2018.06 kids favorite.. Not sure why... But they like it. Fresh burger, and other ingredients. However you can easily spend 20 per person. Regular burger 5. Shake 5. You can imagine if u order sp burger and fries.... But worth it. Kind of new... Dont pick rush HR to go.
The food is good and the staff are friendly, however, they drop the ball on delivery. Every time I order for delivery, something is missing. We’ve been shorted sandwiches, fries, cheese sauce, extra sauces and the truffle fries dip (which isn’t cheap to order) several times. Whenever I call to complain, they always credit, but I’d rather just have my order packed properly. Please, Shake Shack, just take the extra 30 seconds to make sure everything is there.
After confirming our order with 2 different people they both brought our food!! It was very tasty tho!!

Its nice to not have to go into Manhattan just to have Shake Shack. This branch of the chain is great, very clean and open so it doesnt get too crowded inside. There are usually long lines (often extending outside) here, however, and if you wanna beat the lunch rush I suggest arriving a few minutes before 11:30. Shake Shack doesnt have the BEST burgers or fries Ive ever tasted, but they are good and the prices arent too terrible. Got this meal (ShackBurger and small drink) for 9$. Would recommend this establishment for the occasional visit when youre at the mall.

Overpriced. Burgers were very salty. I ordered to go.Along with my other food I ordered a hotdog with the works. When I got home I got the works, but no hotdog. How do you put lettuce, tomato & pickles in the box, but no hotdog??

Always packed, so be prepared to wait in line. Customer service is OK ( the cashiers could be more pleasant and professional ) We werent given any napkins and there werent any on the table. The food is delicious! The drinks are good ( alcoholic and non alcoholic ). A little pricey because everyything is ordered separately - burger, side, and drink. We waited in line for about 10 minutes. The order ( burgers and fries ) took 20 minutes to be delivered to our table. Excellent burgers!

This place sucks. They served me a chicken sandwich. Although this wasn’t any regular chicken sandwich. It was a fried rat. A fried good ol fashion Staten Island rat. If you’re looking for good rat places, this is the place to go. (The fries are good though) on my last of days from eating this rat I really started to appreciate the small things life has to offer, like when mom says “we have food at home.”

Been to most states and this is the personal favorite burger chain, hands down.
The food was fresh and delicious but prices are high for a fast food burger shop. There was 8 to 10 people cramped into the kitchen which is all open to see and tight as it is. They could of used a larger kitchen and prep area, badly designed and they have the room they could of taken away from the large sitting area they have. Staff is doing there best with what they have to work with, dangerous though to be that on top of Each Other in a commercial kitchen. The other is 2 registers open and one cashier was coming and going in the kitchen??? More staff where its needed at the cash registers. Customers will wait for their food but not to the point where they get disgusted and walk out. I was almost to that point.

Excellent food. The wait is typical for a shake shack. Tables were clean and the staff was there to clean them if they were dirty. Staff was friendly and restroom was clean. I will go there again.
Ive ordered food here a few times, and have not been disappointed. The burgers are fresh and taste great. The fries are good, but nothing exceptional about them. The shakes are very good. This a great place to eat when youre in the mood for burgers and fries, but want something more upscale than the typical fast food joint.

Extreme price for such bad service. I love the food and don’t mind paying so much for it, but when you mess up my order multiple times and don’t give me anything for it there’s a problem. A few day’s ago you guys got my order wrong and I didn’t notice until I was home, so I called and said what was wrong. I was offered a coupon which I didn’t even ask for which I thought was nice, but they never sent it lol. So what the hell is wrong with you people? I’ll be back soon and asking for my discount, thanks. Also stop giving me cheese instead of shack sauce it’s so dumb
The food was ok nothing special ,burgers and fries. The outdoor dining area was filthy, spilled food and shakes on the floor, inside was cleaner but could still be more appealing. On a positive note the service was great

This was the first time eating at the shake shack with my daughter by the Staten Island Mall, we ate in the outdoor shake shack.when we entered it wasnt too crowded the place is little small but does have outdoor seating I didnt notice any outdoor heaters, I thought the food was a little expensive for two people at almost $28. The food was tasty and enjoyable but still basic fast food as far as I was concerned. I would have no objections to eating there again versus a Wendys. There seem to be a lot of choices but I understand theyre known for their chicken which is what I ate.
The burgers here are amazing and the service is pretty fast. I strongly recommend trying them out if you what a delicious burger to eat.

