I buy their books through bookstores, never actually been there, but they have top quality books. Excellent historical books, with beautiful covers and pages.

I called to find out where their books were actually printed. I never got an answer as the person kept asking me questions about myself. It was a simple question that should not have put me through the 3rd degree. So their customer service needs improvement
