The owners and employees have your best interest at heart. They are flexible and help you out. They are funny and joke around. if you are there to do something that takes some time they make it feel short. Very nice people. Serena Wireless is one of the best cellphone stores on long island. i highly recommend you go there if you are having any trouble or you need any repairs on you iphones , Samsungs , ipads , laptops etc.. i went in to fix my my iphone and it was done less then 20 mins . Ask for Eddy wonderful repair man he is very fast , organized and fixes within minutes . i had a wonderful experience. so definitely check them out!!!

2022-06-09Best phone store you can ever go to! Eddie is super attentive and super quick. I came in to get my phone unlocked after being told that my phone cant be unlocked. Got my phone the same day and couldnt be happier.

2022-06-09I went to metro pcs on Jerusalem Ave and was given a difficult time and wasnt able to be helped. Although my phone is metro she recommended to Serena wireless and when I came into the store he was able to fix the issue in a matter of seconds switched the motherboard off my phone and had my phone working better then it ever did .

2022-01-08If I could give them a zero star I would . I’ve been coming here for yearssss so has my family members because it’s convenient to where we live but these people act like they love us and steal from us. This man sold me a broken iPhone 11 for 700$ and than throughout the screen would just turn black and the phone gave me issues . Everytime I would go there to complain he made me pay $100 to “fix” it and 400$ later this phone is still giving me issues . These people stole from my father. He went in with a sim card in his phone left and there were no SIM card. Smh and they wanna act like they love us and our people .

2021-11-19They fix stuff for cheap with back market supplies. Got my battery replaced and two week later 1% drains every minute . It was a waste . Bc not I’m going to apple to fixe it again

2020-05-22From when this place first opened, Ive always been able to run to this store to fix my iphone problems. Today, my iphone randomly turned off and wouldnt turn back on. In under an hour, he had my problem fixed. No lost photos or messages. Great fast service!

2018-11-07The best place to repair cell phones. I had my son’s iPhone 7plus screen replaced there recently. It took no more than 15 minutes and they have the cheapest price. I know because I shopped around before I went there. The service is excellent. I highly recommend this place based on my experience.
