They seem to have decent prices, but the vehicle we purchased from them has been in and out of the shop constantly since we bought. They did not sell us a trustworthy car, and their service was not adequate to get the car working reliably again. I would hesitate to recommend them.EDIT: in response to the owners implication that I didnt buy a car from them, the last name in my profile is only part of my last name. I purchased a VW Tiguan this past fall.
Was on a road trip to the Finger lakes when my GTI had a check oil light come on. Select was the closest VW dealer of any sort nearby. Joel greeted me and helped me out pretty quickly and for next to no charge. Incredibly nice and smart with a deep knowledge of the brand. A true enthusiast. Thank you again Joel for giving me a hand at the end of your day!
Hands down the most pleasant and helpful dealer ship I have had the pleasure of dealing with. After purchasing my car they went out of their way to come pick it up and leave me a loner car to fix a couple minor things i didn’t notice on test drive.They have went above and beyond any dealership I’ve ever dealt with before. Joel and Dan are always a welcoming friendly phone call away.
Great customer service by Joel the owner and Preston the office manager. Very courteous and patient with customer questions. Efficient paperwork handling. Never considered VWs but the Jetta we bought was roomy, quality and a sweet ride. Go see these guys before you buy.

Really had a great experience at select eurocars. Joel never pressured the dreaded extended warranties and met all my needs as far as trade in and monthly payment. It was as easy as it could be to buy the car. After having the car for a few days the check engine light did come on. Joel was great in getting this fixed. He had one of his guys drive 1.5 hrs to switch cars with me while they worked on the issue. After two days the found a small vacuum leak. They even brought the car back to me l!!! That was great customer service. I will buy my next car here!!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Joel at Select Euro Cars in Waterloo, NY. I purchased the car from out of state and he was helpful in answering many questions to help me vet out whether or not I wanted to make the drive up for the purchase.Joel sells quality cars at a fair price and does not gouge you with processing fees either. He was very friendly upon arrival. We took the car for a test drive, and he went over vehicle details when I had questions.He was not pushy and left me alone after the test drive to think things over and talk privately with my family.I would give him 5 out of 5 stars but I would have liked to have seen the car waxed and polished as if you were to purchase it at a dealer. I also would have liked to have seen him offer to top off the gas tank as dealers would as well, however when asked to fill up the tank before we left to journey home, he willingly paid.Thanks Joel for such great service! I would return again and refer others who are ready to make a purchase!

First found this place through a VW club and was delighted to find such an excellent mechanic with the skills to work on VW Campers even though it meant a 5 hour round trip. After having purchased a 2011 Tiguan , which without exaggeration has been in the repair shop more than on the road, I began to see the sellers true colors. After being stranded in this lemon in which the warranty did not cover the over $3,000 worth of repairs needed, the owner offered to have to car towed to his establishment as he could do the work for less money. Curiously, the $255 cost of the tow still appeared on my bill and even with the full knowledge this car had broken down time and time again, no offers to trade it in or chose another model were ever in the offering and the bill still came to over $3, 000 as numerous other things were found to be wrong. in addition to all the previous brake down. You name it: water pump, axles differential, ball joints, sway bar... on and on the list goes. Neither did he willingly give the AAA discount I was entitled to. I trusted this place place and I am heart sick to feel so taken. I have no problem with the owners making a profit, but taking undo advantage of a return customer who has in good faith put trust in his integrity leaves me wanting. The owner has some mighty wonderful guys working for him that are helpful and genuine. I hope he shows more gratitude to these hard working guys than he does to his customers.
I purchased a used Audi. Months later, I was having an issue and brought it in for service. Car was well out of warranty. The repair bill was over $2,500.00. Service department fixed the car and did not charge me a penny.!! I will never buy a used vehicle anywhere but Select Euro Car!
I find reviews more helpful when they are more seasoned, so Im writing a review for a car that I purchased 12 months ago. Joel and his staff were great to deal with and the car (a Pontiac Vibe) continues to run well. The price was more than fair and it was a great buying experience. I just e-mailed Joel looking for my next car.

