I used sewer heroes service 3 years ago for replacing my exterior sump pump. At that time, it was a good experience. Recently the same pump was burnt out and I called them again this year for their services. They sent one worker for inspection and he said it was a two person job and will send two people the next day. They charged a $500 deposit at that time. Next day, they sent two other workers and they came to replace the pump. I noticed they went and bought a local smaller pump from Home Depot. I told them I needed the same size and function pump that I already have. The workers kept arguing and refused to replace the same pump that I had. When I called the office and spoke to the supervisor, he was rude and irresponsible. The two workers again went back to Home Depot and bought another small size sump pump. I kept telling them I had experience with small pumps and it will not work. I told them I needed 1/2 HP pump, but they refused and kept arguing with me. They are very unprofessional and irresponsible in their mannerisms. They refuse to give me my deposit back and I still don’t have a working sump pump. This is worst experience I ever had.
Found Sewer Heroes on line and saw they had good reviews so gave them a call. My problem was a clogged kitchen sink drain that runs underneath the concrete floor to the main sewer line. Had another drain guy come in and they were unable to free the clog - called Sewer Heroes. The day after my call, Brandon showed up and his knowledge and demeanor immediately put us at ease. After his thorough inspection, it turned out the kitchen drain wasnt the only problem, the main sewer line was almost collapsed and needed repair too. He was able to explain what was necessary and ran the camera through the line to show me what he was talking about and we scheduled the job. Brandon and the crew - Alex, Austin, Doug and Pete - showed up on time, as scheduled - not only Sewer Heroes, but also great guys. The day they were going to shoot the liner on the main sewer line, Mike (the owner - I didnt know to be impressed or worried that he showed up) was on site too. His expertise and team spirit turned what I expected to be a disaster into a huge money saving win - my main sewer line and kitchen drain are good as new and will be for another 100+ years!! All said, I would recommend Sewer Heroes to anyone/everyone, especially if its a complex job - you wont regret it. And if any of these guys show up, get to know them a bit, youll have a whole new appreciation for your sewer system, and you will have gotten to know some class guys in the process. Btw, a week after the job was done, Brandon called to be sure everything was OK - I cant say enough about these guys and this company - great job and well done, thanks so much!!
Short review: Sewer Heroes is always going to be the first call I make, and, yes, they answer the phone 24/7. I have their number stored in my phone and have recommended them to several people already.Long review: We have a 1940 Rockland County home with iron pipes under the basement concrete slabs that were getting slow and backing up occasionally. I was recommended by a local contractor to look into cured in place piping, pipe sleeving, as a more economical solution than a complete trenching and tear out. I searched online and came across Sewer Heroes and emailed them late on a Wednesday night (non-urgent). They called me 9am the next morning, Doug checked out the job that Thursday night (at my convenience), and Doug and his crew did the entire job on Friday before I got home from work. They ended up having to trench and replace a portion of the work because of tie-ins to the existing plumbing, but the longer run under the garage slab to the outside of my home could be sleeved. After the project was done there was no garbage or sign that anything had been done except for a stretch of wet concrete that my kids found and wrote their names in with size 1000 font. I work in construction and could not believe how quickly and cleanly Sewer Heroes did this work. Lastly, they were so pleasant to work with. I had two other contractors quote the job, and they acted like they were doing me a favor and didnt want the job. I will absolutely call Doug at Sewer Heroes first for any plumbing needs. Thank you, Doug!
This is the second time Ive called Super Heroes, after I wasted money paying other professionals who could not identify or permanently fix our issues. Super Heroes has all of the equipment to diagnose any issue. They have the knowledge and expertise to fix the root of the problem. Weve worked with Doug both times, and from now on, I will call him and Super Heroes for any plumbing issues we have, big or small. The first time I called, we had to fix our main sewer line. Instead of digging up the entire front yard to repair the main pipe to the main sewer line, Super Heroes was able to seal the pipe and get the job done within a day. The second time, on Labor Day weekend, I called for help and Doug was at our house within five minutes. Doug took the time to figure out and diagnose a whole different plumbing issue and fixed it. He took the time to explain to us why it was an issue and how to avoid it in the future. Really happy Super Heroes exists as an efficient and affordable business. 24 hour emergency services and will also fix the root of the problem. Thank you!
