Celebrate my life. # 20.Excellent hall. Great, good tables and chairs. The floor is wood. Economical, it comes with the tender bar included. They give you enough hours to fix a day before and the day of the event. I recommend it. And I would return it to the rent.

2022-05-05Perfect place for your next adventure afloat. A workingmans yacht club. Not snooty at all. Down to earth boaters willing to share their talents. Family oriented. Summer (has pool) and Regular memberships available. A great place on the waterfront right here in Brooklyn. Easy access to Jamaica Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

2018-01-15Went for Battle of the Bands show.. music was very good.. you could purchase alcohol but no food was available and you are not told you can bring your own snacks which was little disappointing.. otherwise a good time was had

2020-10-19We LOVE The Sheepshead Bay Yacht Club. Our Family are members here n Many Happy n Great times have been shared over 32 years for us. Theyre a Beautiful Bunch of People who have become like Family. Fun times are ALWAYS a given at our Favorite 🙂💓 HAPPY Place. Over 100 years old n Going Strong. Great Sailing n Fishing . GREAT ☺️ Sunsets too. Thanks to our Beautiful Commodore George. Worth your visit 😉

2019-02-14I am not a member. There is line dancing every Monday night at 7:00pm. There is an $8.00 charge for dancing. This includes cake and coffee. There is a cash bar available. It is street parking and not easy to find spots.

2018-09-26When traveling through NYC by boat Sheepshead Bay Yacht Club is your beacon in the night. Every option to stay at other marinas is way too expensive, and anchoring in New York Harbor can be perilous. We needed to stay a week to wait for nice weather before heading south and SBYC has mooring balls in a great protected harbor for $40/day or $240/week in 2018. We were welcomed here as if we were family. They have a launch that will come out and ferry you to/from your boat 24/7. Anything you need they will help or get. SBYC is our only recommendation for affordable mooring in NYC.

2015-05-26EXTREMELY welcoming and helpful from start to finish. Great people, deep knowledge of the local waters, currents rips tides et al.We overnighted with our family, easy as could be. We will be going back !!
