Shake Shack in other cities:
In general, I love shake shack. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a shake shack. The system was down so no orders could be taken. I came back 30 minutes later and could order then. All ordering was done at kiosks and most customers had issues so it took a long time and there was no one at the counter to help. Then the food came and the burger was cold. There was no ketchup available as well. The workers were not friendly.
On June 24, 2022, I stopped by to get some breakfast and the service Gary blew me away. His customer was over and above, rear in these times. They were out of sugar for my tea, he went to a vendor nearby to fetch some for me. I didn’t understand how to operate the self serve kiosk and he politely assisted me. Gary keep up the good job!
Be prepared to wait a while. Over 10+ individuals waiting for over 20 minutes.Noticed (1) order ahead of me went back because they never received their full order. The self-ordering kiosk isnt up-to-date on the menu items. Ordered and was told that they dont have the item I ordered. Although, I supplemented it with another item from the menu.
The food was good, nice to have a Shake Shack in an airport and the Smokeshack I ordered was pretty much identical to every other Burger I’ve had.The overall experience and service though could be improved. The tablet when ordering is confusing and could do with some updates to make it more streamlined. The process for giving people their food could be improved too. They were shouting out peoples names and there was a bit of confusion on a couple of occasions.Shake shack, why not just use the order number that is provided on the receipt? It would make things a lot more straight forward. If you do come here before flight, top tip…use an obscure name when ordering so there’s no chance of mixing it up with someone else’s order.
Might be the worst-run Shake Shack in the country. Utter chaos handing out orders. Staff don’t know how to manage order sequencing between kiosk orders and online orders, leading to a convoluted bingo-style mess of frustrated and confused customers and wildly inconsistent order turnaround times.
Shout out to Stephanie! Employee working at Terminal 4 by Gate 34. Her customer service skills were outstanding. She assisted me with the kiosk ordering process and didnt get upset when I asked questions regarding the discount for Delta employees. She displayed courteous service with a smile behind her mask!
Recently tried the Shake Shacks in Utah and I liked it so I thought I would try it out here. It had better reviews than most places here at the JFK Airport. It wasn’t amazing but it wasn’t bad either. The service was quick and the Coke Zero tasted good so I can’t complain. Burger size was a lot smaller than they are in Utah. It was a lot more expensive too, but that has to be expected since its in an airport.
Here for a last meal in America awaiting a flight in JFK airport. Nothing more could some up my trip there. It was packed with no where specific to sit, but plenty or space within the airport itself.Service was good, though slow due to the number of orders.Ordered the Shack Burger and chips, up to its classic American standard.
I choose to give 5* because i know now 1* impacts business negatively, hope someone among the management team will read these,1,we ordered 2 Beef Burgers and the things we xout is wht was added, no cheese, no pickles,, no Tomato, All of the Nos is what we got, So Teriible.2,Gave us fries withoout ketchup really pls i hve my son with me who had to quickly get ketchup in some containers which were not ment for it.3,Drinks without straw just ridiculous.Pls help pay attention to little details, it goes along way.
Well my experience with Shake Shack in general has been good. But today was not great. Often in an airport people have a small amount of time to get a bite to eat. I ordered a shake burger and a small soda. I don’t want to exaggerate, it felt like longer than it was. I waited for 5 minutes to order and another 10 minutes for the food. Burger was ok, to much sauce. But for how many people there were behind the counter the process should gave been smoother.
It took me 20 minutes to get a burger and a drink. I ordered a chicken shack...not available. I ordered fries...not available. The shack burger was pretty much the only option available, and it still took 20 minutes with no one else in front of me waiting. At least half the staff was just standing around doing nothing. I’m sure shake shack is legitimately good, but just don’t go to the one in the airport. Overpriced and slow.
Good hamburger and fries option at JFK in Terminal4 near GatesB. Service was fast and friendly. The burger was hot and had the look and taste of fresh ground burger hand pressed. The cheese was melted well and bacon cooked nicely. Bun was easy to eat and went well with burger. Milkshake was rich chocolate and well blended. Price was reasonable.
I love being able to fly out of this terminal so I can get Shake Shack. This is definitely one of the shorter lines for Shake Shack. Got the Smoke Shack and was cooked perfectly. That bacon and cherry peppers really make this burger awesome. The fries they have here are the crinkle cut nostalgic ones and are perfectly salted. I find that the wait time for your food is quite minimal which is perfect if you dont have a ton of time before your flight.
