Even though they were remodeling, it was a great experience! Only issue was the bed and pillows. It was a rough sleep and we even had to go buy pillows at Walmart. So just bring your favorite pillow. We got a king corner suite and I was pleased with it. I will definitely be coming back!
Absolutely beautiful hotel and casino! Rooms are immaculate and fancy! Beds are extremely comfortable, deluxe double room comes with mini fridge, safe, huge tv, white and comfy blankets, a/c, ironing board, hair dryer, makeup mirror, coffee, etc, swimming pool and hot tub, spa room. Casino has fun games including table games. Multiple restaurants and in room service. Smoking indoor casino games, and optional smoking rooms. Valet in front. Free parking garage for those staying in hotel and those just here to gamble. Beautiful scenery. Gift shop. Definitely coming back!
I went there and the Starbucks looked close. Everything was moved upstairs above the casino. I spent about 2 to 3 hours there having 2 drinks and a piece of cake from Starbucks. No one minded I was there with my baby.I would recommend this place to anyone. It was a very nice experience.
The buffet has gone up to $29 and its not worth it at all. It wasnt worth $19 before and its the same as it was. The selection isnt that great and the food is okay but way overpriced. Save your money and go somewhere else. I dont plan to go back unless they lower the price. Ive been to many other, better buffets around the country that are so good and much more reasonably priced so they have no excuse.
We were excited to spend some time at this casino as we had never been here before and had heard great things. We reserved a smoke free room. Upon arrival we learned that we did have a smoke free room (in a former smoke wing!). Our room smelled awful. The front desk stated that housekeeping could spray febreeze to dissipate the stink and stated that they were overbooked. No thanks! My husband enjoys playing poker. There were no poker tables due to staffing. The hotel stated that there is another casino across the road that has poker tables and offered to valet him there. He arrived at a Bingo hall with no poker tables. Also, the shower was warm at best.Pros: the staff was very nice and room service was good.We will not be returning. I would recommend anyone looking to spend some time at a Casino in this area to look into Turning Stone or Tioga Downs.
Friendly staff. Great place to go sit back and relax and play some slots. They still do have a smoker section but it is behind glass doors so the rest of the casino doesnt smell like smoke. You can smell it around the section but thats bound to happen with everyone going in and out of the section. Other than that didnt even smell it until we were right outside it.
If you are in the mood for some quick really tasty food buffet style man this place delivers. I went there with my lady and let me tell you it was spot on. I was able to get on one plate; chicken parmesan, general Chos chicken, spring rolls, stir fry veggies, mashed potatoes and gravy, fried chicken, pot roast and mussels. I could have went back 3 times and not got everything they had to offer. The desert items were all the favorites, ice cream pies of all kinds and cake. If you dont mind spending $30 to eat your face off this is the place to do it
Positive: Food was excellent! Negative: Valet only took first name at drop off. Car alarm went off and they had no way to contact me. Mobile app sent notification. I went to check on my car and was scolded by valet about where I parked my car. I showed valet ticket and said I did not park it.
I really use to like this place but all the times I have been there iv never won anything substantial anything I did win was given rite back they give me a measly 10 or 20 dollars a wk iv been to the hard Rock casino in Cincinnati one time and they give me 50 dollars a week plus gifts oh and u only get like 3 days out of the wk to use ur promo money so me personally I feel the Allegany Seneca casino has fallen off over the last cpl years but if you have money you dont mind losing then I guess it can be an alright place to go
Went for the Martinta McBride concert, stayed over night Fri, and both Fri and Sat nights were sold out. Had chicken Parm at Seneca Cafe, chicken was huge piece, extremely salty like the canister of salt was spilled on it, zita was stone cold, both my friends dish and mine were like this, waitress said someone else complained of salty sauce, had fish fry, but the piece of fish was skimpy and kind of greasy and breading was not that good, my fiend had Philly Streak and said the gravy was like gravy master. We had the breakfast buffet in the morning, the French toast sticks were cold and like rubber, when I asked for the check I saw we were charged $4 extra, and I asked what that was about and we were told you get 1 beverage, so if you ask for another orange juice you will be charged $2, if you get coffee and an orange juice, you will be charged $2. We ended being bloated, very uncomfortable for the whole day and still dont feel that great today. The food use to be excellent at Seneca Allegany, but if you read the reviews, things have been changing. I did notice Thunder Buffet reopened, you might want to give that a try, it use to be Excellent.