Had our septic back up unexpected right before the holidays. called a few other companies. while waiting for those companies for hours to call back, we stumbled upon Sewer Heroes. They were at my house within 45 minutes and fixed the problem. Turned out we had a very old central line. Sewer Heroes team, Austin, Doug, Pete, Enzo, Mike and Mikey lined our central line to prevent any future back ups. They were on time, professional and work together to get the job done. We highly recommend these guys.
These guys are the best!! They are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and professional!I’ve dealt with many plumbing companies in the past and I am so happy to have found Sewer Hero’s!! They will be my go to in the future. Do not hesitate to call them you’ll be happy you did!!
Late on a Thursday, I called Sewer Heroes to see if someone could come out and help us with what I thought was just a clogged toilet. I was shocked when I was told someone would be out within the hour. About a half hour later, Austin called to give me an ETA. He explained what he was doing to diagnose the issue and broke the news gently that our sewer line was corroding and would need to be repaired. He gave prices and that he and his team could be there the next day to repair the problem. The next day, Austin, Doug and the liner team showed up when they said they would. All were so friendly, polite and professional! They got right to work and kept everything clean. They were efficient and let us know what was going on every step of the way. Once they were finished, they cleaned up and it looked like they were never there. While I wish to never see them again because that would mean we had another issue, I would call them back in a heart beat. They were fantastic and Id recommend Sewer Heroes to anyone who needed plumbing/sewer repairs.
I had two clogged toilets and reached out to Sewer Heroes and spoke with the owner of the company who made me feel like a valued customer. He had one of his employees come to repair my toilets within 20 mins. Shane was very professional and cleaned up after himself. I will be using this company every time!! I highly recommend their service.
Excellent! We called them in the morning when they opened, Brandon was at our house by 11:am. So professional, they walked us through what was going on, helped us with pricing and scheduled the job 2 days later. This is not the first time we called Sewer Heros, we had Doug stop by once before also and again, so professional and knowledgable about everything. Being a new home owner, several issues have come up with our new home but having a team of people who know what they are doing brings great comfort. We highly highly recommend .
We had unknown cause for water back up into our house three times in three months and were told it was due to a clog The third time it happened I saw the camera inspection and found it was a rotted main waste pipe. I searched for a company that repaired such pipes and found Sewer Heroes I called on Friday and they came out the next day examined the system confirmed the damage and two days later they arrived and lined the rotted pipe. They are extremely professional and really show caring and kindness to their customer Thank you again Sewer Heroes
I would have to say these guys are great. They repaired my drain system about a year ago and since then any issues I have with my gutters or anything they come quick and do great work. If you’re lucky enough to get Brandon you are going to be in good hands. As soon as you discuss your issue with him he is more than interested in enthusiastic with shows how professional and good at his job he is. I was very satisfied.
Learning I was the new owner of a 45 year old house with a rotted main waste pipe was a big disappointment. Filthy waste water was filling my finished basement and jeopardizing just-delivered furniture. This work was out of the scope of my long-time solo plumber, you need a crew for this. I stumbled upon Sewer Heroes online and only called based on the excellent (and well-warranted) reviews. Doug came that night, explained everything, recommend cured in place piping and allayed my fears. He and his crew worked for 10 hours straight.... they were so pleasant and polite to deal with, very respectful of my home, removed/replanted a tree, and cleaned up everything upon leaving. I cannot say enough about this wonderful company, they came to my rescue; let them come to yours too!
We had an issue with water backing up into our basement. I reached out to Sewer Heroes because we had used them before to clean out our sewer pipe. I called around 10am Saturday morning on 9/19/2020 and had Doug show up to our house at 12 noon that same day. He inspected the pipe and visually showed me from the camera he used how compromised our sewer pipe was. He went over in great detail of what our options were and how costly it can get if we didnt address the issue soon. Doug offered us a repair using CIPP (Cured In Place Pipe) which was a quarter of what it would have costed us if we had to replace the entire sewer pipe. We made the decision to do the CIPP repair, Doug and his convoy/crew showed up at 8:50AM on 9/25/2020 ready to rock. His entire crew was friendly and greeted me with their name and an elbow bump (covid reasons of course). This was important to me because it showed everyones professionalism and respect. These guys treated our home as if it were their very own. I highly recommend Sewer Heroes and a big thanks to Doug and your crew.