At a hot dog and fries (were great) but denigrating worst things were at cashier: 2 Automatic self ordering computers...older than 65 like me and spanish as primary language... took me maybe more than average: there were only 1 more person waiting, but there was a second booth... Some worker shouted, go ahead, let other guests order... then another senior person asked for help, they shouted it is for you to do it !! He asked again I cant do it.... got no help and left..Was this discrimation towards senior citizens, non perfect english visitor or racism, as the second possibly consumer and me were both from minorities...Chairs have no cushioned legs, they scream loud for them !! No cash accepted ?? Thats rude too. What a shame !!! At JFK NYC !!I asked who the supervisor was, did not get a positive answer, same as when I asked for a clients satisfaction feedback , in order to improve quality.I am a certified Quality Mangement System expert, but yes, I am almost 70, AND do not master informatics, TICs or whatever you call them, and english is not my primary tongue.Feel pitty on you for not wanting to always improve your quality.....stands, self
The Shake Shack in Terminal 4 JFK is the best quick service option in the terminal by a long shot! Their shakes are out of this world with the perfect thickness. Their fries are legitimately perfect as they have a crispy outside and a soft inside. Highly recommend while traveling out of terminal 4!
Love getting food from here when flying out of JFK! The burgers live up to the shake shack standards, and the fries are as good as any other out there. The line can get long sometimes since its one of the more popular places to eat in the airport. We stop here every time though!
I was so delighted to know that there is a Shack Shack in JFK. In fact, there are two joints in the same terminal. I tried the Shack Burger and the fries. I am that big fan of American Burgers. This place has good taste for airport food. Expect long ques, but it moves very fast.
This review is specifically for GARY WEBB. The most disrespectful and unpleasant experience Ive ever had in any airport fast food spot (B24). After watching Gary service a white couple, I said Good morning and waited but Gary was in the middle of flirting with his fellow coworker and failed to acknowledge my greeting. The coworker who Gary flirted with said Good morning to me and Gary rolled his eyes under his glasses, seemingly annoyed by my interrupting their conversation. Gary then told me that he didnt respond to me greeting him saying, I was taking his order, referencing the coworker he continued to flirt with. The coworker did not agree that was the case and prompted Gary to help me before he walked away. The other young man was at least attempting to provide service. Gary was not interested in helping me at all. I asked for Garys name and he hesitated to give it to me before I read his badge and was able to learn it myself. Needless to say, I was never asked if I needed anything or helped by Gary or anyone else. I politely said goodbye and told him to enjoy his day and he ignored that as well. Ive learned theres a reason to avoid fast food at 9AM - the unhealthy food and the unhealthy people.
Food is good. Tasted good but staff was horrible. The cashier lady seemed she didnt care about anything she was doing. No friendliness and bluntly gave me the recipt. She also didnt speak clearly and I had to ask what she was saying, and it wasnt just me. It goes the same for the person handing the food out. Overall everyone working here isnt nice.
The food was okay. Saw the owner talk about this place on 60 minutes. Thought why not try it next time Im in NYC. We ordered a Smoke Shack burger and the Chicken Sandwich/burger, large order of fries and Dr. Pepper light on ice. They were pretty busy but someone who looked like they were in charge was on her mobile. The condiment station was messy and so was the viewable preparation food area. Ill pay the airport prices but at least be professional, clean, and courtesy. The cashier seemed like she was catching a cold but thankfully she didnt handle any food. Will I go back? If Im super hungry and the place looks cleaner. The fries were basic but the ingredients to the burgers were tasty.
The bags are very environmentally unfriendly. Id like to see them use other more environmentally aware containersIf you feel the same way please visit the shake shack website and complain as I did. The bag says please recycle but there is no place to do so. Very disappointing
Hi good morning shake shack at B-35 very very slow works i waited for for for a half hour very very bad business and my brack is 45 minutes they need to hire more workers and the women behind the counter kept on taking other orders the costumes that how pay get them out people have flights and people have to go to work very very bad business need more workers
45 minute wait. The manager working was extremely slow and unmotivated. There were three orders sitting on the rack, ready to be given to the guests and he let them sit there for 15 minutes while he taped receipts for new orders to the boxes. When I asked him if he could hand me my order he said, Ill get to it when Im done here really nasty, almost confrontational, then waited another 5 minutes before handing me, and several other people, their orders.