This is a nice casino. Has some old school slot games mixed in with current slots and some tables and sports betting. They have a buffet but if you just want a snack, there is the express cafe and there is a bar upstairs beside the regular cafe that serves burger, pizza, nachos, fries, and Caesar salad cheaper. Thats were I ate for a quick bite. Caesar salad at this time was 10 bucks and is enough for two. Also the Starbucks counter right beside the bar has premade sandwiches and desserts. This casino is out there by itself but there is a McDonalds right across highway if you want to leave for cheap eats. Youll need a car for this. I was on a bus trip so couldnt leave. Also has a gift shop and nice steakhouse. Also has hotel.
Now, here are my few complaints!??? They sale NO Post Cards, Keep Chains, Dolls, Collector Spoons, Thimbles, Magnets, T-Shirts etc. promoting the Seneca Indian Culture???? NO POST CARDS AT ALL???? My daughter and I, went on a Bus Trip, June 25, 2022. After shopping around, a Small Shop located outside the Casino area, I was Excited to find a Very Nice Roped Bracelet! On this bracelet was a designed emblem! I said to my daughter, look sis, this is probably a design that was carved inside and on many of the cave walls, this would be great to ask what they mean.WELL, WE WALKED UP TO THE COUNTER AND ASK THE OLDER WOMAN AND YOUNGER MAN, what do these designs mean? I was sooo excited to find out what they ment, Example: peace, love, a deer, a beaver, even could have been in a Seneca Language... WELL, MAMA THATS IN CHINESE!!!!?????? I SAID, WHAT??? WTH IS THAT???? Where is the Pride of the Seneca Indian Culture!??? CHINESE WORDS ON A BEAUTIFUL ROPE BRACELET IN A SENECA INDIAN RESORT/CASINO MALL SHOP!??? I then left The Shop! I will NEVER STOP THINKING AND TALKING about this MOST RIDICULOUS SHOP ITEM BEING SOLD IN A SENECA INDIAN CULTURE SHOP!????Please change this Shops Inventory to NOTHING BUT SENECA INDIAN CULTURE ITEMS AND HISTORY SOUVENIRS, ONLY!!!!!!
I went there for my birthday and my ID actually expired that day. I totally didnt realize it so when the guard told me and acted like they werent gonna let me go in BUT she called her boss over who was extremely nice and allowed me to still go in and play since it was that day that it expired. Really friendly service, and very helpful😊
Beautiful hotel and casino. It was our first time here and we will definitely be back again. Tons of different games to play. Good selection of restaurants inside too. There is a decent looking gym available, which I didnt use, but it looked nice as I went to the hot tub. Pools indoors, but hot tub is outside. Everyone says the buffet is great, but we never got around to it.
Positive: Very nice about giving us what we needed for our 3 night stay! Extra towels, wash cloths, coffee cups, coffee pods. All on the same day. We didn¿t have to contact front desk for anything! The view was nice. Negative: The shower faucet was difficult to turn off. Water could have been hotter. Breakfast hours should be later. Requested a little later checkout but did not oblige because of short staff. The thermostat was hard to control, but finally got it.
Casino was ok but we went to eat dinner and they were charging 35.00 each just because it was new years day and supposed to be special but in reality it was the same stuff . They need a plate warmer cause food was all cold by the time you got back to your seat. Also requested to be seated away from people due to the covid virus. Next thing you know theyre seating people right next to us. Also the food wasnt even as good as it normally is or as much as theyre normally is.
Use my card regularly when Im there ,had no money built up , my wife and I together each time she had $ 41 . Asked lady at social desk ,she said I hadnt been there since Dec 2021 .Wrong !!!! Then to top it off I found her to be quite rude .Much better treatment at tioga downs . See ya.
Positive: Friendliness and helpful staff. Negative: The buffet is pricey. It would be nice if it had more options. Juat a thought for the price as long as youre gaming you should be able to eat all you want all night and maybe could have a complimentary breakfast bar.
