SERVPRO of Northeast Bronx cleaned my carpets after a water loss and left them like new! The office manager was also great to work with from beginning to end. Overall great staff and service!

SERVPRO of Northeast Bronx did a phenomenal job in restoring my home after a basement pipe break. Their response time was quick and their Production Manager Kevin lead his team straight to work.

I wish i could give this company negative stars. Completely unprofessional. Alex came to do an inspection and give me a quote. The bad part was that i had to chase him down for a quote and when he finally gave it to me it was way higher than what we discussed. He (Alex) went on to tell me how he had several other emergencies more pressing than mine...when all that really meant was people who paid thousands of dollars through their insurance (were more important)will never use this company again. And i recommend no one else does either. Straight greedy and trashy.
