Very helpful. Great service. Lots and lots of colors to choose from. Including wallpaper books you can order from. Never had a bad experience there.

The personal that work there is very helpful in when you want less than a gallon and what quart will make the same color as the gallon. They will make suggestions that may benefit your project very professional people

The staff in Canandaigua seem more knowledgeable and helpful than the one in Geneva. They also appeared to have more inventory.
They’re real professionals at Sherwin Williams. Not like the minimum wage employees at the big box stores. It’s worth paying a higher price for the products.

2021-07-15I NEEDED A COLOR TO GO WITH MY NEW STORM DOOR. My wife found a color she liked, and S-W matched if go me. They also recommended the proper roller and brush to apply the paint. The results were terrific!

2021-11-16Breanna helped restore the Sherwin Williams name for us. We remodeled a room and had new drywall installed. We purchased Sherwin Williams paint from Lowes and it was all downhill from there. Ceilings and walls were horrible looking. This was the 4th room the drywaller has done for us so I knew it was not his work but he was stressed anyway. The walls were primed correctly and clean. We gave up and I went to Sherwin Williams in Canandaigua reluctantly but I knew they could color match. Breanna made some great suggestions and recommendations and fortunately the new paint covered everything and now our walls look the way they should. We are very happy with the end result but it took some headaches and extra money to get there. Lesson learned is to not buy any paint or painting supplies from Lowes no matter how much you think you are saving.

2020-12-02Brought paint samples from Lowes & matched perfect. Still finishing up the walls. Lilac & beige I Love the colors & the salesman commented he liked the colors. I will post picsThey will match colors from other stores.I was able to get them 30% off on sale.

2021-04-11Incredible knowledge and high quality customer service...wow. Ive always been someone who just went to Lowes or HD and got paint. But, we have mis-matching cabinets in our kitchen so we hired a cabinet maker to make us all new matching doors/drawers, and we plan to paint the faceframes and sides to match the new incoming doors. The cabinet maker recommended we go to a paint store, not the big box store and ask for recommendations. I brought some pics, the color of the cabinet doors, and Breianna the store manager wasnt phased at all. She got me the exact primer, paint, rollers, and told me what grit sand paper to use. She also politely corrected me on different project (trim/painting a door) about the paint I was planning to use and pointed me in the correct direction and explained why.What was also amazing was she would get paint started, ask the next person in line what they needed and kept that cycle going. She singlehandedly helped 3-4 different individuals while taking time to answer questions and keeping everyone moving. I literally got out to my car after and text my spouse that I just had one of the best customer service experiences in my life.Super bonus, there was a 25% off sale going on that I didnt know about! So impressed overall.

2020-03-27Even amid the in store shut down, the staff were over the top as far as helping me make my purchase over the phone. They helped me pick out supplies I needed over the phone too. They brought it out to my car and were super nice!