I had never used Sewer Heroes before. I had a clogged underground downspout drain, so I searched the internet for a repair team. I came across Sewer Heroes and I am very glad I did! Brandon was the guy and he was extremely qualified to diagnose and fix the issue at hand. He used cameras to isolate the problem and a snake to repair the clog in various spots. Also he helped me formulate a longer term potential plan to fix the issues from reoccurring. As for the repair cost, it was much more reasonable than the estimate I had gotten from RotoRooter. Again very pleased with his work and fix. Highly recommend.
Called them for a clogged kitchen drain on the Sunday after xmas. Felicia got my info and Brandon showed up less than an hour later and snakes the clog. I get that its slow on a Sunday but wow, an hour after I called the drain was cleared! Couldnt ask for a better experience. Prompt, polite and professional.
From the time they came over to give an estimate up to the successful completion of lining our problematic main sewer line, Sewer Heroes has handled our major project with utmost professionalism, care, and outstanding quality. Mike and his team did an excellent job. After a prior video inspection, we found out that our main sewer line had a few segments where it was sagging (aka bellies). These areas became a nidus for standing water and slow drainage. One of their technicians, Doug, did a thorough evaluation during the initial visit, and went as far as doing his own video inspection. He took the time to explain the problem and discuss the possible solutions. They offered to do the job at a reasonable price. There would be no disruption to the landscape and lengthy excavations, which other contractors could not avoid. CIPP is the new trend to rehabilitating old pipes like ours and Sewer Heroes definitely have the expertise in this field. The team was efficient, knowledgeable, and hard working. They were very respectful and treated our space as if it was their own. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience hiring these guys. I highly recommend them and would definitely go to them for future projects.
*Updated 5/19/20* Fast forward 2 months and I dont feel positive anymore. As a new homeowner to have a backup in your basement is a scary situation. At the time we were in dire need since we had a backup & Sewer Heroes seemed reasonable and responsive. We paid to line 100 ft of sewer line but in actuality only 87ft was lined. To find that out after another backup is gut-wrenching because we were quick to trust them in a time of need. Then two months later since we thought they did such a great job we had them install a sump pump in our basement, just a pump alone and no drains and paid an amount Im ashamed to admit. Im embarrassed in what I paid after asking several professionals for price quotes after the fact. Im having drains put in our basement this week for the same amount we spent on just a pump alone. I definitely feel like we were taken advantage of but I guess its our fault for being naive as new homeowners. As for the sewer line we were refunded the difference but I will never use them again nor will I refer them to anyone ever again. To Sewer Heroes, enjoy the money you made off of us. To everyone else, please be cautious when dealing with them and if they give you a price for a job please shop around first, unlike us.Original ReviewWe had a backup last week and called Sewer Heroes, not only were they responsive and professional they showed up at the house 20 minutes later. They discovered an aged cast iron sewer line that was on the brink of a full collapse. We scheduled a day and time that worked for everyone and they completely lined our sewer line. The amount of work that was done and the full crew of people showed they knew what they were doing and they were fully invested in fixing the issue. Doug was awesome and his character is what I think of when I hear the word professional. Sewer Heroes were great and I highly recommend them if your having sewer issues. Thanks again, Walter
It was 4:30pm, Saturday and I knew something was wrong with the toilet. So I dialed a couple of 24/7 companies until Sewer Heroes responded. What was so amazing was that a real live human being picked up on the second ring and calmly assured someone would be dispatched. The professional sent was also amazing. Shanes expertise and follow-through were impeccable. Mission was accomplished by dusk and I highly recommend the company based on excellent communications and professionalism from start to finish. ~ Ellen, Ossining NY
We had recently moved into a house where the inspector missed everything including the septic system. We had previously hired a septic specialist, who was a complete crook, charging my wife and I 250 dollars to do absolutely nothing.I called Mike and he came immediately, diagnosed the issue, and gave us a fair price. They put in piping with a new technology that was quick and efficient. He showed me the product on camera after the job was complete. If you go to another sewer company for your needs, you are making a mistake because Sewer Heroes are real people that wont take advantage of you.
