2022-04-18Have their equipment setup in my pizzeria in New Jersey. Had a break-in into my shop and turns out their system was faulty and set my cameras to 1970 so I cant retrieve any footage from the break-in and they told me to take it to a hard-drive specialist. There is nothing we can do Where does one find a hard-drive specialist? What sort of business sells equipment that fails their customers when needed the most? On top of that make no effort to make it right. When I asked if I could plug-in the system into my own computer to see if I could extract the .bin files and view them on VLC from the internal hard drive in the hard they said no these systems run on their own operating system if you plug it into your computer it will corrupt the hard-driveThis leaves me with no options.I need the footage to file a claim with my insurance company.The only reason I bought cameras were for reasons like this and this business horribly failed at providing quality equipment, solutions or any sort of help.I guess they make enough money to lose a customer.Go elsewhere.

2020-06-17Checkout lines was very fast the parking lot was completely full its always best to leave out the southern entrance by car never use the northern Blvd entrance it can take up to 20 minutes to depart the lot due to high traffic and 10 second green light
