Its ok. The owner was not very friendly. The spa experience was moderate. Dont know if it was because we were a Groupon customer or otherwise (this shouldnt matter anyway).

Purchased a massage voucher around January. I was not able to get in until 4/27/21 after several attempts to schedule. I ultimately had to make a FB post, which they later removed after calling me. Less than a week prior to my appointment, Marjorie emailed me she was not available, but could do the Monday prior, 4/26 same time (3 p.m.) I confirmed in my email that I was approved for the time off from work and would see her then. Fast-forward to my appointment. Place was closed. Marjorie happened to see me standing in front of the locked door and said: Can I help you? I informed her I was there for my 3 p.m. massage. Her reply? not today, your not! Huh???? She lets me in. I start recounting our email exchanges, which he has no memory of. I had to read them to her since she didnt have her glasses. She is getting increasingly annoyed with me. She grumbled she would be backed up now. She stated her concern was she has a 3:45 appointment. Okay, but I am standing in front of you, in the time slot YOU SUGGESTED, since your rescheduled, I left work early, and youre annoyed with me? She tried to call her next client, but complained she didnt have a number for them. Not my problem. She said she was not able to see me, gave an empty apology and off I went. No refund offered, no attempt to remedy the error. Unbelievable. Dont waste your time. Theres plenty of other professional facilities that deserve your money.

I waited 3mo.s + for this apt. It had been canceled once, n was told to reschedule, online, but she was prety booked up.made another apt 4 more weeks.arrived on time n was told I was late. Apparently she had sent an email the day before n chg d the time earlier. She was extremely rude n unprofessional. I felt like she could actually hurt me more then I already was.I walked out , after reading the reviews I would advise anyone interested in her services to look else ware. It may be in your best interest..

The owner is very rude and unprofessional. The massage was awful. I mean the absolute worst I have ever had. Not sure if it was because I was a grouppn customer or she was just having a bad day. Spend your money else where. So many great places in the capital region. Do not waste your money!!!

I got a Groupon from them and have been trying to set up an appointment for a deep tissue massage. I tried calling and email. They called back one time (days after I called them) while i was at work. Called them back and still haven’t heard back from them. So I emailed them and they didn’t reply. Terrible service so I am exchanging my groupon to go somewhere else.

The facility appears clean and Meg was friendly and professional. My negative experience was due to the walls in the room which I was receiving the massage being extremely thin. You overhear conversations from the salon, reception area and flushing of the toilet in the adjacent bathroom. My 60 minute massage starting at 9am was finished by 9:50.

I purchased a groupon for my wife at Christmas and when she recently called to book the woman who answered was rude and told her the soonest she could get her in was May during the work day then June but she may be in Tokyo... she would see. Obviously my wife has no interest in going now. Thankfully groupon was able to refund the purchase price.

Wonderful atmosohere, great services. Meg was so nice and absolutely amazing at what she does. I will absolutely be recommending Serenity Garden to friends and will definitely be back.Note: I used a Groupon for a massage and had to reschedule at one point and the staff was very accomodating and kind throughout the entire experience.

Poor service- they only had one massaging oil/cream and they HAD to use it to have the massage. The oil/cream had nuts in it and I have an allergy to nuts. So I was not able to have my massage. Not to mention it wasn’t until after I got there that I was told the information.

I had a scheduled appointment, found a babysitter, paid them... Got there, only to find out that she wouldnt work on me because of my kidney problem and I needed a doctors consent.... Maybe they should screen you ahead of time, so that I could come prepared. Im not angry, as I understand it was for my safety and hers. However, being out money for a babysitter AND going all the way to a location for something relaxing, just to be turned away.... Hoped to get rid of stress and only ended up with more!