We called sewer hero in the morning because our drain was clogged. We were able to get an appointment the same day. The mechanic called prior to arrival. He was very professional and he resolved the problem quickly. The service was excellent, I would definitely recommend using this service. Thanks for getting the job done!
This outfit are not Licensed Master Plumbers. Therefore, they can legally only provide drain cleaning services not plumbing services. Buyer beware -* Reply to Sewer Heroes response - The law is written that all licensed master plumbers are required to prominently list and display their license number on all service vehicles, website, stationary (invoices, business cards, etc.) and all format of public listings/ads. You do not. To not comply with said law is a punishable violation. This is an industry standard requirement and ALL licensed master plumbers are made aware of and know this. Well a well run company Sewer Heroes is. Very professional and incredibly responsive. The rep that came to my house, Brandon, was not only so nice, but took the time to explain things to me. I greatly appreciated that and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who has plumbing/sewer needs.
These guys were just great. Doug came out shortly after I called, identified the problem, rotted trap, and the next morning Peter, Brandon, Alex and Ace showed up, worked carefully with me to dismantle the decking with no damage, and then did the difficult and unpleasant work of digging out the pipe and replacing the pipe. Great guys, great work, and especially, fast and accurate. I’m very appreciative.
Lifesavers when it came to lining my main sewer. I already knew that my sewer line was damaged and at risk of collapsing, so I called Sewer Hero’s for help.Doug came 2 days later and did an amazing job assessing the situation (3 hours on a Friday night), just to see if the sewer could be lined or need to be dug up (Worst case scenario). No obligation to go with them, and received no pressure to do so, but Doug was honest and very knowledgeable and so I committed right there.A week later, a crew of 6 arrived on time and went to work. It was amazing to see the process and the guys were more than willing to show me the steps they take to line the sewer. “If it’s not 100%, the job is not done” – that’s what they said to me. My sewer line was 116’ and they were challenged where the liner met up with the city sewer due to its age. Instead of digging up the street, they spent 5+ hours the next day to ensure a smooth transition into the main city sewer. These jobs typically take a day, but they came back the next morning to make sure it was 100%.ZERO damage outside the house and the street with only a small hole in the basement so they can get the liner in (They patched it up at the end). It was like they were never there. If you’re thinking of getting a sewer lined, to be honest, it will be expensive, but think of the alternative. If my sewer line collapsed years later (Clearly see that it would have), a trench would need to be dug, trees, bushes, grass concrete and even the street would need to be dug up (Permits). It would take a week for the job to be completed at a cost that is almost double vs a liner and take a considerable amount of time to repair everything outside to the original condition. There is a 50 year warranty on the liner, which is great, but then realized I would be 96 years old by the time that expires. LONG TIME, but great to know it’s covered for when my kids get the house. Thanks guys for all the hard work!
I was having an emergency and they were the only place that had a person who answered the phone. She was lovely and helpful. I had a meeting scheduled THAT DAY!!!! Doug, the expert that arrived -and I emphasize expert- diagnosed the problem within minutes. He explained, in terms I could understand, what the issue was and came up with a plan that would resolve it. When I burst into tears he remained calm, professional and kind. The next day he managed the job and as he promised, the issue was resolved! His team cleaned up BEAUTIFULLY! I highly recommend!!!
I want to thank Brendon and his crew for unclogging the drains at one of the campus buildings. Since the piping is unique and the work space happened to be in offices, this task required tremendous skill, planning and old fashioned hard work. Despite these obstacles, the guys really came through working throughout the night without complaint, fatigue and no sign of quitting! Brendon also checked back in with me the day after. We always use Sewer Pros and will continue to do so. Thanks to all the guys for an exceptional job well done.
Five star company!!! Mike and his team arrived promptly and was able to fix all my plumbing issues. Extremely professional and courteous! Explained the process and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and very reasonable. I have since obtained a service contract with Sewer Heroes and have recommended to family and friends!!!! Excellent choice!!!!
Saturday... most plumbing firms dont work weekends. Most plumbing firms take ages to get back to you and when they do they try and add needless work to solve the problem. Not this firm, I was pleasantly surprised to get no bs, he arrived in the time slot, sorted out our problem, gave us advice on another issue we were contemplating along with ball park cost but no hard sale.Masked up, cleaned up, polite conversation, wish other contractors would opt for this approach. Highly recommended.