The most painless car buying experience I have ever had! I picked out my car online, drove the 2 hours for a test drive. Joel already had all of the paperwork done by the time I arrived, so once I checked out my new VW CC in person it was less than an hour that I was driving her home! Highly recommend Joel and his crew for high quality, fast, friendly service!

I just returned home from my 1st visit and interaction with Dan and Select EuroCars Service Department. Today I brought the car I purchased here 4 months ago in for its first oil change (Free of Charge) and to have the rear brakes serviced. Dan is a class act and I am very pleased with the service I recieved today. Due to the fact that Ive had the car for relatively a short time, he offered to discount the cost of the Brake service by 50%. It was definitely worth the trip here from Rochester! They had me in and out in a few hours and it was a great experience all the way around. I’m a college student in Geneva—I drove all the way from Maine to school and my car broke down the second I got to school. They told my dad that it would likely be a $1,500 fix— and my dad was prepared to have to pay more than that. Today my dad called me super excited that the bill was closer to $800 because they finished earlier than expected. They could have easily gotten $1,500+ out of that fix, but they were so honest about everything. My dad said he has never dealt with people that were this kind and honest, and is considering driving the rest of his vehicles from Maine to get worked on. Thank you!!
I just bought a 2016 VW Jetta Sport from Select Euro Cars. The service was incredible and the owner Joel addressed all my questions I had about the car and its previous owner. There was one issue with the back breaks and Joel had them fixed immediately and I was able to pick the car up the next day. I would highly recommend buying a car from Select Euro Cars. If you are looking for a German vehicle they specialize in the Volkswagen Audi vehicles and they also give great service.
We bought our 2008 VW Beetle from Select Euro Cars this past summer. We were extremely impressed with the whole operation. Joel was very honest and knowledgeable about his business. Clearly one of the most comfortable experiences we have had purchasing a new car. I am sure we will return for future business...the true sign of a satisfied customer. By the way the VW is an excellent car!! The follow up annual service call was perfect as well very satisfied!

I have bought 2 cars from here in the last 4 years. They are great to deal with and put in the effort to make sure your happy. Thier service department is great too. They do a good job and the labor rate is very fair. I travel 2 hours just to bring my VWs here for a reputable garage.

I should have written this review a long time ago; but now I have so many additional reasons to write it. Back in March, my wife and I were looking to buy me a car, and she spent a lot of time looking around and doing her research before deciding to go to Select EuroCars. We had watched the inventory videos on their website, and were impressed by the selection and fair pricing of Joels stock. His website is truly incredible! So much information on the vehicles, plenty of photographs, detailed walkarounds on video, and so easy to navigate and filter. Ive never seen a used car dealer with a website so well put together! Additionally, after reading about Joels story and technical experience, my wife knew she had found the right place to do business. We drove the hour from our home to Waterloo, just to do business with Mr. Osserman and his team, specifically. We were not at all disappointed! We had called in advance about the VW Tiguan we were interested in test driving; when we arrived, Joel took us out for a spin. When we knew this was the one for us, Joel worked tirelessly with my wife and I to find the right financing fit for us. He went above and beyond to make sure we left satisfied, and never once made us feel anything less than a valued customer. We left that day feeling very good about our purchase, and looking forward to doing business with Select Euro Cars in the future.Fast forward to August: weve been really enjoying our time in our VW! Its been the perfect fit for our lifestyle; but, more importantly, we felt comfortable and safe with our decision. Then, one day, as we were heading into town for lunch, we heard an unusual noise coming from under the hood and panicked! Without thinking clearly, we made a rash decision to take the VW to the nearest open repair shop. What a mistake that was! The shop we took it to (who shall remain nameless -- nationwide chain) had no idea what they were doing with our dear VW. After two weeks of headaches and turmoil, and an expensive diagnostic fee, and a reported thousands of dollars in potentially necessary repairs, we were quite fed up. Then it dawned on us-- JOEL! Why, OH WHY, did we not think of taking it in to Select Euro Cars in the first place?!We had AAA tow our vehicle from the chain repair shop all the way to Waterloo to have the team at Select Euro Cars take a look at it. The very next day, we received a phone call from Dan: The car is done, ready for you to pick it up. We were in disbelief. Almost too good to be true, we drove down to pick up the car, and were over-the-moon excited to find out that the vehicle had been repaired in less than an hour and for next to nothing! (Very important side note: we had purchased the warranty option when we originally purchased the VW, and it covered the entire cost of the repair for us, including labor, and waived our deductible so we paid absolutely nothing out of pocket-- SO WORTH IT if you buy from these guys.) It turns out, the real problem was completely different from what the first shop said it was; they would have done all of the expensive, unnecessary repairs on our VW, just to find out that the problem was still not fixed. Instead, the guys at Select Euro Cars, who specialize in VWs and Audi, knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it right away.We are beyond impressed by their knowledge and expertise with these cars. The team at Select Euro Cars is FANTASTIC, and I cant thank them enough. I solemnly swear that I will never take my vehicle to anyone else, for as long as I live.Well be in the market for another vehicle soon, and we cant wait to do business with these wonderful people all over again!