The prices are very affordable in the hotel, but the food is expensive. The hotel is very nice, and the rooms are very modern. The security is high and you cant get into the elevator without your room key card. This is a very nice 4-star hotel for the price. It is surrounded by mountainous forest. The views are beautiful. Its right up against a national forest.
We were thrilled that Thunder Mountain buffet was open again under limited hours. The food was wonderful, and of course, we ate way too much.We like it that they have left some of the older machines that we like to play. And as usual, we just donated, but had a fun time!
The buffet at the casino is wonderful. Always fresh with scores of options, the staff is friendly and accommodating as well. The desserts always blow us away and it’s a great place to relax and enjoy a weekend away. The gift shop has a lot of fun items and many times there are local artisans selling jewelry which is nice for unique gifts to bring home. The casino is beautiful as is the surrounding country and mountains.
Dont waste your time or money coming here. The Buffet was horrible most of the food was cold. With the limited selection they had I dont understand how they can screw it up but they do. To be fair the wait staff on a one to ten rating system would get a 7. As for the casino all the machines are rigged dont waste your money playing anything here, save your cash fly to Las vegas they have a gaming commission there who are not on the take.
Super fun cascino, I like that their slots let you play for a little while and they dont just instantly suck up all your money. The food is good here too. I wish they had more resturant options but due to Covid their dining is a bit limited. The rooms are very nice, the pool and hot tub are also excellent.
The parking was a little confusing. Drove around for a minute until we assumed we had to park and make the long trek in the cold to the door. But as soon as we got out of car, a shuttle pulled up. We were giving 15 free play for being newbies, and when we got bored and wanted to get back on the road, we cashed out. The casino near us would keep the 15, which we were expecting, but we got the 40 so that was cool. Basically a free carton of smokes. We bought some things from the gift shop. We wanted to check out the buffett but it was closed. They also have an outdoor heated smoking area. Drinks are way over priced. Overall a good time.
First time staying, fantastic rooms and food. Friendly and helpful workers.Im not a drinker but I was with a group of friends for a birthday get away. It was not busy at all. From my perspective the bar tender was disinterested and it showed with her attitude. She was snippy and just short of rude. Maybe because it was so slow or she had a bad experience earlier. But it still was a wonderful time and overall great time.
Positive: The restaurant inside was very good. I was very happy with the room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was quiet. Bathroom/shower was nice. Negative: The room smelled very strongly of marijuana. It didnt bother me too much but I know it would bother other people. Also, I wish there was a fan in the bathroom.
Nice casino & hotel. Very disappointing customer service experience.Upon driving home, I realized that I had forgotten an important book in the room. The next day, I called to see if they found my book and if they could have it mailed to my home. The did find the book, but the only way that they would return it to me was through Fed Ex. The process is for you to set up a Fed Ex account and email the hotel security the account number along with a release statement. I went through this tedious process to get back this paperback book since I had taken many notes in order to assist student athletes in getting possible scholorships. When I did get the book delivered to my home, I was astonished to find out that this very light weight paperback book cost me $36.04 to be delivered to my home (extra costs due to add ons to the shipping requested by the hotel like scheduled delivery time and a signature request according to the Fed Ex representative that I spoke to).I was very disappointed also that when I called the Seneca Allegany Customer Service line and left a detailed message before setting up the Fed Ex account, no one ever returned by call on their Customer Service end.We will think twice before making this trip again and will choose to spend our time and money elsewhere.
Mask mandate reinstated the morning of our check in to the hotel and reservations for dinner. Forced to wear mask. Occasionally security requested adjusting the mask to cover my nose while I sat by myself gambling. I stopped gambling and my husband and I went back to our room. The rooms are beautiful and the service and food in the restaurant and buffet was excellent. I will not return until this draconian masking is done!
Im not a big casino person, but enjoy spending time here with friends who are. The rooms are really nice with great views, the staff is very friendly & hard-working, and I really like the little restaurants they have. I enjoy the few games I do play, and even usually walk out a few bucks ahead.