Very good food, especially the burgers! Line moved very quickly and was easy to order. Looking forward to coming here in the future! Soda here might cause a stomachache later on in the day, though. Other that that, one of the best fast food places in the area!

I hope this is read I enjoyed my first encounter with the shake shack business but as dealing with the same person to greet me twice I had seen that he had went to the cashier this time. I felt very uncomfortable when I had three sets of eyes on me as I waited for my burger I’ve never even felt the need to ever rate a restaurant before up until this point. I don’t believe the employees should be making even if I looked suspicious as clear as they did that they were talking about me
Ive heard so many good things about Shake Shack, so I was very excited to visit the new location on Staten Island. Overall I wasnt that impressed. My shake was delicious, although not the best (the best Shake ever can be had at Hill Country Chicken in Manhattan or Five Guys on Staten Island). My burger (the Shake Shack Stack), was just alright. To be fair I may have visited on an off night (Super Bowl Sunday), so I plan to visit again and try a different burger and shake. Oh, my French fries were actually very good.
Stopped today to pick up a food delivery and the tall blonde lady at the front told me to wait. Okay I wait, but she told me to go to the BACK OF THE RESTAURANT. There is nobody here. When I got the food, I put it on a table to check it. She said, those tables are for the customers. Am I not a customer??? Im here to pick up an order!! She was so rude and condescending with her attitude. Maybe its because Im Asian or whatever but this type of attitude is UNACCEPTABLE. Im not coming back to eat here. I was only here to pick up a delivery for a client. That lady needs an attitude adjustment.
Great food. The staff was awesome. He made our food fast and the cheese dip is great. Durning this time this restaurant is the best Ive experienced. They have curb side pick up and you can walk up and order. Thank you!
Garbage was everywhere. The restrooms were horrific. The food was not on par with other locations and the wait was half an hour for burgers. Either they are severely understaffed or entirely mismanaged.
The burger here are pretty amazing and I strongly recommend you try this place out. They have a great menu selection and the people here are great.

The absolute best burger in the world. The double smokeshack with its deliciously seasoned beef, hot pickled cherry peppers, cheese, and shack sauce is quite possibly the greatest thing between two slices of bread. Which brings me to the bread, the sandwich rolls that they use always taste fresh and delicious, they totally complete these delicious burgers
I first came across this franchise in the city and fell head over heels for the food. My grandson and I were thrilled about its addition to the mall. The service is prompt and polite. The food is good, plentiful and variety is choice. A nice change from the usual fast food.
Shake Shack maintains a good staff that even when you see them tired💤at the end of their shift if you engage them they will come back with a smile and ready for your order.The place always smells of good food. Do they have some guys there that dont understand how important the customer is to them? and still erroneously believe they are the center of the universe. I see it here in a couple of guys and in some Starbucks. Im glad is a minority 💥

Great burgers and shakes. Everything is made fresh when you order. Soda fountain is self-serve so you can have refills. Beautiful indoor and outdoor tables and chairs. There is even a outdoor game for the kids, bean bag toss.
Looooove their shakes. I always get the chocolate shake. I love the vibe of the restaurant and now that its warmer, the outdoor seating is perfect. And they have an amazing staff (especially compared to other Shake Shacks in the city). This Staten Island restaurant is the best.