The food is okay. However don’t place an order if you got less than 30 minutes seriously. We had to leave our order after waiting for 28 minutes on multiple occasions to catch the flight. As a thumb rule, do not place order if you got less than 30-45 minutes since placing order takes seconds but not the pickup. I think they are making addition money scamming the customers.
Great food but I couldnt find the real menu. I ordered a burger and then must have been the appetizer variety because it was so small that it only same to make my hunger rage greater. I advised shake shack to start calling the burgers sliders or else post warnings of their minuscule size.
Its good. Worth a visit. Lines are a bit deceiving. Line may look kind of short but look at the number of people waiting for their order. They move the line quickly but each order is made when you order do it takes a bit of time. Place is not good if youre in a rush. If you have time, the burger and fries will be worth it. Id skip the milkshakes... Theyre mediocre. They do offer beer, soft drinks, and cold brew coffee here.
The chicken burger was alright, not bad but def not worth $8. The meat definitely did not taste fresh but I guess it was wrong of me to expect that it would. The chocolate shake lived up to the hype, however. While far from the best shake Ive ever had, its definitely value for money. Be warned they top it off with icecream. The queue starts building fast, its definitely a popular place. The cheese fries were the true disappointment, I didnt expect them to be fries with cheese since most places tend to jazz it up a little and the fries werent remarkable either. Not my restaurant of choice for JFK but I guess it could be worse.
Took literally 20 minutes to get my food, which was a double cheeseburger and fries. And they are like ya it happens. I had to ask what happened. That lady checked for me, but the actual people working there couldnt have cared less. I waited far longer than anyone else in the line. Crinkle cut fries are standard crinkle fries. And the burger was pretty salty... Id give the burger a higher rating but the rest dragged it down including the ton of salt. And the burger was pink
Waited 25 minutes to get my meal. No one has any motivation that works here. All the staff stand around instead of doing their job. When I asked about my order the girl said they were waiting on fries. I could clearly see the fries were out of the oil and just needed to be dumped and put in the package. The one girl calling names was rude and had a bad attitude. Its just not worth the hassle anymore and it doesnt taste that great anymore. Super disappointed.
The quality and taste you expect at a Shake Shack, in a very convenient airport location. Theres usually a fairly long line, but plenty of staff and it goes fast. The prices are even pretty good compared to most airport food, especially given the quality. The only (big) downside of this location is the complete lack of seating, which will have you either eating in the seats for the gate in front of it, or walking to the not-so-close nearest lounge. Still giving five stars though, as the food is some of the best you can get in the airport.
Excellent service and probably the best value for food in the terminal. Prices are typical Shakeshack prices. Same quality and customer service. There was one memorable employee who was stocking condiments and he was adorable. So bubbly, warm and friendly - LOVE HIM, give him a raise or promotion!
Terrible. No difference between this and a McDonalds, except the price. Price comparable with Five Guys, but thats where the similarities end. Five Guys burgers superior in every single way. Daughters hot dog was bland and entirely forgettable. The $6.49 black and white shake was decently good, but youd expect so at that price!Go for the shakes, avoid the food.
Extremely slow service, in line for 20 mins. Staff is chatting with each other barely handling any orders. 😴 Also the girl behind the register was staring at the customers like they ate her breakfast. Finally when we got our burgers it was nothing special and a super small size for the price too.
The food was good but the service terrible - except for the lady who took our order. Customers were yelled at and the people making the food were unenthusiastic and rude. After the food is thrown into the bag it is then thrown onto the bench for the customer to collect. It must be a miracle that these employees hold down a job- shake and shack must be desperate for workers!
Small burgers, way over priced. Chicken burger was dry, chips were hot and well seasoned. Burgers had almost no relish or salad. Drinks are also small.Dont bother with this place, if you think its going to be better than burger King or mcDonalds youd be better paying half as much and going there!
The burger was good but the crew who was cleaning the table was rude. As we were eating our burger, he went to say if he could clean the table and lift our food. So I asked if it could be done after we finished. He was upset and commented that it’s fine if we wanted to eat without it being cleaned. He didn’t stop there, he went to two other tables doing the same and had the nerve to tell them that I complained about him cleaning our table and trying to get sympathy. Totally uncool!
Staff working there look like they hate their lives, and they got two out of three of my orders wrong. I just ordered a shake burger (they gave me a smoke burger), cheese fries (got regular fries) and a root beer float. It was a basic order and they somehow screwed that up. When I mentioned it to them there was no acknowledgement of fault or willingness to make it right. Won’t go back again.