Nice rooms, reasonable priced, long wait for Cafe due to employee shortage. Buffet open with very limited items, still 23$ person, not worth it. Specialty restaurants only open few days. Slots very tight and bonus payoffs small. Free drinks while gambling, tips welcomed. Stay n Play pkg great, hot tub and pool nice
Very beautiful and clean resort. Amazing!!!! My only suggestion for those who use a third party booking for the resort is to inform guests of fees prior to them booking. Worth every dime, every dime, and I will be back again. Just the $20 resort fee that I was told about, the price of the motel which I was informed about, and then the $100 hold which I wasnt told at first about was the issue. Again, now that I know, still worth it. And you do get the $100 back yes, but to charge someones card without tell them the fees is were irate guest start to form. Please let them know before charging the card. Still a great resort.
Positive: The bathroom was really nice. The room service waiter was very charming. Id recommend this hotel simply because its convenient if youre at the casino and are drinking. Negative: The beds looked lumpy, one of the (white) coverlets had blood (?) stains on it, carpet was in need of a deep clean, room smelled of cigarettes, & for the price, all the furniture should have been in way better shape and/or updated. No WIFI connection.
First thing when we walked in the door, we were instructed wear a mask. The door man stated that mask mandates went into effect again yesterday, but yet there were people sitting with straws on their mouths and no masks.Masks should be a personal choice, NOT something used to control others !We travel from Erie once a week and spend 2 days each time....definitely lost our business !!Will travel the extra 45 minutes to MGM in Ohio
The beds are very hard and the pillows are very soft. We spent $300 gambling and did not win at all. The rooms are nice but not worth $300 a night. The restaurant was good the main buffet is closed. I heard a lot of people complaining because they dont allow smoking inside. It was still fun. Also the pools and spa are closed indefinitely!
Awesome deal for $65 for one night. At that price, you expect run down rooms. This was not the case. The room was clean, well decorated, and modern. The staff were very nice from check in til check out. We ate at the Italian restauarant. The food was delicious and our server was attentive. Great overall experience! I also recently went to the thunder buffet and it was great also.
Nice hotel rooms. Nice casino, I didnt do well but two in our group did quite well. Weird rules on serving spirits near, they cant, have to load the drink up with ice. Dinner at the Western Door restaurant resulted in a mix of reviews in our group. Stay away from the Sea Bass unless you like a clam broth, my wife didnt, piece was svelt too in my view. I had the bone in rib eye and it was tasty but wasnt cooked uniformly, Pittsburgh Rare, near the bone was unexpectedly done more, like medium. Good service and friendly staff. We had a good time.
The food there is expensive, there is a very long wait to be seated, and is second rate. Point in fact I didnt even take pictures of the food as it was so poor. Avoid the buffet, it was horrid. The gambling is okay, could be better. They have a lack of covid precautions for the slots. I would say the crew I dealt with at the craps table was very cool, easy going, and I enjoyed my time with them.
Went for my birthday really recommend the steak house inside this locations was the best steak Ive ever had. Rooms were clean for the most part. Seemed short staffed as it took at least 45 minutes to get a drink from waitresses and around 10 minutes even when at the bar. Other than that friendly staff and fun atmosphere
Our stay started off really well with most of the staff. From valet staff to our bartender Ashley, and a manager Steve, who accommodated us when we had an issue with service in the casino.I was playing at the tables and my husband was sitting at the bar socializing. I had been spending quite a bit of money at this point.... the servers were understaffed, over worked on the floor. I could not get a drink. I even waited 40 mins at one point before I got up and got my own. The problem was, the drinks from a server would cost $4 while your playing on the floor, and if you go to the bar to get your own, it was $14... That was ridiculous, so I asked to speak to a manger, so they sent over two security guards. That didnt make any sense either. The security guards were not helpful!!! While I was explaining to them the issue, two women decided to interfere in our conversation. They seemed to be either workers off duty, or some how related to the facility, as they twisted my complaint and started rudely commenting on our issue, as if we were in the wrong. The security people, older woman and an older man, did nothing to control their interference, and at one point the older woman/security person, went over and spoke to them laughing about something while staring at us. This was the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experience I had ever encountered. One of the women even started swearing at me at one point, and threatened to come after me!!!!!The security finally got us a manager, who did defuse the situation, and did comp us for our problem. I have never experienced this kind of issue while trying to enjoy a get-away with my husband for a special occasion!!!!