This company really came through for us in our septic system emergency. We had some big problems and they were able to sort it all out and make it right in a timely manner. Really nice team of professionals that got the job done. Shout out to Brandon, Shane, Austin and Alex! Thank you Sewer Heroes!
Doug came by today to give an estimate on a septic field repair. Though we havent had the work done and are still comparing a few estimates, he was prompt, courteous, responsive, and professional. He later raised the estimate--respoding promptly--when we requested that the entire field be replaced rather than partially repaired, and he had not included the fee for a permit for the work from the county, which addedanother $500. I should note that we have not had any work performed by them and this is our first time dealing with this issue. We ended up going with another company.
I recently discovered that my sewer line was failing. It’s something I’ve dreaded since I bought this house 18 years ago and found out that I have orangeburg. My line runs under the concrete floor of my family room and garage and another 70 feet under the entire length of my driveway and across the street. I was dreading a major excavation which would have done lots of damage and involved permits and traffic control etc. I stumbled upon trenchless repair and cured in place piping as possible options. I searched for companies in my area and came across sewer heroes. I contacted them and they sent a technician out within the hour. Shane did a camera inspection and walked me through the process. We scheduled the repair for the following week. The guys showed up on time and went right to work. Mike was on top of his crew and hands on involved every step of the way and Shane did his best to keep me at ease as the day progressed. During the thorough pre job prep they discovered another issue that didn’t show up during the preliminary inspection. That was fortunate as I could have had serious problems down the road. My situation required two relatively small holes to be dug so proper connections could be made. Those were repaired with concrete at the end of the day. All in all the guys were here about twelve hours. I wish I could remember everyone’s name but there were a large number of guys involved with my project throughout the day. They all worked hard to get my house up and running. I can now flush, shower, do laundry etc without worrying about sewage leaking into the ground under my slab. Thank you guys. You have no idea what a relief that is to me after worrying about this for literally the entire time I’ve lived in this house.
We called Sewer Heroes after multiple sewer lateral backups in our 1950s era house, turns out our house had both old Orangeburg (tar-impregnated paper) sewer lateral pipe and an extremely odd and long run to the municipal main (150+ ft). Quasi-emergent fix, as the pipe was clearly blistering and well past its original projected lifetime - based on other quotes, having to dig up and replace in the street would have been insanely expensive ($60K).After calling Sewer Heroes, Brandon came out the very next day to do a video inspection - he was polite, knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We ended up going with them for a CIPP relining from the house to the municipal (151 ft). Brandon, Shane, and the rest of their crew were here promptly the next day and in 2 days fully relined the pipe and installed a cleanout. Impressed with their professionalism, quickness, and quality of work (based on their final video inspection, which showed a clear run all the way out to the main - will update with longer-term eval as time progresses). We were happy b/c: (1) it was on the more inexpensive side relative to general pricing ($125/ft), and (2) relining the entire pipe was comparable in price to digging/replacing only in our property, which would have risked a subsequent break under the street - way better peace of mind this way. They have a 50 year guarantee on the relining too. Highly recommend!
Our sewer pipe to the main line cracked on a Thursday. The problem was diagnosed on Saturday. After contacting two other companies who made appointments and never showed up or called, I contacted Sewer Heroes on Tuesday afternoon. Mike responded immediately and was at my house in 30 minutes. Mike was responsive, responsible, and he and his team fixed the problem that evening and night. They were competent and I cant say enough good things. The next day we were able to move back home after spending 4 nights at a hotel because of not being able to use the water. BTW, the guarantee is 5 years, not 50 years as stated in another review.
Second time using them, for different houses. Our plumber was Doug this time. Initial callback time was less than 10 minutes, that he was on the way. He immediately found the issue and power flushed the system. He evaluated the system both in the house and out to the street. I am confident that our drain worries have been resolved.
Highly recommend this great service. Luis was exceptional - diagnosed a broken sewer pipe in our front yard and patiently walked us through every step of the process. He answered all our questions, and repaired the pipe with minimal damage to the yard. They turned a potentially devastating situation into an easy one. Thanks Luis!
