Bought a jetski from Seymours this year. Nothing but great experiences with them. When they got the machine from Seadoo the process to pick it up was flawless. No Covid this and Covid that excuses like you get from everyone else these days. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Being new to jetskis I have had a bunch of questions and every call to them has been helpful and polite. This reflects positively on their culture. I will not hesitate at all to buy my next toy from them.
This is my 2nd review. It pertains to the service provided post sale on the boat lift I bought with my Wake 170 PWC. I had problems with lift that prevented it from lifting the craft high enough out of the water. Tom Seymour came to my property at Saratoga Lake, waded into the water (now at low flood stage) and re-positioned the bunk brackets, replaced the lift cable and one of the pulleys. Problem solved! Plus, he noticed that the bunks needed to be re-positioned to keep the hull bottom from contacting the metal cross member and fixed that. 5-star service for sure!
Bought a 2020 Suzuki King Quad 750. Tommy and Morgan were great to work with. Shop has great location and staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me fair price on the machine. Definitely would recommend anyone interested in off road machines, go check this place out. They have been in business a long time and know what they are doing. Very happy with my King Quad!
Bought a Suzuki King quad 500 in 2016. Sales was great to work with but the service dept didnt know how to put the plow attachment on. I was told its a new design.Jump ahead 3 years and i called service 3 times to get the atv in for plugs, oil, etc.. had to leave a message and they never returned my call. Took it to another place and had no problems. I guess service is too busy to keep up to keep up with sales .
Very poor experience, they have no problem selling you a quad but once you require anything after that they ignore your calls and take a month to fix a headlight and winch when they already have the parts. Wish I could give them 0 stars instead of one. So glad I went elsewhere for my quad but feel bad for those who buy here.
This place is top notch and knows how to put the customer first. I had a great experience everyone was very helpful. I purchased a new Canam 4 wheeler and a trailer. The parts counter crew were amazingly helpful and got me all the accessories I needed. On my way home I had an issue with my trailer and it was just about closing time I called and the service and sales crew stayed well after closing to get my issue resolved. I suggest everyone try Seymours before making a purchase any place else.
Absolutely horrible customer service. A friend of mine bought a brand new cannam 650 from seymours and he had the brakes completely go after 300 miles. They refused to cover them under warranty even though the calibers were obviously defective and seized. After a month and a half of waiting for them to also fix a defective winch we waited out front for 35 minutes to get the receipt to leave with the quad. They wanted to charge 1000 dollars to do the brakes when all the parts from another dealership only cost a total of 300 bucks. Will not be purchasing my new cannam through seymours. I like to feel appreciated by the business I spend 12 grand at. Not to mention that when we called there was a girl in the background that said is it that guy again what the hell does he want. Absolutely pitiful.
Paul in the parts department is incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond with customer service. Im a relatively new rider with an older Honda bike that needs a new battery. I called to see if they had a compatible battery and was told they unfortunately didnt stock those anymore. Paul, however, stayed on the phone and took the time to teach me everything I needed to know about what type of battery I needed, where to find it, how much it would cost, and even gave me info on what I needed to get my bike inspected. If youre looking for a place with kind and knowledgeable workers who wont rush you off the phone (even if youre not buying anything), call here.
The sales people are always friendly and professional. There are times when they are very busy but they spend time with each customer without pressuring you. The parts group is always anxious to find exactly what your looking for with parts or accessories, I have bought a few machines here now and will go back again.
The people at the parts counter were extremely helpful. Matt at the service desk however was not. I called for a price on getting something done and he only gave me the price for the part. Then surprise it was allmost double when I had to pay for it at the location. If i call and ask how much itll cost to get something done i expect to get the entire cost... Im also very skeptical about it because we asked a guy in the parking lot how much the same service was and he said what was quoted to us over the phone (he even showed us the reciept)and it was not the in store price we ended up having to pay. So it makes me feel like Matt just added some charges onto ours. Also took forever to get it and then to get checked out it was like he was ignoring us. Not very helpful but sadly one of the only places that deals with these machines :(
Aaaand there is the follow up phone call on my $3 spring. My Opinion...Great crew. Dealing with Seymours for many years, my experiences with them have always been positive. Bought my M50 there and used to get parts for my 79 850. Paul is Awesome and very helpful. Try being constructive with comments and quit bitching.
Top notch customer service. I cannot say enough about how Tommy treated me and my friend. The woman in finance was awesome. People can have their brand loyalty, mine is Ski-Doo forever. Besides an awesome sled, an awesome dealer! Thank you Tommy and your whole staff for everything! E.C. Stumpf
Called to asked how much to do a chain and sprocket. I dont have a stand. The guy Mark response with you have such an old bike. I was like ok!! And... I was like I bought all the parts, well if you bought all the parts why dont you do it yourself.... just thought that was pretty rude to say. I would prolly never bring anything to them to service.
Dont go there. They misdiagnosed my can am 800 xt. It would go hard in to gears. I took it to them to see what the exact problem is. It took the over 3 weeks to look at it stating that it was the shifter pivot. It would cost 275ish. I knew it was not the problem. I told the service advisor this. He said that it is definitely the problem. I asked him would that fix the problem to which he said yes. I was skeptical but told him ok. When I picked it up still shifting hard. I told him and then he stated that its internal. They made me pay for it even though they misdiagnosed and on the receipt it stated customer doesnt think it is the shifter pivot and arm. So their services department would not use them. It turned out i needed the shift drum and forks, now it shifts smooth without any issues. Parts I got from online. Not through them. Since i had it apart motor out, I wanted to replace water pump seal and oil seal, I told the parts guy at Seymours the locations of the seal behind water pump propeller, he said he knew what it was. Its be over 2 weeks still no seals. First they order wrong parts, 1st week. End of 2nd week still no parts. Now they have said UPS shipping is not delivering to them. I got so fed up with them, ordered it online, and it will be here by Tuesday, also cheaper. I have lost all faith in them. They dont know how to pick a phone to call. I had to call them every time. If you have any can am atv issues do not take it to them. Find someone else. You will save your self a lot of aggravation.
Dont bring your stuff there to get serviced. I brought my quad there bc it wasnt getting spark and it took them a hour to just look at a couple wires that were cut that didnt go to anything that had to do with the spark. So they charged me 90 dollars for something i already knew. I asked them could it be the stator and they said the stator does make power for the spark ( witch if u know anything about engines u would know it does). So they told me to buy a 300 dollar wire harness that it didnt need. I got a new stator and put it in and it has spark now. Dont bring ur stuff there they dont know what they are doing at all!
I am a first time snowmobiler. I walked in looking for 2, 2015 sleds. Morgan who is one of the sales reps was great I explained what I was looking for and she steered me in the right direction. I purchased a Renegade Adrenaline 600 and a Grand Touring SE 1200 4 Tech. Unfortunately there were no Grand Tourings available in NY. Morgan got busy in less then a week she found one for me. She also took care of all the financing for me.Andrea who works in apparel hooked me up with everything I needed from gloves to helmets being black Friday I received 30 % off all items saved about 600 bucks. When the sleds came in, Tom who also works in sales spent over an hour with me going over both sleds in depth. When I brought the sleds home I realized I had more questions about the machines, trailers ect..I called Tom many times he was always polite and thoroughly explained the answers to my questions. In conclusion I highly recommend Seymours Motorized Sports. A awesome family owned company that stands behind their products. Sea- Doos next, see you in the spring!
Well were to start everytime I walk in there sales guys always sitting there. Never say hello can i help you. But minutes later another group of people walk in and they get a hello can I help you. Would never buy a machine from them tryed many times to. Everytime felt they didnt want to help. Seems like they dont need anymore business to sell. will continue to buy parts there . Parts is awsome seem to have it instock. good pricing on parts. SALES seems to lack the quality of people skills just a simple hello works. bought many sleds,4 wheelers street bikes elsewhere with alot better service.