This is a nice casino and hotel. Its snuggled right against mountains. The pool is great and has great views. The hot tub is outside with a nice deckAll the rooms have been remolded and are the same. The beds are brand new and super comfy. There isnt a desk lamp but a light overhead, I dislike this feature. The new chairs are leather, for me not too comfortable. I do like that there are built in plugs for your electronics. There are a variety of restaurants. The buffet has a wide selection of foods to choose from but a little expensive, $30. And, its only open half of the week. I like the cafe on the second floor, good options of food choices. The casino has a wide variety of different games to play. Alcohol drinks are free!!Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful.
We just stopped in because we were in the neighborhood. Played with 60$ at min bets and left with 20$, but had fun, had a drink, waitress was very nice, drink was free. We gave ourselves a 2 hour limit, so left with some cash in hand. The games were up and down, cant expect much at min bets, but won the minor jackpots a few times. It was a good adventure. Casino was clean, masks required, there is a smoking area.
It was a nice time. Unfortunately, our beds were not very comfortable at all. Lots of tossing and turning. Not sure if it was because it was a smoking room or what but not great beds and bedding. Other than that though our casino/restaurant experience was great. We had a blast. I supplied a pic of the view from our room.
Check in was quick, although I went to check in while hubby sat in the car with the luggage, but because the reservation was in his name, he had to come in with his ID, which seemed a bit too picky but it wasn’t a big deal. Our room was great, spacious and clean. Great shampoo and skin lotion. Due to Covid they don’t clean the rooms and we were there for 5 days, so we got extra supplies and emptied our own trash when we saw the housekeeping in the hall. The lines for the cafe were long and moved very slowly even though there were plenty of empty tables available- maybe a staffing shortage ? So try to eat either earlier or later if you are in a rush. If you choose to wear a mask, you have to remove it when entering the casino so the cameras can ID you. Everyone was super pleasant and accommodating. Parking is free. We enjoyed our week there.
We went for my Birthday. Since I booked through a third party communication wasnt the best. We didnt get the specific room we asked for. The person at the reservation desk was unkind. I understand its a weekend and they were busy. But her customer service could have been better.
👰🤵💍💐🍾🍰💒Got married here last Saturday 9/11/21. Due to extenuating circumstances we had to change our venue. Was beautifully decorated by loving family members. Made our day memorable. Small n intimate ceremony. Officiate was awesome and service was great! So many congrats from staff and visitors!
Made a trip of this place for my birthday. The food was AMAZING - had steak and shrimp. Service and taste were fantastic. The room? Quite the opposite. Most definitely not a non-smoking and the smell was overwhelming. If you are not able to handle cigarette smoke/smell, I would not recommend this casino - stick to the ones that mandate no smoking. I understand its preferential, I was just ignorant and unaware they still had smoking availability. Slot machines were not kind. Blackjack went much better.
Went for the Bare Knuckle Fight. The rooms are a little expensive and then fact that the restaurants close at 10 is a little disheartening. But they do have the 24hr cafe on the 3rd floor which was more than accommodating with different types of food. Also there was a munchie buffet that had wings, nachos, fries and a couple other things for $20 per person.
Very nice and friendly casino. Free drinks on the floor. wish they came around more. They need more slot machines open. I was at the Seneca cafe and me and mom, get food here all the time to go and we take it up to the room. For some reason last Sunday they didnt want to give it to us till 10pm. which makes no sense. its says take out 24 hours and we did it before in the past we get our food at 7 or 8 or 6pm. 10pm is late for dinner. we had to the leave the casino to go down the street to a pizza place that wasnt that good. I think since we give them money and i always stay the night here at the casino we should be able to get food to go whenever we want. they only have Seneca cafe open and a steak house. A lot of stuff is still closed.
My husband and I stayed for our anniversary. I must say, after reading the reviews before we went I was thinking about canceling. We didnt and are glad. We stayed in the new tower corner suite. It was a beautiful room, clean and quiet. We both won at the casino and the Seneca Cafe restaurant was great for breakfast. Management was present at the restaurant and was even assisting. Nothing was too busy or crowded. I even spoke with customer service before going, who was also great. My only complaint was when we were in the casino we werent offered a drink, but there was wait service running around, so I couldve asked for one. We will most definitely be back
Here on our honeymoon. Western Door is amazing. Cafe is horrible for waiting. Their system needs to change. Seating staff moves at a snails pace. Long line and people getting mad in line. Then priority members come and are seated before you even though you waited long. Not all of us are super spenders. Not looking forward to the line tomorrow.
