The repair man Kevin was very professional. He went through all the test steps on his phone while checking washer and replaced parts and then showed me how things were working after new parts were in and did another test with phone to show me how well new parts worked. There was a part that was ordered the transmission by another repair man but forgot his name. After all the testing on washer Kevin said it wasnt needed. He took that part with him to send back to Warranty Center. Thank You Kevin!!

Absolutely ghastly. I called to someone to take a look at my dishwasher to see why it was leaking the whole time the man kept badgering me into checking out other items like having all of my appliances put on to check them I told them all the other ones were brand new and didnt need it but still he persisted then I told him after a while to just forget about the whole thing but he wouldnt stop he just kept going and going so finally I told him that I had a transcript of all that was said and that I was going to report him to the better Business bureau and if he didnt stop repeating himself I was going to sue him for harassment LOL well that finally worked point is you would think it Sears would have been more respectable than that but I guess this is probably someone that just bought the name dont even go there.

They gave me an 8 to 5 window for arrival which seemed annoying, but the tech called when he was an hour away and the service was so good that I got over it. Thorough courteous clearly capable. Expensive but worth every penny.

Kevin from A&E is an excellent Technician. He text me in the morning to give me a more approximate time of his arrival. He was on time and fixed my stove very quickly. He is very friendly and personable, and is knowledgeable in his field. I highly recommend him as a Technician. Thank you so much for the excellent service.

I scheduled a same-day appointment to fix my snowblower which hadn’t started in 2 years. Rob S. came within the hour and had it running like a top 45 minutes later! Excellent service and value! I will definitely recommend!

Called for service came out never even looked at oven only guessed ordered 2 different parts one never came other was broken. Told them they reordered. Parts never came asked for refund after making me pay that day of first service for almost everything. Said someone would get in contact with me in a couple of days never happened and still waiting for refund.

Setting up a service appointment was very easy. The tech was on time and professional. I paid for a diagnostic, but the quote for $375 in labor was too expensive, so I ordered the $40 parts they were going to replace and replaced them myself in about 15 minutes. Even still, I would have giving 5 stars up until this point.However, after a couple weeks I started getting invoices as if I didnt pay (despite that I had a receipt and clearly could see the payment posted on my credit card stub). I ignored the first letter because I know I paid and figured there was simply a lag between when I paid and the letter. The 2nd letter was more threatening so I called them to resolve it. They said I had to send proof of payment to their help center which I promptly did. The next week another letter telling me its my final warning before they send me to collections. After another painful call with their service team, they tried to tell me they have no proof I paid and I am responsible for the bill. I told them to go ahead and send it to collections because Ill fight it, win because I paid, then sue for harassments and predatory business practices. Then they said they would fix it on their end and for me to have a nice day.I dont want to accuse them of purposely trying to double charge me, but considering the hoops I had to go through to prove I paid, I wouldnt rule it out either.If you use their service, keep your receipts and watch out for double billing!

We had a problem with our Husqvarna lawn tractor, it was leaking oil. Tech arrived as scheduled, fixed leak from drain plug, changed oil filter, filled with oil and greased all points. Was it expensive compared to doing everything myself, of course, But they came to me, so did not have any pickup/dropoff charges, everything was cleaned up, tech was here almost an hour. Would I use Sears again, sure would! I have a service agreement with them for my snowblower am now thinking of taking one out on tractor.
