I have used this box delivery service for years and the employee was always the one who packed the box, but this time I had to do it and I think they should pack it since they have good experience.

IF THERE WERE 0 STARS, THAT WOULD BE MY RATING!Since September 21, I placed a package for Colombia and I was supposed to arrive this week in Cartagena, but what a surprise that it took me on Thursday, October 7, when I asked the agency where I sent it in West New York, New Jersey, when I they reported that the package was still in Florida. Three weeks and the package has not left the US. What a lack of respect and responsibility towards customers. For the first time I use this service thinking that it was good and out of laziness to go to place it where I always go (JV Cargo), and what a big mess I have made. You call all the #Servbinetega branches in the US and they dont answer! I want my package or my money back! What a lousy service
Whenever I have been, it is excellent service but to call there, it is a nightmare. They never answer is horrible because I live far away and it is difficult for me to go to the place.

I sent a box on December 15 of Christmas presents and on February 15 they called me saying that the box was lost. That disappeared in Bogota. Ahhh ??? How can you send boxes again here if they get lost? And they call saying they will give me only 100 of the insurance. Never again here.
Well initially I had problems but they managed to solve my problem, and the truth is I only use this means to send my packages to Colombia because they arrive at their final destination and without customs problems, I recommend it 100%

Excellent service. I always send packages and documents and they arrive super fast and the price is much cheaper compared to other companies !! The schedule is super convenient open Sundays and holidays. Definitely faithful customer 👍🏻👍🏻
WARNINGWhat a terrible service, we have come to make a payment from a GAP credit card and the lady does not feel like doing her job and makes the transaction for a lower amount than indicated on the invoice that was given to her.I come from Colombia and the service is supposed to be better because of the consumer laws in New York but they have a terrible quality and a non-existent customer service.Please avoid.

A bad service, I used to send my boxes by Jackson Heights servant and I never had problems, but in July 2016 I sent a box and just the things that were new and boxed never reached the destination, I lost some secret Victoria products and an electric shaver, what a coincidence that only new things disappeared and that they themselves packed. What a shame that for employees so that such a good company loses prestige.

They are taking a long time in the deliveries, I am talking about 9 business days that is a long time, I think this is one of the reasons why it remains full in avianca, just right away.

2022-05-13Excellent service and delivered as promisedI sent a 40” Smart TV to Guadalajara de Buga (Valle del Cauca) two months ago. My mother received it as promised in two weeks. I was very worried that the TV could break during the shipment. I wrapped it around with very good packaging and fragile tape. My parents received it in excellent condition. I am sending another TV for father’s day. Thank you so much. I think the service has been improving overtime in comparison of 14 years ago when I had a bad experience sending documents that I needed them to arrive within a certain period of time. I am glad to return, and know that I can recommend the service to my friends in Jackson Heights.

2022-04-05So far so good. I used them twice from Queens, NY to Cartagena, Colombia. First time I sent 4 ceiling fans and the second time a huge box with all type of goodies. Both time everything was delivered within 2 weeks to the intended party. Im impressed by that company, they seem to be better than most shipping companies that service Latin America... Excelente Servicio!** updated 4/4/22 ***3 weeks ago I sent a real heavy box to CTG, about 75lbs full of goodies. It got there safe and sound and a day or 2 before the promised date. It was my 3rd shipment and Im still very satisfied with this company. I just mailed another package today. Ill keep you posted on the results

2021-09-15It took only one week to delivered my parcel from New York to Bogota, at reasonable shipping fee. But sorry for no answers to phone calls and messages asking Are you opening today?, on Labor Day and the day after. Next time I will go directly without asking though it is still at pandemic period. The staffs there are friendly and helpful.