Only one restaurant open. Waited an hour in line to be seated. Servers were way too busy. The young girl working Express Cafe ... Jordan...was exceptionally friendly and helpful to me on my visit there with a question. Rooms clean. Unfortunately too many new slots have taken the place of old favorites for those if us whove been going to casinos for years. Employees of casino all very nice...from check in to check out.
Positive: Room was roomy enough. Loved the shower- it was easy to get in and out of. Negative: We were there for 8 days. Room was not cleaned the whole time we were there. Was told because of Covid. Had to ask for clean towels, sheets, trash bags for the waste basket, etc. I could not get the Wi-fi to work on my I-pad.
Dinner at the Western Door was excellent, great service food was was superb. Gambling was fun and the Casino staff was helpful and attentive. We find the resort staff to be less than helpful and we seem to be bothering them. (Not the first time we have found this to be true) but as we have to deal with them very little it didnt put to much of a damper on the evening.
We felt like prisoners. My friends and I went there for my friends birthday to have a relaxing weekend and we were harassed most of the night. We tried playing games on the main floor and we were told to go back to our room. We tried ordering a bottle of wine and they didn’t allow it to be sent to our room. We did nothing wrong. We dressed up funny for the birthday celebration and got judged by our appearance. They were so nasty and rude to us for no reason. We didn’t cause any trouble or harm anyone. We were just trying to have a good time. Don’t come here if you want to be babysat all night.
After waiting 30 minutes in line, the Cafe refused to accommodate my request for a vegan entree even though theyve always done so in the past. My friend could not eat her beef on weck because it was too dry to eat. None of the staff appeared to be enjoying their work. This place certainly has changed and definitely not for the better.
Always a delight, located in the mountains, hour plus drive away from anything, provides a laid back relaxing stay. At the moment, staff shortages led to only 1 restaurant being opened, but they are saying that should change shortly. Overall this one never disappoints.
Very beautiful resort. The rooms are like new and very clean. Did very well at the slot machines. They paid off well and often. Outside is rural but very scenic. The indoor pool is small and shallow. Not good for laps. The hot tub was large and outside and very clean. Easy garage parking and hotel entry. Use the free vallet service if you want. For a complimentary room this stay was fantastic. Will definitely return.
Stop in here once a year while on vacation. I go to several casinos throughout the year. Vegas, Reno, the Dakotas and other places. This casino is comfortable, large, and well laid out. The only thing is that the dealers are not very happy or Ill say friendly. Not sure why but I have noticed this over the past several years. Other than that, good to go
Room was clean and casino had friendly service. The Fire Lounge around 6pm specifically was awful. Waiting over 20mins for ketchup and a drink for my husband and wound up going to the bar to get the ketchup myself, after asking 2 servers. By then the food was cold. They completely forgot our appetizer. Blamed the cooks every time an order of it came out of the kitchen and it went to a different table, all because we merely requested no tomatoes. Told them to forget about the nachos. Ordered room service later at around midnight, to again get rid of our nacho craving, said itd be 30-40mins. Totally fine. Until over an hour later my husband finally called and they had crossed them off. Food service in a hotel is a huge part of business. Sad experience.
Casino was nice, very clean... but, eat before you arrive! Not enough seating in main restaurant to accommodate guests (reservation only, booked weeks in advance). Tried smaller restaurant, and they served some things buffet-style (dry pork chops were the highlight! Lol)
Not sure if anything has changed since last weekend, but MOST people werent wearing masks or distancing (which conflicts with safety measures/info on their website).Pre-pandemic I would have given this place 5 stars, because their buffet was awesome.Wouldnt recommend now.
1st time here , no hosts walking the floor ...no waitresses to be found...we sat for 40 min in the same spot and not one waitress or any employees walked by except security.I want to lobby to find out where I could at least get a soda...only one vending machine in the place ...11th floor and it did not work.Room is very nice , very clean ...but poor management on casino floor .