We began our search for a car here. Absolutely NO pressure at all, none! We were honest with Joel and said we just wanted to learn more about the VWs. He spent some time with us and was happy to explain some things about the Jettas. He also gave us some tips for her learning to drive a 5 speed.We spent the next three months visiting other dealers. We visited nearly 15 dealers within 200 miles looking at Jettas. I wanted this purchase to be a learning experience for her, specifically how to recognize quality, value, customer service and service after the sale. It became very clear that Select Euro Cars stands very far above everyone else! There are some very shady dealers out there, both new and used car dealers. We came back two more times before buying a Jetta.He didnt exactly have what she wanted, so he looked for one for us. The one he found is an absolute gem! She is thrilled and everyone is very impressed with the quality of her car. The treatment we received after the sale was just as good as before. We had a small issue with the car afterwards, they were apologetic and fixed it right away. They fixed it right, not just a quick and cheap fix. We have had the car nearly a year, been back for routine service and are still very pleased with them.We have very high expectations, and they impressed us!!I would highly recommend them for sales, and even more so for service.
My father bought a VW Eos from Joel in July. Within 3 months of that, he passed away suddenly. He was in love with the car, and would show it to everyone he could. After he passed away, I went out to move things around in the garage and noticed that it was leaking coolant. I contacted Joel, and he told me that they would split the cost of repairs with me for the circumstances. The car is now fixed, and running great. Joel & Dan were both very understanding, and genuinely cared. As a business student, this is exactly how I think a business should be run.
I had brought my 04 Passat to get fixed there. The car ended up having a pricier problem then I was hoping for. I ended up trading it in. I still owed on it and had a high interest rate. They paid it off and I ended up with a amazing rate on a much better car. I personally dont think they made much off of my trade in and did me a favor. I would honestly consider getting another car through them. Id recommend them to anybody.

