During a recent rain storm, my roof began leaking in 5 different places, from the foyer and into my kitchen; talk about stressful! A friend had used ServPro of Hicksville/Plainview in the past and raved about them, so I called. It was truly the best call I could have made. They were here in no time, assessed the damage and immediately got to work. I had one point of contact, and he took care of everything, from dealing with the insurance company (enough said there!), explaining the process, arranging the services I needed, constantly checking in and reassuring me, basically taking this tremendous load off my shoulders. And I cannot say enough about the men who were at my house every day doing the demo. They were respectful, hard working, pleasant, dedicated professionals, and at the end of the day, they cleaned up thoroughly. Right away, I felt confident they would do a great job, and they did not disappoint. I hope you never find yourself in my situation, but if you do, now you know to call ServPro of Hicksville/Plainview!

My bathroom sink overflowed last night. We called Servpro Hicksville Plainview and they came within the hour to extract the water and clean all the rooms. Water was everywhere! They left their drying equipment so we wont get any mold. The Project Manager and the Crews were wonderful and so knowledgeable. I feel very happy and relieved today. What a great company. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Servpro of Hicksville/Plainview. We had water coming into our home from the heavy rains. They arrived at our house within 30 minutes and within a few hours, all the water was gone and equipment was set up to dry it all out. They were back in 3 days, as they said they would, to pick up the equip and do the minor repairs that was needed to get my house back to normal. I was so happy to have my house together in such a short amount of time. The men who cleaned up were professional, kind, respectful and compassionate. They were wonderful!

On a negative degree day we decided to light a fire in the fireplace. The flue had 1 inch of ice on it and could not be opened. We had severe, severe smoke damage. I decided to try and clean it myself...which turned out to be a disaster. I was stressed beyond stress. I called Servpro of Hicksville/ Plainview. Mike Hughes came out that same day and assess the damage. Within two days every inch my house was cleaned. They brought along a dry cleaning service ( Capitol ) That were just as great. Servpro brought in their crew who are professional, courteous, sympathetic and all around wonderful. They did a terrific job cleaning and I would highly highly recommend them agai that were just as great. I cant say enough about the technicians from Servpro of Hicksville/Plainview. They showed up in no time after being called. Their service was stellar, and they treated my family with the utmost respect. Water issues arent pleasant, and I was very upset at the time that they arrived, but each person that came in to help offered nothing but positive comments, and assured me that everything was going to be alright. They went above and beyond to call, email, monitor and do what was best for us during the entire process, and for that were extremely grateful! If you ever need help during a water emergency, dont hesitate to call them!

Servpro of Hicksville/Plainview was here to help me and my family after a devastating fire. In the middle of the night servpro arrived with in an hour of me calling them and boarded up my home to secure it. The next day the cleaning began, they dealt with my insurance company making the whole process very smooth.I would highly recommended Servpro of Hicksville/Plainview

When my aunt suffered a fall from the shower the water ran for 4 days! Water everywhere! After she was found and taken to the hospital, I called ServPro. They were there so fast! They took care of all the problems caused by the water and restored her apartment to better than new. They even helped me through the insurance process. I cant recommend ServPro of Port Jefferson more!
