledge of the body and all kinds of treatment. He also isnt the chiropractor you have to be afraid of breaking your back. He has a very fine-tuned touch and knows just how to help you, whether its through adjustments, therapy, or helping you get the scans you need, like MRIs.I am now 32 and have been working a desk job for over 7 years, 5 years at home. Currently, he is treating my neck and my lower back, due to an unfortunate discovery of a herniated disc (L5). Also, my lower right leg was completely numb for a month! I thought it was so unfair to have something so serious at 31! But he took me on!Well, with each treatment, the numbness disappeared! And with the therapy provided, I am able to get the care I need to help me do my desk job. I am in recovery due to him and hope to become active again someday soon!They are like family to me and my mom, who also has a lot of spinal problems.Much blessings to this office! Dr Surasky and the girls were so very nice and accommodating from day one! Dr Surasky is very thorough and explains every step of the process. The therapy sessions were painless and actually very soothing. My back feels 200x better!
Dr. Scott Surasky is an excellent chiropractor who is treating my shoulder injury, which was caused by weightlifting. He is very knowledgable in the fitness space and has advised me on what to do/what not to do in the gym given my circumstance. If you have an injury that is preventing you from performing in sports/fitness, I recommend that you see Dr. Scott Surasky. Also, his office staff is very nice and professional.

I highly recommend Dr. Scott Surasky of Great Neck’s New York Neurology and Pain Medicine. When my lower back went “out” a few years ago from over-doing abdominal exercises at the gym, the pain was so severe that I cried all night. The next day, Dr. Surasky (who graciously fit me in on extremely short notice) told me that within a couple of weeks my back would feel like nothing ever happened. He was right. It’s as good as new. In the 25-plus years that I have been his patient because of a bad neck, I’m always amazed at his extensive and impressive knowledge of the human body which far exceeds spinal issues. And his entire staff is professional, warm and caring. With Dr. Surasky and his crew you’re in the best hands.

I’m choosing to write this to warn any other pregnant women from going to this doctor. At six months pregnant, he had me lie directly on my stomach for my adjustment. It was only after from my OB that I learned how dangerous this was and that it could have put my baby in harms way. The adjustment also was not even done properly and I left feeling worse. I chose to go back to my old chiro that doesn’t take my insurance and he had a proper pregnancy pillow and I walked out feeling much better right away.
Very impressed with doctor and his staff and look forward to my second visit to discuss therapy! Will review follow up visits in the future!very happy with the therapy and advice given by Dr Scott! Improving and down to 2x weekly instead of 3x!Staff are extremely pleasant and informative!
LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Surasky! I had chronic hip pain every day for over 15 years ... was told it was arthritis and there was basically nothing I could do about it. Met Dr. Scott and after a consultation he developed a plan. And within a matter of months, my pain is gone!!! I am a nurse and when it’s a busy work day I still get some pain ... but only occasionally! Its literally miraculous. Other than that I HAVE NO PAIN !!!!I thank God for Dr Scott ... he is THE ONE YOU NEED TO SEE !! Plus he is so knowledgeable, patient and kind... I could go to a chiropractor in my neighborhood, but I choose to drive 60 miles round trip to see HIM.

Absolutely the best Dc. He works absolute miracles and has the nicest bedside manner. He is so knowledgeable in every aspect of medicine. His staff of receptionist and assistants Jenna and Krystal are the nicest girls and super friendly and helpful.
Dr. Scott Surasky is a humble magician. I had a recurring pain in my neck that would go away and come back for the whole year (because some degeneration of the spinal disks that resulted in trapped nerves, due to the sedentary lifestyle (always leaning towards the computer) and poor posture. The pain would make it severely uncomfortable to turn my head, and would travel to my back and shoulder. After 2.5 months of Dr. Surassky’s adjustments, I have forgotten all about it. Within the first month I felt significant relief (60% of my pain was gone) and the rest dissipated within the next month or so. Thank you Dr. Surasky for making my life enjoyable once again. Also, the support staff is super friendly and helpful, the office feels homely and personal and appointments run on time. They are also super flexible with appointments, while being able to see a huge number of patients. P.S. Last but not least - the doctor is also a very nice person.

I pulled my back and had to come in as an emergency. I was taken pretty quickly. Staff is great, Dr was very detailed and I did everything that I was told and am doing much better in less than 2 weeks. Will continue to get back on track!

2021-05-17Doctor Surasky is a lifesaver! I have been battling vertigo for almost 4 years and have seen everyone from neurosurgeons to orthopedists to an upper cervical chiropractor in NJ. I finally found relief longer than two weeks and can start working out again! He is extremely knowledgeable and is very empathetic. The women in the office are wonderful and very accommodating. I am usually in my car traveling to and from my appointment longer than I’m in the office, but it is well worth it! I highly recommend Dr. Surasky.

2021-04-21I had a good feeling from the time I called to make my first appointment. The office staff is warm, kind and accommodating and Dr. Surasky is truly unique. He initially told me it would take a week for him to look over my scans and take measurements to be able to treat me and he saw the look on my face and how much pain I was in and said I’ll look everything over tonight, make an appointment for tomorrow. An incredible doctor and amazing human being.

2021-01-22Dr Surasky is extremely Knowledgeable, Experienced, Compassionate and genuinely cares about his patients well-being. He is careful, thorough and thoughtful where it matters, evaluating the patient and the patients data. He has not only treated my spinal stenosis, but has successfully treated my hands & shoulder and therefore, I avoided surgery. His Staff is Compassionate, Charismatic, & Caring and takes great interest in their patients well being. I highly recommend Dr Surasky for his expertise and bed-side manner!

2021-10-27I was very impressed on how thorough he was with the initial interview to find out what were my primary aches and pains are so he can start a treatment for my specific complaints. I have had numerous different doctors try with little to no help. Hopefully Dr. Surasky will be able to help when I finally receive treatment. “More to follow!”

2019-10-04I highly recommended Dr. Scott Surasky. I initially started going due to back and hip pain. With his treatments, adjustments, and exercises, I can finally say I am pain free. My back feels stronger than ever. He is extremely thorough and really takes the time to work with you. He was even able to do a foot scan so I could get custom made orthotics that have enabled me to start running again, minus the back pain.The staff is also amazing. Jenna and Crystal are so friendly and accommodating. They really go above and beyond for their patients.I truly can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Surasky and this office. Don’t hesitate to give them a call!

His office staff..each and everyone one of them are ROCKSTARS they welcome you with a smile and always ready to assist with any of your needs.I’ve had lower back pain for years, seen many doctors, and no luck. I then found Dr. Surasky and my prayers were answered. He has eased lots of my back pain. Now life is back to a norm for me. Glad to have found him! I can honestly say he has saved me!
