Scotts Flowers did an amazing job with preparing me the Tiffanys bouquet for my engagement proposal. Flowers arrived on time and were very fresh. They were also nice enough to include the white vase as shown in the picture with my order. Would highly recommend anyone to use their services!

Ive personally been a florist for over 12 years personally and Scotts Flowers is my own go-to shop when I cant make my own! I order flowers for clients and friends and coming from a design firm, were very selective. Scotts has exceeded expectations every time. I just sent out an order and they were able to send a photo of an arrangment that had some substitutions prior to delivery. I wasnt crazy about the selections for the occassion, so they made adjustments quickly. Briana, Teresa and Brooke are all very pleasant to work with too. Their website usually removes items they no longer have in stock, so Im never disappointed and know exactly what Im getting. Fresh flowers and theyve even sent the most gorgeous orchid arrangement Ive seen in a long time. Their loyalty program is awesome too. Highly recommended!
I am so IMPRESSED with this florist.! I have never had a flower shop send a photo prior to delivery, this is way above and beyond what I was expecting. I love seeing the flowers that were ordered, but you never want to ask the person receiving them to send a picture. I ordered a floral arrangement for my daughters birthday. This was my first time ordering with Scotts online and as such, I had a welcome discount code to use. However, when I placed my order, I neglected to include my code. I called the store immediately afterward and spoke with Olya, who was very helpful and understanding, and she promptly refunded the difference to my credit card. Additionally, the delivery person texted my daughter to alert her that he was on his way the day of delivery, which was appreciated, and to top it all off, the flowers were beautiful!! She absolutely loved them!! A great experience all the way around. I was exceptionally pleased and will order from Scotts again in the future.

Scott’s Flowers creates Beautifully designed, modern bouquets as well as luscious green houseplants that are potted and ready to go (classic / neutral tones). They go above and beyond with customer service. Great family run business and I’m so glad they survived the last year!

Love this florist! I have a family member in New York City and I have sent flowers from Scotts on a couple of occasions now. The arrangements are gorgeous and the flowers are so fresh. They are very professional and get the flowers out on the date and time you need them. I would highly recommend this florist.
I asked Chris from Scotts Flowers to put together an arrangement at the last minute and he had it ready to go first thing the following morning. I like that they send a confirmation email with a photo of the arrangement attached, something Ive never seen before when ordering flowers online. When an orchid arrangement I was delivered last week was experiencing bud blast, I reached out. Rob was so kind to answer all my plant care questions and sent me a beautiful replacement once we determined the plant was sick. Theyve completely won me over!!

She was very quick in understanding our vision and was extremely dedicated to deliver it in high quality, and was very experienced and communicative. I enjoyed all of this flower shops roses. They had every kind of flower you could choose from. I liked how the flowers were wrapped. It was also very classy and trendy. You can pick what kind of kind of wrap you want. The florist was also very kind and polite. Im probably going to visit your flower shop again.

I called late in the day for delivery the next morning. They sent a photo before delivery, delivered earlier than promised, and produced a beautiful arrangement - exactly as I described I wanted! I have been using Scott’s Flowers as my go to florist for years now and all I can say is, this place is amazing! Each and every orchid arrangement we have received over the years has been absolutely stunning and even better they last! So much so that my girlfriend has setup a recurring orchid order. We also received a beautiful five foot Fiddle Leaf tree (a traditionally finicky tropical plant) over two years ago that is still going strong to this day. Their product quality and customer service is unmatched and I would only ever recommend Scott’s Flowers!

I had ordered an arrangement this past Friday for my 9 year old granddaughter, Nora Avci, who had surgery that morning and was feeling very low. She is a level 6 gymnast who fracturedher elbow and had to have a screw put in. It arrived so quickly, I was amazed.The arrangement, TIFFANY, was glorious. I have used them for all occasions, personal and professional....just when I thought I had seen all of their designs they hit it out of the park today. I used Scotts Flowers for the first time last week to send an arrangement to my Aunt as a thank you gift. She is a very trendy retired fashion executive so I wanted to wow her. She immediately sent me a picture of the arrangement after delivery and loved it. The picture she sent me looked more or less identical to what you see on the website. The people were so helpful and friendly on the phone. When it comes to pricing I feel like flowers, regardless of where you buy from, are always expensive and usually dont match the price you pay versus what you get. HOWEVER this was not the case... while the arrangement wasnt cheap (I got the Whittmore large vase arrangement) the price point definitely lived up to and exceeded my expectations. Furthermore as a man who doesnt care much about flowers, they make some very eye catching/unique designs that I would even put in my own apartment. Definitely recommend!!Thanks again,John A.