This is the first shake shack that I visited that is efficient in serving its customers. I got my food quickly and it was delicious.I have previously been to 2 locations in Manhattan that unfortunately had me wait over an hour for my food with no end in sight. Both locations claimed to be under staffed but how is this the customers problem. Those managers need to be replaced if they cannot staff the proper people and get orders out. Youre not doing your job, in other words youre not managing. This location in Staten island was leaps and bounds better than the 2 Manhattan locations
Absolutely excellent! The style is very unique, the draft root beer was fantastic, the burger was great and their chicken bites are the best chicken Ive ever eaten, no joke.
The first Shake Shack on Staten Island is great for any fans of the chain, its also great for anyone who hasnt yet had the opportunity to try it. Its conveniently located right outside of the mall which has plenty of parking around it and buses routes running to it. The building isnt that big so finding a table can be annoying at times, but for the volume of customers they have food is still made quickly and always looks well made. Recommend to all wether a fan or newcomer.
Shake shack is one of if not the best burger joints i have ever been to in my life, tbe shakes are perfect and the burgers beyond amazing. I try to eat here everyday i am in NYC. Will visit again for sure in the very near future.
The work efficiency is too slow. The waiting time for a few burgers is too long. I have waited for nearly an hour. There is no next time. 😡
Ordered through the mobile app and asked for extra shake sauce on the side and by the time I got home there wasn’t sauce at all not even on the burger. You guys need to double check and make sure everything that your customers have ordered is there.
Its hard for me to decide between this, Chick-fil-A, and Charleys. The burgers are delicious, as always. The fries are great. As for the location, it has a nice interior and the staff is friendly.
Im a huge fan of Shake Shack and still a recent new resident of Staten Island, so I am SO incredibly pumped that this has opened here. There is always a yearning from me for their amazing cheese fries and their coffee fair shake. No place really does it better! The other favorite item I always order is their Chickn Shack .. the chicken is always crispy with their delicious herb mayo!! The lines were long for opening day today, however the wait really wasnt that long. In about 15-20 minute wait, we got our food and it was delicious! The other location waits in Manhattan and Brooklyn Heights are usually a longer wait than that. A good pro tip though, order with your app and pick it up at the register directly! Today the app didnt work for the staten island location, maybe it will work later though! I tried their Raspberry Ginseng lemonade today as well too and it was quite refreshing. Im excited to see how this place will be a great addition to all the new spots opening near the mall.

Wayyyyyyy over priced for the little amount of food they give you. I would not go back. For 2 burgers and 1 fry and a drink to share comes out to be a $47.00 bill not very filling but what do I know I eat food out of a can if I could and not come here for only $3 .00.
I went here yesterday.. the burger and bacon cheese fries were good... but when I got home I had a stomach ache all night.. I would never go here again.. I rather make my own burger at home.. I just feel like they dont change there deep fry oil quite often..

How salty do you want you cheeseburger, no matter they will make it so that you will not be able to eat without a large soda. However I must note the staff was very friendly and did the best they could to reslove the issue without manger approval.
AWESOME French Fries burgers hot dogs shakes. French Fries are nice and crispy not a ton of oil and salt and even their lemonade was great. 100% satisfied customer 😊👍

Best customer service ever! There was a mistake in my order and they put bacon in by accident (can’t eat bacon because of religious purposes) and they not only refunded me for the burger they sent me a 25 dollar gift card! Very considerate.

Terrible experience, never again!Some days ago I made an order online, I received an email after 10 minutes saying that it was ready. So I gave my name to the pick-up person and he said that it wasnt ready yet. I waited another 5 minutes, still nothing. I asked again, still nothing. Same thing after 10 minutes. After 30 minutes, I asked the guy to call her manager and I explained to her that I couldnt wait any longer, so I wanted a refund. She found out that my order had been ready for 20 minutes, but the guy misunderstood my name. She said that she would have refunded my order since at that point it was cold.Well, Ive never received a refund! Is this a joke?EDITEDAfter this review the customer service refounded me the order, thanks! I cant give a more than 3* because the bad experience cant be deleted
It should just be a official all Shake Shacks are 5 stars. Nothing is bad on the menu. You really can’t go wrong but the new hot chickn extra hot is the real winner winner chickn dinner!
Visited this location twice in the past few months. Each time my order was forgotten about until I brought it to attention. Multiple people come in minutes after me and receive food while I continue to stand there like a fool.