When I purchase a vehicle, especially a used vehicle, I need to have complete trust in the the brand and dealership. I recently purchased a 2012 VW Golf GTi from Select Eurocars because I had every reason to trust the brand and the dealer. I had been a service customer of Select Eurocars, for 10 years, when I bought the GTi and I knew first hand that Joel and his staff were good to their customers and their customers, in turn, were loyal to them. When I decided it was time for a new used car, the decision was a fait accompli: purchase a Volkswagen from Joel at Select Eurocars.
I purchased a used Audi A4 from Joel at this dealership and I have to say that not only was the price reasonable, but the car was in pristine condition, and now that I am more than one year from the date of purchase, the cars performance has proven to me that Joel is a reasonable and trustworthy dealer. I cannot speak to the quality of their service department because I live and work in Buffalo, but I would definitely trust them based on the honesty of the buying experience.
I bought a hatchback here after relatives purchased a few other vehicles at Select over the years. Id been to 5-6 used car dealers and was never sure if I was getting a good deal. Several places were obviously bad operations (bad inventory, odd salesmanship, uncertain vehicle condition). For this reason I decided to stop wasting time and talk to Joel.A VW will cost a more than other brands but they have character and last. Joels a fast talker but hes been around VW/Audi for 30 years and, at this points, doesnt seem to need to waste time and risk word-of-mouth by pushing junk (which, presumably, he has the skill to diagnose).I test drove a few of the cheaper models on the lot and, interested on one, pointed out some moderate concerns. He did some some on the climate control and brakes without closing on the sale. Soon after, I took another test drive and bought the car. It didnt have a warranty but soon after purchase it developed two small electrical faults. He fixed them for free and threw in another smart key as well ($150) since the car only had 1 key at purchase.If the car performs up to the VW brand then Id consider buying another one. And Id consider Select again. Theyve held up their end of the bargain.
It an awesome place, I know this is a different post but there is so many positive things to say about select euro cars! Joel and the gang stride to perfect customer satisfaction! If u stop in just bring your valid driver lisence and you can test drive anything u want. Any issue I ran into right down to resetting my tpms they assisted me immediately. I have always been skeptical of a used car purchase I always thought they were someone else’s headache. But not at select, they are my tylnol when it comes to my car! So if your thinking of buying used stop in and see Joel at select euro cars he has a personal life experience he had at a young age where he was involved and survived in a crash while driving a Volkswagen. I plan on buying a second vehicle and u can bet it’s gonna be at select! And it gonna be a Volkswagen!!!