2019-07-12I went here to see if they had gear as Im a new Rider and hadnt been able to find anything acceptable at two other shops. I was also needing some guidance on proper fit for helmet, jacket, etc.The gentleman (paul) at the parts counter was very kind and helpful. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He worked with me to explain proper fit, difference between products. He helped me order a color I wanted for a jacket they didnt have in stock. I could not ask for a better shopping experience as a new Rider. The service dept guy was also nice. As soon as I bought my stuff I went over to inquire about fixing some stuff on my bike. I made an appointment and then had to go back to the nice parts guy to get my items. They had a catalog for OEM Suzuki parts and was able to order what I needed.Overall as a new rider, this place had the most gear in the reigon. I went to Troy garage, jjs motors and Max BMW. Definitely recommend new riders who need gear and are intimidated by finding appropriate riding gear come here.Staff is super helpful, patient, and kind. Definitely going to be making this my main store for all my biking needs. Thanks Seymours for being awesome!

2021-10-05World class experience!! Above and beyond service! Tommy went out of his way to to turn something that could have been a giant head ache into a haste free job. They replaced the brain in my spyder and installed all new plastics to give it a fresh new look. Quick turn around and even delivered it after hours so I could have it back as soon as possible. I couldn’t be more pleased with this experience. Thank you

2021-12-11I am a regular customer at Seymours. I am always greeted and treated well. Purchasing a recreational vehicle is fun but they make it easy and make you feel confident in their products, service and help in selecting the right unit for your type of use. I strongly encourage you to give them a chance to earn your business.

2020-10-31First time snowmobile buyer. Today i took home a 2020 demo sled with 150 miles. I feel like i got a great deal, i am very happy. The entire transaction could not have been easier. Tom and his team, mostly family, spent a lot time with me going over the sled and snowmobiling in general. Tom also turned me on to great financing which i did not originally consider which helped to sweetened the deal. Great people! Its no wonder they have been around for generations its a great family business. I highly recommend them.