Right off of I-86, the Seneca Allegany Resort is a conveniently located hotel with dining choices and entertainment. We chose it for the 8 Tesla superchargers, which are closer to the casino than the hotel. The rooms are spacious and the king bed was very comfortable. Views of the hills are stunning.Self-parking is free. You park in the garage, take the elevators to the 1st level, and walk to the hotel elevators to get to your room. There is an entrance from the garage to the casino. There seems to be little else out there, so you eat on the property. Being an off season that was either the casual Seneca Café or the pricey Western Door Steakhouse. Time to be seated at the Seneca Café was long but service was attentive after that. There were no shows at the time, only the casino games.
This was our first time there, they give you $15 in free play (slots or tables). Their reward points system gives you 1 point for every $170 circulated, seems low to me. Although we didnt walk away winners, we still had a great time. They have such a wide variety of games and several blocks of the popular ones, we will be back!
Was given a room that when we opened the door was obviously not available for guest and under going construction. Front desk was very apologetic and asked if Id come get a key to a new room. Didnt have anymore queen suites available so upgraded to a king suite and the room was beautiful. Bathroom stocked with all the goods youd possibly need, room was clean and all employees were really nice. Cable channels amd TV reception could be improved but for me, I had no need for that anyways.
Normally I think I’d give them at least a 4 but the buffet was cut down to a mini and upon approaching the counter the waitress standing on the other side proceeded to stand the like we didn’t exist for literally so long it felt awkward and we decided to turn and go to little ceasers lol also the place where you get the player cards the lady was very short with us until she realized it was my girlfriends 21st birthday then she seemed to brighten up a little bit but too be honest we were kinda lost and couldn’t really find anyone that cared to help us except the lady at cashier desk, she was a gem! She saved our trip with her kindness and I’m so thankful for her! We came back to hotel and went back when shifts changed though and it was like walking into a whole nother place! The people working were so kind and we turned out to have a great time as well as getting some life changing good news while we were here!! It’s definitely a really cool place with giftshop that has all kinds of neat things!
Rooms were twice the price that what was offered online. Offers valet parking for a $5 fee self parking is 1/4 mile from the doors. Hidden fees. Check in was difficult so much noise from the casino floor we could not hear the clerk (who did not compensate when it was obviouse we could not hear him). Carpeting in room was very old and a bit discusting
Normally I like this casino but went on fathers day and ordered their fathers day special for $26.00 and it was awful. Chicken was so over cooked you could use it as a hammer. The ribs well no bbq sauce on mine didnt take the membrane off and mostly fat. Corn was burnt and we all got up without waiting for desert. My opinion if the casino pays for a great chef then you get a great chef.
If youre not ready and staffed to open please dont!I love this Hotel / Casino, but after the Pandemic they are clearly not staffed and ready to go!!One Restaurant open, 1 hour and 40 minute wait time to be seated, short staffed, and dinner was awful.Such a beautiful property and great staff, too bad to be tarnished by a terrible experience.Looking forward to my next visit when things are staffed, open, and ready to go.
Everything was great I went with Susan Maloney this past weekend which was October 1st to the 3rd. The suite was beautiful and they gave me a rollaway bed in the living room since I snore LOL not that bad but the only thing I was a little mad about was what I ordered in the west Room restaurant I only got a half an order because they were very expensive and $40 got you like six of them. The only thing is they didnt look like king crab legs they looks like snow crabs but they had the sharpness on them but they werent big enough to be king crab legs unless they were Dwarfs. They tasted okay but they werent the same as what Im used to because I make them myself too. Just giving you a heads-up about those. the steak that my friend Susan got looked wonderful next time I will get that. I also ordered the steamed clams and they were really good. The only disappointment was my crab legs which I enjoy so much LOL but your place is beautiful and I am so happy I went with Susan we had a blast. Keep up the good work. Thank you so much for an enjoyable weekend.