Joel made us a deal to trade in my car for a used car on his lot, it had a crack in the windshield so we agreed to pick it up in a week. Well Joel decided to sell the car that my husband and I were going to buy to someone else during that week!!! This guy is a joke, you would think after being in business for 35 years he would know to treat people better than this. Save your time and money and go elsewhere, place is messy and unreliable!!!
My son and i spoke to the mechanics about diagnosis of 2001 gulf. They assured me the cam shaft was worn out. I explained my situation and decided to put a new Motor in it. I researched all timing belt have to be changed at installation for any kind of waranty what so ever industry wide. I asked him about it. A mater of fact he brought the subject up. He said That Is What They Do!. I felt at ease and thought i had come to the wright place.My son dropped off the car.They just did a quick engine change did not change the timing belt my son went off to college the car started overheating. The manager said he never said he would replace the water pump. I never talked to him!He said he would fix it for a lesser cost. And it was all my fault.Dont trust them the shop only thinks quick buck.He said he was going to call the police on me. I called them myself i was not in the wrong.Stay away the easiest 3500 they ever made and i used to have a newer turbo.mmmmm who made out.
Bought a car here back in February, Ive been back once for a small problem. Now finally getting the oil changed. Everyone is very friendly and the prices are reasonable and lifetime oil changes are great for me. I would recommend Select EuroCars to anyone looking for a used VW or Audi, and needing great service to go with it.
Ive purchased 3 vehicles from Select, each has been reasonably priced and other than regular maintenance, we have not had any major issues.The few problems we experienced we taken care of immediately. We will go back again and have had great experiences.
Grossly incapable of telling the difference between a mass air flow sensor and a transmission. I took my Audi there to have them diagnose the check engine light. While it was being tested, I was getting the hard sell on the vehicles in the parking lot and why my car is beyond its time. The mechanic then came out and not even looking us in the eyes, told us the transmission was shot. At that point, the hard sell started getting tougher along with why we needed to purchase a warranty when we go pick out a car on their lot. We did test drive one. As a dealership, I personally would have been embarrassed to have a potential customer in the car. It was dirty and smelled as if there was mold in the vehicle. Then we started getting the song and dance why the car smelled. We then got the high praises as to why that there Volkswagon was a much better purchase than any other vehicle I may have been thinking of.We left, not having a good feeling. The whole place reeked of insincerity. The mechanic acted sketchy. Now, want to here the kicker? That Audi that we were told the transmission was shot? The Audi would barely last another month. The most amazing car I have ever owned.... the mechanic could not tell it simply needed A MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR!My old car, 4 months after being told it was shot, PASSED INSPECTION AND IS STILL RUNNING.Sketchy. Untrustworthy. Greedy. Uncaring. Only in it for a sale. Equivalent to the epitome of the classic slimeball car salesman.
I traveled 1hr45minutes from my home to Select Eurocars in Waterloo, NY for servicing my vehicle with 120,000 miles. He quoted me a great price of $917 for a timing belt replacement including water pump, serpentine belt, rollers etc. He also matched the cheapest DSG service I could find locally for $229. On top he gave me a discount for being a AAA member. The service writer Dan and Owner Joel were very talkative and answered all of my many questions and concerns. They used Hudson Products timing belt kit parts. The mechanic was a friendly guy also. The removed components like coolant reservoir were cleaned before re-installation. I am 60 and have never encountered cleaning existing parts before by any dealer. The waiting room while not lavish does have reclining theater seats with cup holders that helped pass the hours it took for repair. They also let me use a lot car and recommended a lunch spot nearby. I drove my 2010 JSW TDI home 100 miles and it performed just like the way I drove it there. I asked for the old parts which looked like they would last another 100,000 miles. If I need any more major repairs/service I will return. I spoke to a fellow customer(lawyer) who said he has been buying cars and servicing them at Select Eurocars for over 25 years. Based on all of the above I can recommend Select Eurocars Inc.
Joel is a different kind of salesman, laid back and knows everything there is to know about Volkswagen/Audi. He spent several hours going through several models with us and telling us about maintenance and what to expect from each model. Unfortunately we were looking for a newer car than what he normally deals with, but should we be looking for something that he might have a chance of stocking, he would be our first choice hands down.
Was interested in a car and contacted the dealership. I felt as though the correspondence from the dealership was short and rude.The ultimate reason I decided not to work with this dealership is that the only process they have for financing is a form online that is not encrypted or secured in anyway. I inquired if there was another way I could have the information processed and was told no, that was they way they did it and if I came in and gave them my information they would just enter it through the same form online.No matter how I explained myself the older, extremely rude gentleman couldn’t quite grasp the issue of passing customers names, social security numbers, bank account numbers, birthdays and address through unsecured emails was unacceptable and careless.
Joel, Dan and the rest of the crew helped me out when my wife borrowed my Passat and broke it! Just kidding... Water pump went and they fixed that and addressed a few lingering items. Very happy with the service and appreciate their knowledge and expertise.
We were on our way from Maine to Michigan when the starter went out on our 1990 VW Vanagon. Select Eurocars got us in the very next morning and had us back on the road in short time! Their experienced staff understand newer and older VWs, a rare thing these days. Vince worked on our Vanagon, he happens to also be a Vanagon owner. We have purchased all 3 of our vehicles from Joel, at Select Eurocars. A 2012 Passat TDI SEL. , 2008 Jetta SE, and a 2002 Audi TT Roadster. We keep returning to Select Eurocars because they take care of the customer. The mechanics are great and really know VAG vehicles. Joel the owner, is more then fair, follows up promptly, and is overall, a pleasure to deal with.It is unusual to find a used car dealership that prides itself on customer satisfaction like Select...and believe me this one does!

The Mrs purchased a vehicle this past weekend and 2 days later, there was a belt related issue. Vehicle wouldnt run. The repair side has been great and very accommodating. When a new part came in and failed to pass inspection, they gave me a loaner vehicle. Not because I had any insurance or warranty, but because they couldnt release my vehicle per NYS they did the best they could with a bad situation. I would recommend them for sure.