Decent burgers at two locations in JFK terminal 4. Long waits both to order and receive your food during peak times. Not a criticism, theyre just THAT busy. Fries are just ok. Shakes were pretty good. Try the burger that has cheese, bacon and cherry peppers. That one was pretty solid. Wife appreciated the gluten free bun option.
It was next to my gate at the airport. But really? The meat has no flavor. The sauce... Im not sure what the sauce is.At least put salt on your fries. The staff member that took my order was very friendly and professional. The guy that called my name probably wanted to brew anywhere else.Shake it up a bit. Make it better.
One may ask themselves, is this better then In-and-Out? I can’t answer that for you. However, you can’t go wrong when you have just landed and you need an excellent burger at a great price.( their chicken sandwich is also fantastic) If you are stuck on a layover your best bet is to make your way over and grab it because there will be a line.
We came here quickly before the flight. There were a lot of people working here and they were playing around. However true person making the food was quick. It was comparable to any shake shack I have had in places outside of the airport. I would come back again before another flight.
This JFK location is only getting 2 stars for the generic shake shack food we came for. The girl working the register around 3pm on October 6 2019 should be fired. She did not even listen to me order. I paid over 40 dollars for 2 burgers and 2 shakes. She had to remake my order 3 times, and then started to accuse me of ordering incorrectly. An airline pilot in line behind me stepped in to clear up the situation and stand up for me. Terrible service. I’m JFK often and will never return. Disturbed with the register woman screaming at a customer due to her own faults and stupidity.
Ordered the Chicken Shack. Burger was very small and looked like they had just slapped a lump of chicken on a soggy bun and sprinkled a little bit of greens on. Not the best thing to receive after waiting 30 minutes for just that one burger. The buzzer went off after ten but when I walked up there they just turned it off and gave it back to me. Had to wait another twenty minutes to get my food.I dont usually mind waiting, but when people who order their food 20 minutes after myself, a bigger order and get their food before me, thats just not okay. When I finally got it the manager gave me a stare as if it was my fault that I had been waiting for that long.Ive had shakeshack at other places before which has been a million times better, but if you think youll get the same service at their JFK store, think again!!
While visiting NYC we tried out Shake Shack because of all the hype. While my burger was good, it wasnt great. Just needed more flavor (I think the problem was with the bland bun). I got the BBQ one. The shake was really tasty, but super thin. I like my shakes thick and spoonable. Just a preference, nothing against the taste. Id probably go back again and try a different burger to give Shake Shack another chance.
Im always excited for a good burger, anytime I fly in the afternoon I grab a shack stack, an Abita Root Beer and some fries. Staff was very nice, helpful, even offered me a water while I waited. Really wonderful to get a solid meal before heading off for a flight to wherever.
They forgot about my order. When i asked 30 min later they said it would be right out. About 15 minutes later i asked for a refund, but the original cashier had left. The cashier at the counter said she couldnt refund me, so we settled and i got cold greasy food from the leftover section of their top tray. This place is not cheap - if you arent getting the quality that you pay for, then why eat here.
We were in JFK airport waiting for our flight to Iceland. There are quite a few places to eat, but the Shake Shack seemed to draw us in with the great smell coming from the kitchen(the long line of people was a good indication that our noses were not lying). The burgers are great, but the little onion strings are the absolute BEST! The menu is easy to follow, and even though there was an extremely long line, we did not have to wait too long. Overall, Shake Shack is a must try burger shop!
So I had heard about this place before and I wanted to check it out. I went to the Shack Shack right at the corner of terminal 4 and I had to wait quit a long time but whatever if its as good as I have heard it would be worth it. The first shock I had was when I had ordered a double Shake Shack burger and asked the lady behind the counter who gave me my order if it was double? She looked at me in disgust and said while breathing out Yeah!. I was shocked about this but I was starving so my anticipation took hold of me and I couldnt wait to take a big old bite of that burger. The burger was pretty good even though it was still quit a bit red inside but it wasnt worth the waiting time and the lady being rude to me. I think that maybe the staff is stressed and thats why she acted like that.
How about properly staffing this location? No matter the day or time, ordering & food preparation takes a minimum of 15 minutes and more typically 20 minutes or more!!! NEWS FLASH: this is an airport, folks! Management is clearly inept or this would not always be the situation...I truly wish this location was replaced with a concept where peoples time was actually respected. Avoid unless you have all day to wait for mediocre, overpriced food.