The Fire lounge had Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. The atmosphere was great. The mixed drinks were under poured and were not served with a smile. And to add insult to injury the policy to serve food with drinks is understandable. But when a person orders chips and salsa and waits longer then people who order actual means there is something wrong. Wanted to leave after terrible service but had to wait over 45 minutes for our chips and salsa which we paid for. Honest the absolute worst experience at a bar/ lounge I have ever had. If I could give a negative rating I would
Everyone in this casino is rude. The hostess at the cafe literally yelled at 3 couples. The entire staff is unfriendly. The room was nice but the water in the shower was lukewarm at best. The slots were so tight that you couldn’t even get free games. No one was hitting. The dealers were not friendly like at other casinos. This was the worst casino weekend I have ever experienced. Happy Anniversary to me. NOT

2022-02-23The hotel room was very nice.. favorite part was the bed. It was soo soft. The buffet was good. The restaurant upstairs…the waitresses are very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. They have roulette table, it’s sad the electric roulette is in the smoking room. Hopefully they will get another and place it in the non smoking area. Lots of slots. The gift shop is so cute, it has a variety of items to choose from. Staff very attentive to your needs.

2022-01-30Starting out, we went to park in covered car park where it is free which was nice considering the time of the year and the snow. Everything was clean and well maintained the casino was smaller then I thought but still had all the games and tables youd want or expect. They had multiple bars on the gaming floor. There are restaurants and a Cafe place along with a buffet. We had the buffet which was nice and food was good. Our room was on the 9th floor with a nice view of the gorgeous surrounding land. The room was spacious and comfortable as well as clean. All in all it was a pleasant place to be and we really enjoyed our time. The only things were the size of gaming area and the size of the buffet which were like I stated on the smaller size dont know if there would have been much to keep me occupied for more then a day or two tops.

The gameing floor and whole place overall was very clean, every person from the staff that I interacted with was pleasant. I actually left up $128. So thats always nice. I will definitely return in the future. Yes I would recommend a visit to this facility.

2022-06-05Great place to relax and play a few games. Lots of slot machines and tables. They have craps, roulette, blackjack, and a few other table games. Usually quiet and not busy even on the weekends. Fairly small so there isn’t too much walking or getting lost. Special room for if you want type smoke while you play. High roller rooms available and a great event center. The bar is a nice place to sit and relax and the drinks are good. Sometimes there is live music and the bands are decent. Always have pretty good luck at the tables here but the slots kill me every time.

2022-06-12Didnt stay this time. One time we did room was good. Drove 45 minutes to play at the casino and go to the buffet. Buffet is now 30 dollars a person and isnt worth 10 dollars. Cold food was warm and hot food was cold. Food was tasteless. Couldnt eat it it was so bad. Will never return to that buffet.

2022-04-03Room was really nice. Clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. We were there on a March weekday so it was pretty quiet too.Pool closes way too soon (I think it closed at 9:45!?!? (We arrived in time for a late dinner, got settled in the room and the pool was already closed). Hot tub is closed if temperature is below freezing. So, missed out on that too. (Too bad, I had chosen this hotel because of the hot tub and it was off limits - and probably often is from late fall to early spring. Wish theyd mentioned that in the literature). But, if you just want a comfy room or room and casino - fits the bill!

2022-03-23Booked hotel stay for 2 nights online, 3 weeks later arrived at the hotel. Once we arrived we were floored on how beautiful the place was. Free valet & bell hop included with hotel stay. Room key acts as elevator pass to access hotel floors 3 & up. Basics 2 bed room comes with small coffee pot & refrigerator. The room was clean and big. Nice bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The gift shop was cute and reasonably priced. The casino has nice layout and as long as your gambling they offer free drinks! My mom had coffee and I was drinking vodka. The slots were entertaining. The Buffett was pretty good and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely return.

2022-05-24Ate in the Cafe it was excellent. 3 sisters at Niagara could learn a lot from them. Food is very good service very good in spite of the fact that is was very busy everything moved smoothly. Only 1 hostess seated customers and got drink orders. At Niagara 3 hostesses just stand around not doing much of anything but socializing among themselves

2022-03-30Very nice resort. Had a great time. Very reasonable prices for the hotel for the night and when we decided to extend our stay another day was offered a complimentary room stay and some free play points. The indoor pool and outdoor hottub was fantastic. Room service in the middle of the night was superb, quick, and reasonably priced. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Overall a great stay for a quick getaway.

2022-06-09We ate at the Cafe for dinner after my nephews kindergarten concert. There was 9 of us. The lady seating us was not pleasant, but our waitress was amazing. I believe her name was Tabitha! She was quick, she took our orders without even writing anything down, made sure we always had refills and our food was amazing! She deserves a raise :)