Well started off ok, then ask about certain package of car. He didnt have any knowledge of the car, he had to call a dealership and still couldnt provide an answer. And then try to cut a deal with me for something the car was not. Basically trying to sell me a knockoff for the price of the real thing. Drove all the way from Drum to this place just to waste my time. Other than that could be a fine place to buy a car, get car fixed, and so forth I just had a bad experience with someone who had no knowledge of the cars he has on his lot. Besides what the Vin number gives him. Wouldnt trust their knowledge on the nitty-gritty of car buying they will try and get over on you. Happy car buying. Out.
I bought 5 VWs and and an Audi from Joel, plus some parts here and there. These guys work long hours and do whatever they can to help you.The last time I was in for an oil change, the service manager handed back my paperwork and said oh by the way, you were due for NYS inspection, so we took care of that. No charge since you bought the car here.
We have a 1999 vw eurovan full camper. The dealer said “we don’t work on those”, our local mechanic said “I can’t find the parts you need”...we drive 3 hours to Joel’s place and they fixed the unfixable...so...we bought a Tiguan from them and they cover that too. That’s good business so they have have mine.
My husband and I bought a 2007 Subaru from Select EuroCars. The car had a small problem, but Joel fixed it right away without any issues! Joel is honest and I would recommend Select Euro Cars.

Very disappointed I perchist a Lincoln navagator from select drove the SUV a very short time before we started having issues. For starters the rocker panels had completely rotted out , rear window wiper didnt work, the suspension leaked air, the sway bar links bad, the alternator was making a whiney noise.So I took it back to get corrected they had the SUV over 3 months.I go to pick it up after all that time only to find that they took a pice of scrap tin that was laying around and tried to make the rockers.And as far as the mechanical problems they only got the air leak fixed, the rear window wiper only works when it wants, the sway bar links still are noisy, and the alternator that they told me wasnt bad set up on interstate 90 last night and I had to have it towed WOW!I ADVISE THAT IF YOU THOUGHT ABOUT PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM SELECT EUROCARS ON 5&20 THINK AGAIN THIS GUY CAN REALLY TALK A GOOD TALK BUT SELLS ABSOLUTE JUNK.
I had purchased a car from Joel. As with any used car there can be a problem that arises. Joel was very considerate and fixed the situation to my satisfaction. He is a caring business person.

Sold a FLOOD DAMAGED car without disclosing any knowledge they may have had about it being in a flood. The car did not run correctly even after servicing at another professional VW shop. No reply to emails sent to them. Nice people there, but just the same as any other used car dealer who wont ever admit their cars have anything wrong with them.
I bought a 2009 Audi A 4 from Joel and his team and thus far have been very happy. He also found me a great set of snow tires and rims.

Worst place ever. After trading in my car and returning the new car a week later due to them not filling the loan paperwork out right. My car was missing the speakers, brand new and having proof that there mechanic stole our speakers they said file a police report which we did. Other items were also damaged and missing. Thieves and incompetent! Dont waste your time with this place!

Came here looking for my first car and there was a 07 Mercury Milian that some one traded in and it had only 36,000 miles on it, it did have a cracked bumper and it needed to be aligned but the owner had it fixed and he showed me the car fax on it which showed a front end colision, then he knocked off 2,000 dollars from the price and put brand new tires, mud flaps and windshield wipers on it for free.

2022-03-25I bought my first car out of college from Joel and.so did my son. He got a job in Boston and had to have an inspection done to get plates in that state. The Audi dealer gave him an invoice for over $5000.00 in repairs and did not pass the car for inspection. This dealer also claimed the warranty that I bought from Joel wouldn’t cover the cost.I sent the invoice to Joel right away and he was “not impressed.My son drive all the way back from Boston and we gave the car to Joel. Joel completed all the necessary repairs and got the warranty to cover it all except for one thing. We did have to pay about $4.60. So that’s a saving of over $5000,00 for my son. To say we were pleased is an understatement. Joel even saved the warranty company money and did the work for much less. I have no doubt it was done correctly and Select Euro Cars will stand behind their work. Most trustworthy and honest dealership I have ever done business with. Highly recommended!

