Wed not visited SS before but heard good things. I had the smokestack and he had the hot dog. We both had bacon and cheese fries with the pomegranate and yuzo lemonade. Burger and hot dog nothing special, the fries were tasty and the lemonade very refreshing. Took 25 minutes to get our order but they were very busy, not sure how they did the orders as more than a few who came in after us got their food before us.
Avocado Bacon chicken sandwich in a lettuce wrap was better and messier than I expected!
Over priced and fastfood shouldnt be asking for a tip at the register. Staff is great and got my food quick. But nothing special here I havent had anywhere else as a new yorker
To the african American cashier lady who worked today 03.24.20222 day shift. Please dont be so rude to coloured people just like you while giving a worshipping kinda service to white people. You even pushed my food towards me without speaking to me while giving a big smile to the white Master. I am ashamed to the gut.
I got only the black truffle burger. It was a good burger and you can taste the truffle oil used. Juicy and delicious burger for around 10 bucks. I dined in and they delivered my burger to my table. So it was a nice service they did.

Staff was great and very attentive! Burgers and fries are great, the chicken pieces were very salty. Would have been good if it wasnt so salty. I would go back again. They also made sure everyone were vaccinated.

What a great location of Shake Shack! The staff is the nicest Ive ever seen at any location. They greet you with kindness and even check in while you are eating and take away your garbage. I think they are able to give this extra service because they are less busy than other locations. The food is always delicious! You cant go wrong with any of the burgers! Even the Shroom Burger! You have to try it! Great location located right by the Staten Island Ferry with plenty of seating. Go check it out. You wont be disappointed.
Food is over priced for no reason and you would think you order a burger and fries come with it. You have to order them separately which makes no sense.
Mid. Greasy. If you want one of their burgers, simply chug a gallon of grease and youre least likely to die on the spot

I have to say that Shakira is AMAZING!🤩. I am inspired to write this review because of her. I walked in and observed her sanitizing the door handles👍🏽 then I observed her asking patrons eating outside if they needed anything. She wiped down every table outside to ensure that every patron had a clean environment to eat in. Her demeanor was so pleasant. I spoke with her briefly and told her she was doing an amazing job but I felt the need to share. She is a five star employee! Yes the food was great but the service really impressed me and the conscious effort to maintain a clean environment for the customers.
Very easy location to eat in or order from. My mom lives locally and loves their shakes and fries. Perfect place to stop for a bite in between shopping or on your way to the ferry.

The burgers are okay but they don’t have much flavor and are very small compared to other burgers. Plus they don’t sell combos, everything is sold separately. Definitely not worth the money.

See the food was good, but the service wasn’t that great. They messed up the order and since they made the drinks first our drinks were watered down and tasted like Kool-Aid but with no sugar. It was all watered down, they added mad ice. We ordered cheese fries but where was the cheese? We asked someone who works there to get us the cheese and he was walking MAD SLOW and didn’t even get us the cheese we had to do it ourselves. Smh. Plus, if we order for takeout, why we gotta get the napkins ourselves? Isn’t that what the expedite person is supposed to do when handing out take out orders? Anyway, I might come back just cause it’s good food but definitely ordering the drinks separately.
Place is good and clean. But in my opinion their burgers are overrated and overpriced.
The shroom burger and the shake beer is amazing, truffle fries were very good as well although overpriced but I guess it does have truffle oil in it

Visited here and they failed to tell us there was over an hour wait for food. We got a refund for our food and asked for a receipt, but they said they can’t provide one. The refund never processed. Awesome.

Phil was great! A congenial worker who held the door open for us and wiped down the outdoor tables when requested with NO attitude! His customer svc was much more palatable than the grease-laded Shroom Burger... Not sure what type of cheese they conjure up in the back but I suggest you skip that option when placing your order on the touchscreen!

The black sugar vanilla shake & the brownie hot coco shake does not look the picture on the app, did not come with the toppings and whip cream. We place an big order and ask for an extra bag and they just said nope, bye!

Before me actually going to this establishment to try it out and give it a test run, upon seeing it with my partner, she informed me that it is/was one of the better burger establishments she has ever had the pleasure to attend, shop, purchase, eat, and dine at. After weeks of our schedules not lining up we found ourselves with some free time tonight to come give it a try. Were here now, and have been here for about an hour which is certainly a plus that its a friendly environment to the point we are here for that long enjoying each others company and the great food we ordered. She went nostalgia driven with her choice of food and got what she had gotten when she tried shake shack once in the past and got a Shroom Burger, which is totally Vegetarian with no meat. I think that is amazing for a burger joint to have some consideration to our vegan and vegetarian brotheren out here. I got just a regular ShackBurger with raw onions and we got an order of Crinkle Cut Cheese Fries. Burgers were better then any fast food joint on Staten Island, no doubt beating the snot out of competition like Wendys, McDonalds, Burger King, etc. On top of our initial order we both order Shakes, of coarse. We ask what the specialties of the day were and she wound up ordering a Frozen Hot Chocolate shake, were I wanted to try something new in concept for me and I ordered the Cookie Butter Shake. This is really what put Shake Shack an easy 5 star rating in my opinion and in my book, these shakes, both of them (bc we shared them both) were absolutely fantastic and very much worth the $5.79 each that they cost. The Cookie Butter is quite possibly, easily actually, the best milkshake Ive ever had in my life, straight up destorying competition Baskin n Robins. She enjoyed the Frozen Hot Chocolate, as did I, but we both agreed the cookie Butter was out of this world good. 5 stars guys, great new location at the Empire Outlets

The food was overrated and to expensive. I make better burgers at home the shake wasnt anything special either.
So disappointed, how do you mess up a order, when the store is empty. I order a cheeseburger. Instead i get a chicken sandwich. Friendly service doesnt always cut it. Order took to long. I guess running just like the outlet. Sad
Honestly the food is Good but the lines are long i suggest you do an online order and just pick up. Its rich so its really not an everyday food. Maybe ones in a while.

2022-05-26I like this fast food chain and when I visit, I usually get the one with the giant mushroom. They have great fries! Been to the one near the Brooklyn Bridge, Staten Island Mall and now at the Empire Outlets. It’s a comfortable wait on the line but they prepare your order quickly. EO has outdoor dining and it’s comfortable. Its hamburgers are delicious, not to mention that shake! Kudos.. they have the “pride hamburger” on their glass, too.

Yeah its better than all the other fast food places but not double the cost better. $20 for a burger, fries and small shake... 5 Guys would have been almost as good and half the price (with enough fries to feed an army). It was good but Im not that impressed.