I want to start by saying how difficult it was to find a reputable company that does sewer Lining. Ive had an ongoing sewer problem for 3 years now with constant back ups and flooding. From the time sewer heroes arrived, they were very professional and patient with explaining the options I had. They were very competitively priced. I ultimately chose sewer heroes to do my sewer Lining because I trusted the source. I am very happy with my decision and would use them again in the future.
Brandon and his team were incredibly diligent. A rare combination of expertise and professional. My wife and I had a uniquely difficult project and the team did a great job of diagnosing the issue and rectifying with great communication, timing and competence. Highly recommend.
Around 6 years ago...I had a major sewer issue which was a frightening experience for a first time home owner. It was a huge, huge.....did I say huge!!! repair job.... that required permits and various other stuff that I knew nothing about. I reached out to several plumbing companies and was quoted outrageous prices...not to mention poor customer service. Feeling even more anxious, I continued my research and came across the SEWER HEROES and was quoted a much lesser price to complete the job, they also handled the city permits and inspections, etc. But what was most important to me was how the owner (MIKE) of the company patiently explained in FULL detail of what to expect, the timeframe of the entire job and that there were no other hidden costs ALL while keeping my calm. Mike and all of the other workers displayed professionalism, courtesy and respect. Theres only one plumbing company that I will ever call and its the SEWER HEROES!!! I even have recommended them to my family, friends and co-workers and ALL are satisfied with their exceptional work!!!! GREAT JOB!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! #SewerHeroes --Make sure you call them for yearly maintenance.
Mike and his team are the best. They show up on time, do great work and do it with a smile. We have been using them for a while and have had no regrets. They recenty did my husbands parents house with zero dig sewer lining. I highly recommend Sewerheroes. It is hard to find companies that work with you and treat your home with respect. Thank you!
I had toliet that won’t flush properly. We call them see they clean our sewer line. They came in hours. Christopher came put machine thru the line but notice we had dirt in the line. So end up have use the water pressure machine. Clean whole sewer line but toliet was still not flushing so end up out use 2 machine threw the toliet but machine come stop like something was block it from going thru. So end up put a camera it end up show that we had crack n hole in the pipe. Set appointment for Monday to get job done. Christopher said the job only take one day .They came on time on Monday but while work they notice I also had two more broke pipe due. They stood all way 12 at night to make sure they completed the job that day. I would recommend them to other people.
Do not use this company. Read this carefully and I apologize for not posting this warning earlier. Im just home today and realizing that I should really warn my neighbors about using them.We live in Briarcliff Manor and had a back up due to blockage in our sewage pipe. My wife was home and called them to inspect and repair as per my recommendation (which was obviously not well researched). The field tech from Sewage Heroes in Briarcliff cleared the pipe and recorded a before and after video. The field tech (Christopher) later showed me the video he had taken and explained that although he cleared as much as he could, that my pipe had large cracks in it, and so could not be cleared completely and would likely clog again within 3 months. Furthermore, that my only solution would be to either repair or replace the pipe, either way very costly endeavors. At this point, all seems ok, just really bad news. But rather than my selecting from one of their very expensive solutions, I asked my neighbor (who flips houses for a living) if he knew of a sewer specialist that could give me a second opinion. He gave me contact details for a guy named Dave of local guy plumbing drain services in Peekskill. Dave, doesnt normally work this far from his home base, said that Briarcliff was on the edge of his limit but that he would so come by to help.I paid Dave him his going rate to conduct another video inspection. He then called me under my house to show me what he found, which was that although our drain still had many roots within it preventing him from full inspecting, he suspected that all may be ok but that the prior service provider just did a lousy job clearing the roots with the water jet system that they had used.My sewage pipe is made of cast iron and so Dave explained that he could use a blade system to clear. So I opted to pay him to clear my pipe. Yes, paid someone else to clear our pipe just days after having Sewer Heroes do the same. However, this time, when complete and viewing the after video of my entire pipe, from under our home to the public drain, I could see how the entire system was smooth, had no cracks as now was perfectly clean.Dave explained that sections of sewage pipes are connected to one another with one edge overlapping the other and that the material commonly used to seal between these couplings wears away, leaving very spaced for roots to enter. But that these spaced are extremely common and that although root filaments s that enter may grow to be fat on the inside, that they can still be removed easily if done before they grow too large. Furthermore, that if I use foaming root killer a few times a year, that I would not likely need anyone to clear the pipe for 3-5 years! Live and learn.
