I stopped by the other day to exchange a product. I needed help finding my concealer match and got helped by one of them and she gave me great service. When I approached the register and told the cashier I would like to exchange she was quick to say No, we dont do that here. You have to go to a free standing Sephora to do that. I went there a few weeks earlier to return a few products and even though they made me wait, they gave me my money back. She was clearly lazy to do the call to process an EXCHANGE.
On two occasions the sales associate said she would get the products I needed and come right back. I sat there with my fiancé, we played with the vanity mirrors; we literally had to go find her after 20 mins. Then she’s like “omg let me go get it now” she left we sat down AGAIN, 10 mins passed we looked around the store, she was at the register while we were waiting so we left. I wish I would have gotten her name! Horrible customer service!!! I will not be coming to this location again!
I can see why Sephora is having issues and the reason why they are public! My mother purchased two makeup products there on May 24, 2019, her Fenty foundation was wrong (this isnt my reason for a complaint because mistakes do happen) so she returned to have it changed for the proper color. The young lady was very rude, and not so attentive to her customers. She addressed the crowd saying whos next? instead of saying Hi, How may I help you today? The staff here is not professional and should attend customer service classes or simply look for another profession where they are not dealing with the public. This is not ok as my family shops here all the time. MY FAMILY AND I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE ANYMORE, ID RATHER GIVE MY MONEY TO ULTA WHERE THEY KNOW HOW TO TREAT AND VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS.
This Sephora is incapable of standing. The staff is rude and does not offer to help customers. When you go in and ask for help you are ignored, sent off to find it yourself or told “I don’t really work for Sephora- I just work for JC penny and they are short staffed so I was sent over here to help.”One time I went and I asked for Marc Jacobs eye liner- the lady took the liner out of the box rolled some out (it can’t roll back down) and then told me that was it and expected me to buy it... the gag is that not only did she roll some product out BUT she completely ripped the box!On another occasion I went in and asked for help multiple times and was ignored ( which was the case two more times so I decided to stop going to this location. Most of the time the reps are standing around talking to each other and not assisting customers. THEY never have the products I’m looking for- most of their displays are terrible looking and u organized. They just don’t care in this location and it’s evident. I pray that corporate gets involved and either fixes these issues or shut the store completely down.
The supervisor that helped me today was very nasty and not pleasing to human interaction at all. She refused to give me my free bday gift due to me asking 2 weeks after. Ive been a customer of sephora for years and was never told no. Ive even asked a whole month later and they still give me my bday gift. The way she said Girl... ugh no was very discusting. Then she continued to put the bag of products i purchased down on the counter and and just turned around not even thanking me for being a customer and saying bye. Ew. She makes the brand of sephora look bad. I will never come here again.
Me and a friend went to get some foundation matched and wanted to buy some products that were well over $100 the beauty girl helping us was very nice and informative... but her supervisor Nikki.. she was so RUDE! Yes we did walk in a around 9 and they closed at 9:30 but we knew what we wanted and didn’t plan to stay in there long considering that they were closing and we didn’t want to keep them. But Nikki was absolutely rude, rushing the beauty girl the whole time, getting impatient when she was looking for the product that we wanted just for them to not have it in stock, and when Nikki asked us if we wanted to order it online, I told her that it was fine and we would go to another store to purchase it, she shrugged her shoulders and said “Okay!” as if she couldn’t careless. I’ve meet a few rude Sephora girls but Nikki definitely takes the cake, being that she has a higher role position I expect her to play her part well. Which she did not.
PLEASE hire capable people for your Kings Plaza location! The staff is horrendous and extremely inattentive. There was a line at the cash wrap that was completely ignored, causing myself as well as two other customers to leave. They will continue to cost the company money if their nonchalant behavior persists.

2019-08-30The worst customer service. There were two people “working”. And only 3 customers including me. They ignored my basic questions. Without listening what I need recommended to buy “it”cosmetics. She was hardly promoting that brand I guess they pay for that. I didn’t give up went to ask a couple of times and got indifferent answer. I applied to different shades and asked how they look and which shade matches better. They were even lazy for that. I end up buying very white like a mask shade following their “this side”

2019-09-15There a particular black lady i dont know if she the manager but she refuse to let us get samples in peace always watching and coming up to us making us feel very uncomfortable. Honesty you just dont do that because of that i wont shop or go there anymore. They make us out to be thieves When we clearly not. Do something with your staff sephora, re-train or do something because this location is not good at all.

2019-05-17I went here with my husband to look for chloe perfume. We asked this one lady for help, she ignored us at first and then says she doesn’t have the size we are looking for without checking and walks away with another costumer. Later we asked another sales associate Who was nice enough to help us. And found the size we were looking for. The selection of lipsticks at this place are not good. It looks very old and nasty. And some items are out of stock. We ended up spending over $200. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION.