Worst shake shack I had to date. Both the fries and chicken sandwich tasted like they were re-fries few times. The cheese burger was cold. Something bad is going on in this location. I guess even the amazing Shake Shack isnt above poor performance at airports. What a shame
So there are 2 shake shacks. If you have time the one closest to the security checkpoint is very good but it gets very crowded and can take a while if there are alot of people. The other is by gate B37 I believe and that one is often less crowded than the one by the checkpoint. The burgers are very good as well as the chicken sandwiches. It also serves breakfast If youre at the airport early enough.
20+ minutes waiting to get an undercooked burger, a warm lemonade (they had run out of ice in a middle of a heatwave, go figure) and ok fries. Not worth the wait. Dont believe the hype. Yrs, its better than Mc Donalds but for 20$ for 2 burgers, fries and a lemonade I was expecting much, much better
The burger was not seasoned well, and the buns were wet and not fresh when I got them. The fries were not fresh at all (were displayed in their counters pre-made) and the fries were the most greasy ones Ive ever had. It was like as if I was eating straight up oil. I do not recommend this place, especially considering it being overpriced.
The worst Shake Shack place ever! Who ever is the manager of this location should be fired immediately! We waited for 30 minutes for our order and had to leave without taking the meal because we would be late on our flight. Workers are completely without any directions and the manager is the one who is the responsible for the chaos at this location. I travel every month from this terminal and every time is the same story. Fire manager now!!!
Shake shack really is, the best burger joint youll find in New York, and possibly in the whole country. They really found the way to stand out among the numerous joints across the city, with their unique recipes and Wild but Delicious ingredients. If youre on New York City, make sure you stock up on some Smoke Shacks, cause youll regret it if otherwise.
Horrible service, very slow, workers standing around joking with each other- while we all stood there. We get up to order No shakes. That sucks you wait in a line that long. Should have taken five minutes took 20. Another 10 to get our food. Are you kidding me. Where is the manager to kick some lazy butt?
37 gate terminal 4. The worst Shake Shack ever. Management is clearly non existent. 30 people in line and 1 register open. 10 employees laughing and no leadership to recognize what a terrible customer experience. I saw 10 people leave the line. Employees completely oblivious. Will never go back.
Had an hour layover at the JFK Airport before heading home to Seattle. I couldnt find a Mcdonalds so I thought id try out Shake Shack. The line was pretty busy with 15 people waiting for their food in front of me and another 7 people waiting to order. I ordered the ShakeShack burger (single) and a bottle of smoothie [I felt like I had to try to balance out the fast food with something kind of healthy :)]. It took about 25 minutes to receive my burger and after I got it, I had to rush to the shuttle to go to my terminal. The burger was very greasy and the bread was really soggy - it had nothing exciting about the taste. The fries were fine, since its fried potatoes and its hard to screw that up.Overall, this place is okay.... If you plan to stop here, make sure you have enough time to get to your next destination.
This is a good shake shack. There’s actually two in terminal 4 which is good because lemme tell you people loveeee shake shack. There’s almost always a line. I like to get the shroom burger and fries. If I want a treat I’ll get a black and white shake! So delicious highly REC
Redefines awful for airport food. We had a glacial wait for the staff to handle the crowd of 2(!) people in front of us. My wife requested hot french fries which the staff refused to get. In the end the fries were cold, pasty and revolting. Avoid this place, hopefully they will go out of business and something better will move in.
Latte tasted lovely however the girl who served me was not at all pleasant. She barely looked at me and I really felt that she could hardly be bothered to serve me at all. She also sniffed and wiped her nose on the back of her hand (she was wearing a glove)! Not a great experience.
Saw this guy talk up this place on CNN, it is right across from gate B37 terminal 4 at JFK.Looked open, big line like they said on TV, so I decided to give it a try. Stood in line for like 20 minutes, only to be told once I got the the cashier that they only are serving breakfast. You would think with all the signs they have they cold let people know this, once I found out and said something, half the line walked away. Stupid to have your whole menu displayed when your only offering an egg sandwich. No thanks for wasting my time and other peoples too.Learn from this review and do something about it.Dont operate like your foods that good you dont care about peoples time.