Mike and his team are rock stars. They ran into problems on my job and it ended up taking much longer than they had thought but they handled it brilliantly and worked incredibly hard to make sure the job got finished the right way.The team is professional, friendly and made sure that the site was clean when they left. I’d recommed them 10x over.
Labor Day holiday weekend (Sunday night). A houseful of out-of-town guests. And a backed up/clogged septic line. While many companies advertised 24/7 emergency service the ONLY one who would come out was Sewer Heroes! Dave fixed our problem, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I was having a sewer back up and water was flooding my basement. I called sewer heroes and they came to me within the hour. They were very professional, efficient and affordable. Their technician Christopher was very informative and I would definitely recommend them. 👍🏽
Brandon was our tech he was very professional, he was on time and very responsive, he gave us some recommendations to fix our problem and we will definitely be using your services when we are able to get the problem fully resolved and I would recommend you guys to anyone.

2022-02-28Brandon Lopez was the technician who came to my home to unclog an outside storm drain. He was on time, responsive, professional and explained the work and issue thoroughly. Their price is much cheaper than other plumbers. I am very pleased with Brandon and wish I had known and hired Sewer Heroes long before.

2022-08-13I had our sewer line repaired after a break in the line was discovered that caused a back up in my house.Sewer Heroes came and repaired it in the most professional, courteous, cost effective and minimally evasive way it could be done. They even replanted the shrubs that they had to remove to get at the area needing repair outside. It looked as though nothing had been touched when they left.Their techs were excellent at finding the issues at hand and getting us back on line in the best way possible.I can’t say enough about the way that Doug, Mike, Katelin and their guys took care of us in this situation.I would recommend anyone and everyone to use this company for any services needed. You will not be sorry.

2021-03-02When my sewer line backed up into my basement, I called Sewer Heroes. They came, showed me the collapsed pipe in the middle of my front yard on their camera, dug out and replaced the collapsed portion (right after a snow storm) and then shot a new line from the basement all the way to the town sewer (50). Plumbing is perfect now thanks to Sewer Heroes. Highly recommend.

2022-05-19Called Sewer Heroes to help with a clogged shower drain. I was scheduled the same day. Mike and Jefferson were prompt and professional. The drain was working within 15 minutes. Mike even recommended a preventative product called thrift to help with any future problems.

2020-08-12Brandon and his crew have lined 2 of my sewer pipes in Newburgh. They are professional, extremely experienced with trenchless sewer repair, which is the future. They have the equipment, they have the man power to dig the 10 foot hole required to get to the sewer, they have the courtesy to always be communicating with you on the job progress.Pleasure to work with.

2021-01-27We had a terrible sewage smell coming from our basement, called to have them do a video scope to check for any blockages, Doug explained everything and gave us ALL our options, and we were only charged what was discussed when we scheduled the appointment. Doug was so professional and knowledgeable, but he also empowered us by explaining every detail instead of talking down to us because we clearly don’t know anything regarding pipes and plumbing. I’m very thankful for my experience with Sewer Heroes today. And although I’m sure all their Field Managers are great, I will be requesting Doug for any future issues, he’s the man!!!

2022-01-19Sewer Heroes, great folks! Katelyn on the phone and Mike came to the house. Old galvanized pipe clogged, real pain that I tried to clear myself. Mike worked and got it flowing! Same day, just a few hours after I called. Great job by nice folks!

2021-03-08Sewer Heroes are the very best. I recently moved to a house which turned out to have a few hidden problems, the biggest of which has been the sewer system. After a few failed attempts by other companies to clean the system, we still suffered from backups. I stumbled upon Sewer Heroes and decided to give them a shot at it. Brandon Lopez came to the house and realized the error in design that was causing our problems. A few days later, he arrived with his team and rebuilt our drainage piping system. Mystery solved. They were clean, courteous and efficient. I cannot be happier. Thank you for bringing more peace of mind to my family. Highly recommended!
