When using the FULL SERVICE pump read the signs CAREFULLY !!! The price per gallon is $4.75 per gallon and that was for regular or $67.20 for 14 gallons.My mistake for not paying attention. Just a heads up not a complaint.

My wife & daughter took our car for cleaning, not only was it over price $56 dollar but when she got home we notice it was still very dirty so she took it back just to get insulted by owner and attendant till they notice multiple thing they forgot to do. I will never get my car clean here againInner glass was still dirty, they don’t even wipe the seats for $56 dollar. Weather carpet just hose down, they didn’t even try to scrub it with a broom at least. There interior cleaning consist of wiping down the inner glass and vacuuming. Good luck ppl

Ive been a customer for over 15 years. They recently changed management and raised prices. Beware the price on the signs are NOT the prices you are charged. False advertising and will be reported. Employee was not literate enough to explain, he just pointed to a hand written scrawled sign that showed the increased price for a basic wash. Not the same friendly guys who used to work there. Next time, Ill try Five Towns Hand Car Wash down the block.

Rude ass employees I will never in my life come here again coupled with low quality wash and high price point I was better off waiting until I got to Brooklyn to wash my car better , and have a better customer experience and better price. Utterly disgusted with service today

Would give 0 stars but thats not an option. Employee literally ran at me in the parking lot screaming at me for parking there (left the car running with someone inside) so I can run over to starbucks, immediately come back and get a soda and some gas. There are no signs posted stating parking for shell only or any sign at all. Just a grown man employee scraming at a 51 disabled female just trying to get her morning things done. Absoulty disturbing customer service. Honestly would have been 100% okay if he would have walked out and just calmly explained to me that Its cutomer parking only instead of screaming at me. Will not be returning nor will my many family and friends in the area. I suggest the gastations up the road, where their employees have yet to scream at anyone (at least from what Ive seen) I also reccomed that shell train their employees to actually provide customer service instead of doing what ever that was. Absoulty blew my mind.

They forced us to use there full service when we declined it, the price for 2.69$ gallon went up to almost 4$ never use this gas station!!!

A sad excuse for a car wash, for the same price you can drive a couple of minutes towards Inwood.
