The service was excellent. Mike made the first contact. He was very professional and complied with all my requests. Adrian made the tough job of cleaning the carpet. Both of them were extremely polite. Norman, the sales representative was very helpful. He provided me with all receipts and invoices that I needed. I would recommend this company to anyone. It entails peace of mind. They are very reliable.

I am writing regarding the services rendered in my home. The clean up team came in and presented themselves to be not only very professional but also very considerate of our home and its belongings. My basement had already been flooded for 8 days prior to their arrival and the extent of damage had already taken its toll on the premises and my family as we dealt with the upcoming holidays and the catastrophic loss.The team was very careful, followed direction without issue and left the area clean when time permitted. There was an occasion that we had to ask them to pack up early as we were expecting holiday guests and they were still working. The team graciously obliged and explained that they would do a quick clean up before departing. The clean up team was led by Shawn who was very knowledgeable about my case, he was able to accommodate our requests and address our concerns. His experience in the demo/removal and ability to supervise his team showed throughout.I’m not accustomed to having this type of work done during the holidays but I am grateful that a team was sent that showed respect for my home, consideration for my requests, and who were not afraid to work longer or harder to get the job done. I highly recommend their services to others as it was a relief to have the work done with the feeling that my home mattered and that I as a customer was appreciated.

Outstanding response and service from Mike and his team from serv pro in the South Bronx. When my elderly parents had water overflow from an upper level bathroom down to the kitchen below Mike assessed the situation and knew what needed to be done. With me being out of state, I was concerned but he took the time to talk me thru it and was in constant touch till I could be on site. His partnership has been invaluable and has made a very stressful situation manageable. Done with the dry out phase. Ill post again after the build out is complete.

What can I say, the nightmare of sewage line busting and flooding our basement with sewage waste on Christmas Eve actually happened! (BLANK) Actually happened!!But ya know what Mike and his team from Servpro show up (again on Christmas people) and quell our worries, fears and anxiety over it all. First they treated us and gave us peace mind and then treated our basement professionally with green natural products and they explained how everything works so there would be no worries in the future. Cant say enough about Mike and Servpro of the South Bronx, the worst happened at the worst time and they were there and handled it......Search all you want but good luck finding a team that beats that!

They are amazing! I had a flood with 3-4 inches of water flowing through my apartment. Their response time was fast, and they were prepared and professional. They even followed up the next day to make sure my 91 year old mother was okay. ServPro took what should have been a disastrous situation and put our minds at ease. Excellent, timely, responsive and efficient. The fellas at Serve Pro South Bronx took care of a water leak/mold issue we had in our bathroom. They came out the next day, cut out the affected area, dried out the bathroom and repaired the damage and repainted all within 4 days. Though it was inconvenient timing for the repairs, they were very accommodating in helping us get this issue resolved before we left town and even worked on Saturday for us. We really appreciated the service by everyone involved. Excellent Job! Thank you

From the front office staff Sofia Sapeg to onsite supervisor Dave Ricci, were outstanding in there professionalism in handling my project. They kept me informed of all aspect of the job to the point where I needed not to be concerned about it to which the end result was way more than I expected. GREAT JOB & I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THEM!

I called Servpro at midnight after a backed up sewage line overflowed into our basement. Roni from Servpro South Bronx was at our house by 1:30 am to assess the damage and give us an estimate for the clean up and repair. He was back with his crew the next morning at 9 am to start the work. Roni and his team were just was we needed in an emergency. Efficient. Thorough. Professional. Highly recommened!
