This a bad storage place no notice of closing early when hours are 8amto 7 pm came with all my stuff and drive hours full car this is not good business wrong decision to rent here I don’t recommend zero starts this location ti storage now is life self storage name change
I had a few storage sites in the last 15 years and I must said that the costumer service and the attention that I have received at TI in Bushwick NY has been exceptional thanks so much to their manager who has gone above and beyond!!!
Ive used the TI storage facilities before. This new location was very convenient for my storage needs and like their other locations its clean, affordable and staffed by helpful individuals. Highly recommend.
Treasure Island Storage is a friendly business when I ask are there a near by laundry mat they did not hesitate to tell me one is right down the block and they are very informative about the storage business. Infact use my #1003 and get you a free month.
The staff at storage king are awesome, I was given lots of info on multiple units, including sizes and prices, I also was driven in a golf cart to see the units. I will definitely do business again with Treasure Island Storage in the future.
Great facility with wonderful staff. Clean, easily navigable, and everyone on staff was helpful and wonderful, very important while moving!

2022-06-01I would first like to start by saying Life Storage at 1654 Bushwick Ave is very clean & welcoming. Once entering into the building we were greeted with an inviting smile from Dawn Ferguson. She explained everything to my husband & I, showed us multiple storage units, even waited while we debated on which unit we needed lol. She’s great. If you need a storage unit Life storage is the place. Plus there’s an amazing security system (thumbs up).

2022-03-26To whom it may concern I would like to give this evaluation regarding customer service at Life storage in Brooklyn on Bushwick Avenue. The workers that attended to me names are Dawn Ferguson and Mr Thomas. These two individuals have greatly assisted me and moving into Life storage. I hereby feel that these two individuals should be recognized for their hard work and dedication thank you very much have a nice day.

2022-07-09I already had a few packages in route when Life Storage acquired the facility from the previous company, my packages were refused and returned without any notification. Also, they never check their voicemail or care to return calls. It’s always hot and muggy inside of this facility.

2022-07-067/6/22:Since Life Storage took over Treasure Island Storage this year, the facility has been poorly managed!The air conditioning does not work well, nor doea it circulate on the unit floors. It blows air, but not cool at all. Very hot and humid. It was not like that prior when Treasure Island Storage was there. Ive been to this location plenty of times and different times of the day, and the air is very poor. Oh, but it works in the office. How fortunate...Also, the reason why I really came to write a review is because THERE IS NO ORDER! Today, 7/6/22, approximately 6pm, was the 3rd day that I have come to drop things off to my unit within a matter of 2 weeks, and the same people, who appear to be a low budget acting crew, took over the entire parking lot, which will not allow any other vehicles to get in, while having their vehicles blocking the entryway. They were also drinking alcoholic beverages and eating, as if they were on a break at a construction site. Movers from a moving company couldnt even get in and had to block th3 side walk for pedestrians.I spoke with the worker on the site at the time, and all he said is he will tell the manager. He did not address the people or tell the people anything. He made no attempt to call anyone, not even a manager. Again, this is the 3rd time, and no correction has been made.This review is primarily for this location: 1654 Bushwick Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11207.I have heard other people complain about Lofe Storage as well since taking over. So, something is very wrong and needs to be corrected.

2022-03-04What initially caught my attention is how clean the facility appeared and how much room the garage bay had.i was able to reserve online, showed up with my loaded van. Jofet (sorry if i misspelled bud) was very knowledgeable and well mannered. helped with everything, customer service was off the charts. showed me a couple spaces and within 20-30 min i was out of there with my possessions already loaded into my new unit and off to my next errand. smooth, simple, CLEAN & friendly. all staff are friendly and well mannered. what more can you ask for in these troubling times? thank you again Jofet! 😎👊🏼
