2022-04-08I called this store just after 12 noon on Tuesday April 5th 2022 in regards to floor epoxy , an approximate $800 purchase.. The individual I was speaking with could not answer my questions and suggested I speak with the manager. The manager was busy at the moment, I was assured he would call me back within 2 hours. Later in the afternoon I did not receive a call, so I put a call in only to learn that the manager had left for the day.The next day the manger finally called me back, I confronted him in regards to why my call was not returned on Tuesday. He became very defensive, rude, and condecending.We will not patronize a business that treats a potential customer in this manner.

2020-08-10I would highly recommend this store the staff was awesome helpful and nice. . The paint we bought for vinyl siding covered perfectly and they didnt try to make you buy more than needed thank you guys for making my job easier

2015-02-08We needed to repaint our home office and shopped around for paint. This store and the Vestal location both had the paint we wanted and there was a coupon which reduced the overall cost. The store staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about what they sold.