I mean i was at JFK coming from Toronto but before that I had to take the bus from Hamilton. I hadnt had anything decent to eat until now (5 hours) so i guess, if youre really hungry, and youve no access to a stove to cook your own meals, sure? The milkshake was passable, to be honest. Sure, it tasted like chocolate.
DISRESPECTED WORKER!!!I only ordered one drink and waited for over 20mins!!!And I was just standing in front of the waiting area and didn’t miss any call of the one drink. The guy who in charge to pass food to customers asked the man besides me what he ordered and told him he is the next. I tried to check my order status with the guy butHE JUST IGNORED!!!!!I eventually walked into the lady who in charge with order, she checked immediately and found my drink was done already!!!The guy disrespected me, is that only because I am a young, Asia, woman?????Unreasonable!!!!
So upset. I heard great things and had a burger yesterday that was great. Today I ordered the same thing but they gave me something different and refused to give me the correct order when I asked twice, politely. Bad customer service and the burger is not consistent in taste.
Burger was fresh and tasty. Crinkle fries were also very good. Ok, so was the chocolate shake. Not one of my more healthy meals, but super yummy. I actually received the wrong burger (a single instead of a double). I took my receipt back to the counter, but the clerk remembered she had rung it up as a double and had me the correct burger in under 30 seconds. She also came out later and apologized again and make sure everything was good. The service more than made up for the small error. I will visit again if ever I come through JFK (which I hope not too as the airport as a whole is terrible compared to ATL, DFW, LHR, CLT, and others of similar size)

2022-07-02In my eyes one of the best burger chains out there. I prefer it over Five Guys and most other chains. Lines can sometimes be absurd (late Saturday you had to wait easily 30-40min). But I got there during the day and had no issues.

2022-05-19May 2022.Located in the airport.Food is good quality. But the service was not good. The girl was not pleasant at all during my quick interaction with her, she didn’t seem patient at all and I felt rushed when ordering. I asked for the avo-burger which one not available at the airport, then the portobello burger with no cheese. She said it was not possible because the cheese is in the mushroom. Totally understandable. But then as I was thinking of another option (there were not a lot of people at the time) she redirected me to the falafel one as there is no cheese. As I didn’t want to be more annoying I agreed to try this one.Except the sauce is made with cheese or « fromagère » as we say in French. I ate only half my burger and didn’t enjoy my meal.I do not recommend for the service, and from previous comments I am not the only one who felt this way, so it is kind of reassuring.

2022-06-11My son and I have a short layover at jfk and decided to try the shake shack. It has been a while since I had a burger made to order and no heat lamp. Sweet, chewy bread, cold tomatoes, melty cheese, and that Angus beef...a great combination with their signature sauce and wash it all down with a straw shake. Yes, it is a premium but you can definitely take the difference 😉. Also the ordering process is easy and was ready within the time ⏲ posted.

2022-01-20Below average burger. Took the shake stuck with the portobello mushroom. Not great in any aspect. Didnt like the service. Fed up stuff and unfriendly. Out of mayonnaise for the day but they were making some exception for some customers who were asked to pay for extra in a little container and not sachets.Weird .fries were not hot despite place being busy.

2022-02-12Great burger! (The double shack burger). Juicy and flavorful. The fries were crisp and perfect. The shake was not great though—- way too thick to drink. The Service was very good too.

2021-10-185 employees, took 9 minutes to made 2 single sandwiche orders. The bread, egg, bacon is room temperature. Dont come here! It waste your money and time

2022-04-30Card only! Mentioning that right away as many waited on line for 15 minutes just to leave when reaching the counter. Overall a good burger. A single patty is about the size of a quarter pounder so if you want more, order a double. 4 stars because service seemed pretty slow and they were completely out of mustard.

2022-06-16This review is for the JFK terminal 4 location, near boarding gate B37.Theyre supposed to open at 1pm, but when the clock hit 1 the cashier staff were all just standing around doing nothing. Another customer asked when theyd start taking orders and the answer was just a dismissive maybe 1:15. Its as if they didnt want to work!I saw that the canned beer was just sitting on the counter, at room temperature. When I finally got to order I asked if they had any cold ones. No.So then I asked for a Coke. No, they only had diet. The cooks seemed to be on the ball. The Shack Burger and Chicken Shack were good.I accept the higher airport prices. But the uncaring attitude was just terrible.Ive been to other Shake Shacks and have always been happy. This outlier makes me shake my head.