2022-06-20Terribly experience at this dealership. I regret buying my 2015 Audi Q7 from here..its had nothing but problems since day 1. My driveway is completely covered in oil stains from it leaking oil since purchase date. Hundreds have gone into trying to remedy the leak at a local mechanic shop. I was also told by the owner (Joel) I would be getting brand new tires installed at time of purchase and just under a year later and 14k miles, Im told by this dealership it wont pass inspection because one NEW tire that they installed is wore down past minimum NYS passing inspection tread depth of 1/16. This is false, as it was then taken to another shop for inspection and the tires pass inspection. Its apparent they try everything in their power to avoid honoring the FREE oil change and inspection. Todays standard oil change did not require dropping the oil pan. That would have been completed on a different date, therefore todays oil change should have been completed FREE of charge, but instead no work was completed to the vehicle.The extended warranty they tack on to the price is completely worthless and a waste of money. I contacted this dealership after realizing this and the owner (Joel) was extremely rude when I asked for the paperwork to have the policy cancelled and stated thats a bad idea. Well apparently he knows he sold me a lemon. I do not recommend this dealership. Its apparent they only cared about getting my hard earned money for an overpriced piece of junk.In response to the owner...yes, I do indeed have records of proper tire rotation and maintenance of vehicle from a reputable mechanic. Also, the vehicle was driven 14k to this date since purchasing (not 20k). Its bad for business to constantly avoid accountability and responsibility for your unethical and unprofessional money greed work practices.

2022-04-29Ive been bringing my VWs and Audis here for the past couple of years and have no complaints up until recently. Had new brakes get put on my golf and had no complaints with the work done, except that the lug bolts got put back on ridiculously tight. Put my 3 breaker bar on them and couldnt get them to budge. I did bring it back and explained the situation. The solution to this was to right the wrong by swapping out my winter tire set and sending me on my way. Fast forward to next change over and I cant get the bolts off once again. We even put an extention on the breaker bar, still no luck. Now I sit here at a tire shop having them tell me they may need to be drilled out, which will likely damage my rims. I dont think I will be returning because of this. Its one thing to make a mistake. Its another to repeat that mistake after attention has been brought to it, or to intentionally drive those bolts in that tight...

2021-11-28Joel is a good man regardless his Price is a little bit high. This shop offer best after sale service among the used cars shops.But the vw tdl I bought here in 2019 have many problems. I think this is not their fault but the vw companyas fault. If they have more Toyotas I think they will have much more business.

2021-08-14If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I searched for almost a year for the right car, I came to SelectEuro with no appointment and was met in the parking lot by Preston. He was very honest right from the start and got me in the car for my test drive. I fell in love with the car and I really feel like he did everything he could to get me right where I needed to be. He hit my payment mark and I got a great warranty with it. Don’t buy a car anywhere else. This well beyond the average service you get and I’d have to say I will not be going anyplace else! 2022-03-01I called at 11:30 i live 1 and a half hours away and asked if i could buy and drive away a car there i got there and joel told us we could test drive any vehicle we wanted i ended up with the 11’ cc sport and we got all the paper work and i was on my way back home with in an 3 hours if you want a car buy it from here quality costumer service and just the nicest people around

2021-08-23I have done business with Select EuroCars for many years and they have always done excellent work for me on all my VWs. Recently I called for an appointment because my TDI could not pass inspection due to an emissions code. The owner told me flat out to go to the dealer because VW had to repair my car due to the settlement terms. He simply was not going to take my money and let VW off the hook! Now there is a honest auto repair shop! Today I will pick up my TDI without spending a penny. But I will be back at Select in the future.
