We have been very happy with the service provided by ServiceByte. This is the second time they have provided service for our PCs and printers. They responded very quickly and were able to come to our house the following day after our call and they were able to fix our problems in short order.We also found the cost of their services to be reasonable.Bob Stone

This is not the first time ServiceByte has come to the rescue. Everyone who works at ServiceByte is smart, technically savvy and really knows their stuff. Completely worth the time to work with this group. If your computer or network needs to be fixed, this should be your first call.

For growing Westchester county small business, ServiceByte is the IT go-to and also the resource we recommend to all our clients. They think along the lines of improving your business processing not just fixing your at once issue. We have also integrated some of their ideas with using Google and its products. Every IT guy weve worked with in the past has been arrogant and impatient with our questions. Kish is not like that. He is calm, patient, responsive, and always willing to spend the extra time to explain things thoroughly. I cant recommend Kish enough!

They have at least three very competent individuals[they may have more; they also would have to be competent]. Efficient scheduling with lots of slots to choose from. Kish was knowledgeable and zeroed in on my needs quickly. Told me where to purchase what I needed so no mark up was involved. He estimated how long the service call would be and finished even quicker than expected so that saved me money. Even hooked up my daughters wifi and didnt charge me.In the past I struggled with a spotty network for personal and business use. A lot of wasted time and frustration and now its smooth sailing for me and everyones devices in this very large home. I even went outside yesterday when it felt like spring had arrived and voila! I had wifi in my backyard. Im a very happy customer. Thanks Kish!

I inadvertently deleted all my desktop folders. Within 2 hours ServiceByte solved the problem remotely. They continue to amaze me with their speed and knowledge. Not only great customer service, but theyre so pleasant and personable.