I’ve been using Scotts flowers for years now, along with my friends and family, and they never cease to amaze me. I’ve gotten bouquets for my birthday, promotional reasons at work and for Valentine’s Day, I’ve also purchased them for several occasions and ON MY MAMA they are the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen. They also last way longer than any other flowers I’ve purchased, and they smell as if they have fallen straight from heaven. Are you looking for the most beautiful leis in town? Ive found them for you. Seriously, dont go anywhere else because you will be disappointed. I have family in Hawaii and lived on Oahu for several years, so I have very high expectations for my leis. Scotts Flowers NYC only uses the finest and freshest flowers for their leis, and they carry an assortment of styles. Even if youre ridiculously last minute for a graduation (like me), they will have a fully stocked fridge of freshly made leis for you to buy.
I walked by the store front this afternoon and I was blown away by the stunning arrangements, clean display and overall aura as the beautiful sunshine peered through the clear glass. I rang the bell and was immediately attended to by one of the owners. He treated me with the utmost respect and I was impressed with his and the other owners (his brothers - this place has amazing family history) knowledge and experiences. I spent over 20 minutes conversing with the staff and I could feel that family-vibe. I will be back very soon. Thank you!

My fiance often travels to NYC for work, and I was looking to send flowers to her hotel. Scotts was extremely accommodating given I only knew the hotel name, and not the specific room. They were able to work with the hotel upon delivery to determine the correct room, delivered an incredible arrangement, and won me many brownie points at home! I will 100% use Scotts again for all my floral needs in NYC.

John has always created the perfect bouquet for any occasion. Our 93 year old mom had to put her 16 year old dog to sleep yesterday. Her granddaughter is the one who found this florist and when she called and explained the situation to John he promised to create something beautiful and have it waiting when we returned. One one star for the packaging of my gift sent to my girlfriend today, otherwise, the flowers value or colors I purchased did not look at all similar to the value or colors She received. The store put a smooth female phone operator who denied any wrong doing and insisted that their prices are competitive! Truth of the matter is they over charged me for same day delivery claiming I called a little late. I would not recommend this florist to my friends.

Used them many times flowers always get to where I need them within 24hrs,and I send them to little places no one has heard of! They are always beautiful and on time! I have no idea how they do it! Last week, I was looking for a small gift for my girlfriend, went in this beautiful shop on 37th St and asked for help as no one cared as I walked in. I was greeted by a non professional employee, who had hard time remembering the flowers names or prices as he was shooting any numbers on me. however, I had no other choice than purchasing as there was no other florist in the area I know of. Flowers were over priced and of a terrible quality I am never going back there again. Sad how they also asked me to walk out as their business hours are over when I was wondering of why the flowers as so expensive. I paid cash hard earned money and the flowers died in 3 days.

I called to inquire if they carried any flowers that were edible. The young lady who answered the phone, Briana, said they did not, which, shocked me. I guess that means they dont carry roses, marigolds, hibiscus, pansies, violets, jasmine, and the list goes on and on....*deep sigh*. It would really be helpful to have a more knowledgeable person answering inquiries or at least, offer to find out instead of just saying no and hurrying off the phone.
The staff was very friendly but the policy and management loses two stars. Order was delivered same day but at 10:12pm (website claimed 7pm-ish typical delivery if order is placed by 2pm and I placed mine at 1:33pm). This was not a major bother, but up front I asked them to print a small handwritten note to replace the typed message on the card (keeping within their specified character limit) and they could not be bothered whatsoever with such details of consequence to the customer or the recipient. Three excuses were offered one right after the other for this refusal and thats when I took it as a given that customers exist to serve this businesss needs, not the other way around.

2022-06-14Scott’s flowers is the most perfect flower there ever is. There are so many options to choose from where it be fresh flower or dried/preserved. My college I were greeted by Johnny and he is the best ever ! He was so helpful & patient & super informative. He was so knowledgeable about everything they carried. Delivery was prompt and arrived upon all requests made. Can’t wait to visit again 😊

2021-10-16I got hung up trying to order online since I live outside the US, so I kind of panicked because I wanted these flowers to get to my daughter that day. I called as soon as the shop opened and got Robert on the phone. He just took care of business and told me not to worry about anything. He even called my daughter as the van approached to let her know there was a delivery about to be made. No doubt Scotts Flowers will be my go to place for all flower ordering going forward. 2022-05-07I’ve ordered arrangements from here several times and they normally arrange them nicely and include specific blooms that I request.I just picked up a handheld bouquet for Mother’s Day and it was not at all what I asked for and included flowers I specifically said NOT to use and missing the ones I wanted. They were already closing when I picked it up and the guy I placed the order with was not there. It pretty much looked like they threw it together last minute with no thought. not like the pretty arrangements I saw in store earlier that day.I was irate the rest of the evening having to look at a $75 bouquet that was not at all what I wanted to give to my mom.

I discovered Scotts Flowers when she graduated from NYU and they have become my consistent florist of choice in NYC ever since. The flowers are always high quality, they service is always helpful, and their delivery reliable. It is a company that clearly takes pride in what they do.

2020-08-07They are the best! Ive been using Scotts for over 20 years from back when they had a shop with 2 bears on 23rd Street. Their flowers are super fresh; they are very artistic and colorful without being pretentious. I am a jewelry designer and very fussy about colors. I use them for large and small events and am never disappointed. Plus their staff is so accommodating and patient.
