10/10 would recommend this storage facility. Helpful and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced. Great advice given on type of storage best suited for my belongings. Conveniently located right outside base. Military/deployment specials. We’re incredibly flexible when we had to change our truck reservation on multiple occasions. Everything done through email and text.

I love Storage Made EZ! I stored my stuff with them for over a year and it was so easy to manage and reasonably priced! I would highly recommend this place to every person I know. The front desk manager is such a doll. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. She is willing to help and explain everything about your unit so there is no confusion. I loved knowing my stuff was safe and around such trustworthy people. I would use them again in the future.

I procrastinated moving and they were extremely understanding and worked with me on finding the best time for me to rent a truck as well as a unit. Quickly responded to me when I was having trouble at the gate as well. Will use them again if I ever need to move again!
Melissa was very helpful and patient when during the pandemic when I couldnt get to the office to pay on time, the next day when she was in the office, she took my payment w/o charging me a late charge. Very good customer service.

It was very easy to set up and rent a storage unit online would have liked it a little better if they had a way to rent a unit with cash cause the unit I wanted I was a little short on my card so I was going to use cash but it worked out just got a smaller unit.
Very helpful staff. We received a discount deployment special with one month free and a moving truck. They gave us a discount on our second unit. Easy 24 hour access.

I had to switch unit sizes 3 times, (due to my own miscalculation) but they responded quickly and were patient through the process till I had the unit that worked for me. Highly recommend!
The storage unit facility was clean and the service we got was friendly and quick. I would recommend this storage place as my husband I hav rented other ones and even have another building in PA and the security sold us on this rental.

Great and friendly staff. They have almost any moving supply you could think of in one spot. They let you use dollys for free if your local. And the prices arent bad. I like that the storage units are gated in.

The gentleman that owns the storage place is super friendly! I forgot his name (sorry). I was in a rush (deployment the next day rush) and he helped me put my truck in the storage unit as I was unsure how it was gonna fit. I drive a large truck. But he did it!Deff recommend!

I have used this facility more then once for storing my seasonal vehicles. After looking around, this facility has the most security features, and the fact that I can get to my unit 24/7 is a big plus. I am not worried about anything happening to my belongings while at this facility mainly because of the high number of security cameras, and the gate that requires a code to get in.
These folks are awesome. Military friendly and they will work with you plus its right outside the Drum gate!! Definitely an A+!
Convenient storage facility. No major issues except they put a lock on my storage unit with no notice and a minor mess up on their part. Upon initial storage rental on 1 August I was told the second month is free. 1 September comes and no payments due until I get a call and email saying payment was past due for 5 Septemeber. I returned the call 6 September to clear the issue and was told a manager would call me back to ensure it was handled. I never received a phone call but received an email 6 September with no payments due anymore. I go to the storage unit 7 September to find an additional lock from the storage facility and unable to access my belongings. Being after hours I could not contact anyone for the additional lock to be removed.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! NEVER USE THERE STORAGE AGAIN. MY HUSBAND TOOK ALL OF OUR STUFF OUT OF STORAGE AND LEFT AN WASHER AND DRYER IN THE UNIT TO BE TOSSED BY THEM FOR A FEE AND INSTEAD OF THEM CHARGING ME A FEE TO REMOVE JUST 1 WASHER AND 1 DRYER THEY DECIDED TO CONTINUE CHARGING ME AND CURRENTLY STILL ARE FOR A EMPTY STORAGE UNIT THAT THEY ARE PROBABLY RENTING OUT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE ABSOLUTLEY CRAZY AND IM CONTACTING THERE CORPORATE AND HIRIED A LAWYER. SEE YOU IN COURT :)
I rented space from Storage Made EZ almost 3 years. The one that I worked with the most was Carrie odonnel and she was very good. She was a great person and had a great personality. She helped me more than I ever expected. Diane the one that works now that replace Carrie she seems like a very nice person. As far as the storage unit it was clean. As long as my stuff was safe and it was. Had no problems. Would recommend highly.

Good rates, large units that are climate controlled, only improvement would be to post gate restriction times.

2022-06-25I was very pleased with KO storage. I had a 10x20 ft climate controlled storage and a 10x10. Both served my needs and felt my storage units were secure and the climate control helped with the hot summer and cold winters especially with my house hold furniture. Though they have a good limited access gate at the entrance the back side of the storage facility at the Evans Mills location needs to be repaired. The dense has fallen down the hill and left high holes for easy access. Luckily you would only be able to enter via foot and no wheeled vehicle to make it up the hill. All my interactions with the employees via phone were promptly answered and they were quite helpful. My final communication with KO was with RO and she was very helpful and nice as I closed out my storage unit.

2022-03-04Super friendly staff. Went into office looking for uhaul although they are not affiliated they went above and beyond to help me find the nearest one. Would definitely rent here if I ever needed a unit!

2022-06-09We live out of state and have been with this facility since it was “ez storage” ( close to a decade ). We have received nothing but problems with this new company “ko storage” your typical corporate bully’s, they do not care about the customers nor their belongings. Highly recommend you go elsewhere with your business.

2021-12-11If you could give a rating or less than zero starts I would do that. I attempt to get some stuff out of my storage unit, only to find out that it has a company lock on it. So I call to find out what is going on. Turns out that my automatic payment were canceled when KO storage bought the facility from EZ Storage, failing to inform me. Now I do take responsibility for not noticing the payments not being taken out of my account, got it my fault. The reason I would give this place a negative rating is for the fact that not once did they attempt to contact me about payment. I was actually told because Im active duty military they didnt inform me because the unit wasnt up for auction yet. So lets get this straight, its KO storage policy not to inform military members that they missed a payment until they put the unit up for auction. That doesnt seem right. Lets imagine a military member is deploying, he stores most if not all of his or hers household goods in this facility. During the deployment said service member gets a new debit card. Theyre not thinking about the storage unit because they are deployed and set up auto pay. Now they come back from deployment to find out that KO storage has auction off every this service member owns. This is a company that I will never do business with again.
