Absolutely happy that there is now a Sephora in my neighborhood !! Definetley some after work therapy 😂. Didnt expect it to be as big as it is, so roomy & great for social safety.. The ladies here are wonderful, wanting to help if you need from the moment you walk thru the door !! What a pleasure shopping here for over an hour looking at all the products & i enjoyed the huge selection of trial/mini size products they have in stock, perfect if you dont want to buy the full size at first..
I booked an appointment to have my daughters make up done. A 60 minute appointment. They make up artist was a very sweet and talented artist. My daughters makeup is perfect. We purchased everything she used.

No one helps you. I was shocked to see workers putting makeup on each other. I did help out a lady with suggestions since no staff were helping ,they were all just talking to each other or pretending to be busy. Low quality sephora. 2 stars for being clean though.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Everytime I go in this sephora I feel uneasy because there is always that one person that looks at me like Im doing something wrong🤦🏾♀️ for that I dont like coming here I prefer to order online because of it
I frequently check in this location to test fragrances when I dont feel like traveling to the City. The selection is abysmal for mens fragrances, but the unisex and womens marketed options are abundant.I would come here during a huge sale that I wanted to save time on shipping, otherwise I would just look for items online. This location doesnt carry rarer items, for example the Sephora exclusive by Kilian Liquors Collection.
Rachida was so professional, courteous, and patient. Really made the shopping experience at SEPHORA a wonderful one. She color matched the product with precision. Kudos to her and the SEPHORA team!
Too many employees walking around and bothering customers with questions. I was watched by 3 people while selecting perfume. Maybe they thought I wanted to still something. The girl who was standing the closest to me was shocked (you could see her eyes get bigger) when I asked for the biggest size of an expensive perfume. Very judge mental attitude. They assume you are poor if you are not wearing Gucci head to toe.When I asked her about rewards program and how the points are accumulated she said “I guess it’s a point for every dollar you spend, or something like that”. How can an employee not know this?
Who doesnt love Sephora right? Im not going to lie went in on a Sunday afternoon w my kids (including my daughter in JRHS so not a smart move lol) so I became overwhelmed quick. There are so many different stands and brands and make up I will be back very soon on a weekday by myself 😉Staff is excellent here, they are always there to help but do it with finesse I didnt feel pushed or jumped on at all. Great people here 👏
All Sephora stuff out of stock… I just waste my time and money … I could have gotten better deals if order online … staff was very kind but cashier was very disrespectful. Bad experience on this location

Didn’t like this store. For some reason I was asked to pay not at the cashier but in some corner not prepared for that. There was just barcode scanner on the wall, no table or anything to comfortably open my bag, prepare money or put chosen makeup on it. Every body else were served as usual and there was no line at all. Strange and unprofessional.When I asked to add samples if they had any ( in Manhattan they always add without me asking, or online there are tens of promos and samples to choose from) he opened a drawer with many options, and gave me a gummy bear))) I asked for something instead but was told they don’t have anything else. Treating customers like fools is so wrong. Shop assistant girls were nice and helpful though.No Givenchy or Guerlain.Overall my experience with this Sephora was bad enough to spend time on this review.
My fianceé and I always enjoy ourselves when we visit our neighborhood Sephora. The employees are incredibly helpful and friendly, and now that we can play with the perfumes/colognes ourselves, we cant help but visit at least once a week.

Good service but out of everything I wanted
Extremely limited on mens items but I managed to get a bottle of my favorite cologne here at a better price than Macys. If youre a woman, I dont have to tell you anything about this store, youd know more than me by far.

Frances was rude ! And didn’t like her service at all !! She ignore me when I was about to pay and she left , so I had to wait for the next cashier ! Some of the stuff are just standing there doing nothing not even offered help ! I rather order online ! That way I don’t see attitude!

We had make-up appointments scheduled for a party for a month. We even went in and confirmed the day of. An hour later she calls and cancels so we had to scramble and find someone else.
1st time going in i asked 3 associates for a hair mist none of them knew if they had it one of them.asked me whats that.2nd time i had a return ,i showed to the girl at the front door just to make sure that theyll not bother me inside thinking that my stilling .2 steps in they asked me 5 times if i need a shopping bag until i told one of them that the item that i have its a return Im going to the register to return it.I go to the register the girl goes swetie swetie swetieeeeee 1000000 times in the end bye ok swetieee .P.s LP at Sephora bayridge need to know how to tell who be stilling and whos not ya making shopping there uncomfortable telling your assoc to ask 10000 if were k .

2022-06-11Great selection per usual. Had a seamless experience the first time. The staff member who helped me was pleasant and checked me out at one of the kiosks for a swift and easy process. Second time the line was getting long and there was only one person working the register despite several workers being on the floor just walking around (not visibly helping any specific customer). One staff member rang up the person she helped ahead of other people (understandable) but then just walked away as the line was growing which made no sense to me. People have places to be.

2022-07-28I came into the store and attempted to make a purchase but no one at the register, 8 ladies in the front no one at the cashier.one associate looks at me but proceeds to walk towards the front of the store. I guess these employees forgot how bad things were during the pandemic when businesses were closed. No customer appreciation. I waited a bit and decided, I can go to Ulta or Macys. I walked out, no need to spend my money here.

2022-04-24Great selections and brands, staff was also helpful.My only gripe was the entire store had no makeup remover,they said they were out, how do you try makeup on then. Sephora shouldnt open without makeup remover/wipes! Parking is hard to find here,I suggest coming on Sunday.

2022-05-25Im giving this place 4 star only because there was such a great girl (Abby) taking care of customers giving really honest advise, until maneger took her out to take care of the promotion to sign up new customers. There was also a lady from Nars and a guy ,both very friendly. Normal you have to wonder around till someone ask you If you need help .Some of them dont seen knowledgeable when you ask questions. I need it 4 items suggested to me and guess what?, nothing available. Do they ever restock? I prefer Sephora at downtown Brooklyn by Court house. They are really good there. No complaints.

2022-04-22My first time in this Sephora or any Sephora and Im scared to ever go back to any. Im a make up enthusiasm that wants to learn to apply make up on myself and came here to learn more. I really felt uneasy here. The workers look at you like the weird kid in the lunch table all alone. Im sorry to state it like that but it kinda made me feel even more low. I want to wear make up to feel a little more confident about my appearance but came out not that good.

Mariya or Maria was super helpful and patient with my mother & I getting color matched for different products, she’s very well versed with everything about beauty and skincare for all skin types and helped us find exactly what we need, we can’t wait to come back and purchase new products! In Manhattan Sephoras, you never get the same personalized attention you do when shopping at this location and you’re not rushed, so it’s by far the best and also very well stocked on the items they do carry. Friendly service all around would highly recommend and worth a trip from Manhattan!