Not convenient disorganized Filthy dirty the counter near register was filthy no one cleans the counter so easy just spray and wipe.... People waiting for food all stand near registers so you cant get your food you have to walk thru a crowd so disorganized totally not worth the frustration........ The food is mediocre at best

2021-06-27Food was good, although slightly expensive. The fried chicken burger was ok, I still think the other competitors are better as although it was crunchy, the chicken isnt as well seasoned and the sauce isnt as good. That being said, their frozen custard/milk shakes are good.

2021-07-09It was super cold in here. Nice and clean with sanitizing stations around. Tried out their summerades. Watermelon mint mojito and the lime agave margarita. It was alright. Expected better.

2022-05-22This is the worst shake shack I have ever been to.The service is super slow, took 25 for 2 burgers and a shake. My table was filthy, so I had to clean it myself. They do have a cleaner, but instead of cleaning he is bringing food to the table wearing the same dirty gloves he uses to clean the garage, bathroom and tables. Just disgusting is the bathroom, the floors, and tables. Dozens of flies buzzing around the dining room. Seems they are more focused on take out from GrubHub/Uber eats then the in store customers.

2022-06-29The CHILDREN that work here need some training in customer service. NO greeting whatsoever just a blank stare. While waiting for my order was subjected to a fight going on behind the counter,which got loud. Had to wait to be handed my tray of food while 5 of them argued over who was not to blame for whatever they were arguing while another one did a little dance behind the counter. Where was the manager?or was he one of them.From now on its Shake shack in NYC flatironFortunately I was able to take my tray outside.Thank you Shake shack mgt. For your prompt follow up to my experience. Yes I will def try again and appreciated your interest in making this right.

2021-03-241. Tables were sticky, so, NOT PROPERLY CLEANED2. asked for no pickles on one burger, got 3 huge slices3. Asked for lettuce on both 🍔, had to open burger to search for the tiny flat, wilted piece. That covered maybe 3 quarters in area.4. There is an employee bathroom and a customer bathroom. So I waited 10 minutes for an employee to come out of the customer bathroom. No, they were most definitely NOT cleaning it. Floor and counters were gross. Toilet seat was soaked. Only a few squares of actual toilet paper.Oh. And the sink? DRY. So, unless that employee took the time to completely dry the inside of the sink, but leave the toilet seat, the floors and counter a disaster, they did NOT wash their hands and they DID go right back into the kitchen.First shake shack. LAST shake shack.For an OK but very soft, everything blended together 🍔? No thank you

2022-01-22Pretty slow long waits with only one person on the register at 7:30..... Bathrooms need improvement, clogged sink and messy. Mostly staff issues here. The burgers, fries, and shakes are always on point though which is what I mostly care about here....freezing inside this place too

2021-11-02I love that fact that when you get off the ferry ⛴ at the outlet on Staten Island they have the Shake Shack. It was busy on Saturday but the service was still great! First let me start with the burger Wow can you say awesome 👏🏾 you can tell you are eating real meat not not that fake stuff. The fries 🍟 are so hot and crispy. The ice cream is like the cherry 🍒 on top of the meal! We got the mint chocolate chip and boy was it good. To my surprise it didn’t irritate my stomach which was great news. They even gave out free samples of ice cream. This is a great stop to make between shopping‼️🛍

2020-11-05Went to this Shake Shack location with a friend after a day of shopping and had a very pleasant experience. I’m incredibly used to the long lines and frustration at the Broadway and Dumbo locations since those are the ones I most frequently pick up food from. So this was definitely a nice change for me. Food is served hot, tasty, and quickly as you’d expect. And as always, I appreciate the gluten-free hamburger bun option.
