2020-07-27Very beautiful & peaceful stay. Marge is the most welcoming & sweet lady that made our experience a thousand times better. She made us not want to leave. The prices are reasonable and everyone was willing to help if they thought we needed it.

2018-07-29Shangri la is a beautiful place to come if you are looking for peace, solitude, beautiful sunrises/sunsets and love to fish....but restaurant is closed (up for lease), no more boat docks or boat fuel... So much potential here just going to waste....

2016-05-23I went to shangri-la by boat week before momorial day I got nice pizza with wings they were awsome they have super cheap drinks. THEY SELL GAS FOR YOUR BOAT A guy named Josh runs the place ray is the owner and chrissy bar tender they have bait and tackle and a pool table and dart board went to start my boat it would not start Josh helped me get starting fluid and Ray gave me a jump very nice of strangers to help strangers in time of need needless to say the boat didnt get started but they tried there best if you are looking for food by water this is place to go. Awsome people will travel here again by boat from Three mile Bay or Sacketts harbor or pillar point or chaumont Bay just short dive by boat best kept secret. AAAAAA+++++

2020-09-09We didnt have a fire ring we had to use a friends fire place that had a camper there to cook glad we knew someone there
