2021-04-27They were out of stock on a favorite eye shadow I was looking for. The young lady working was not overly friendly, nor did she try to help me find a way to order the shadow or find a similar color. I left disappointed.

2016-07-06I was shopping at Ulta for years but they are so understaffed and I get tired of waiting to be helped. I came into Sephora and was immediately greeted and asked what they could help me with. The lady at Sephora seemed much more knowledgeable and and wasnt pushy with products, she just wanted me to leave happy. I cant wait to go back.

2019-02-21They dont have anything in stock the help is lazy and the store is filthy. Instead of standing around laughing and taking to one another why not try helping customers and cleaning
