2022-06-15My friend was hired at the East Aurora NY location about a month ago. She was told her responsibilities n amount of weight she would lift they lied to her and forced her to lift well above what they told her. Due to this n health concerns she had to leave the job. After 2 weeks she asked about her check n talked to someone in the store they told her it would come soon it never did. She then emailed corporate n spoke to them numerous times. Its been over a month n she found out through payroll that they never put her term form so they have nothing for her. Very unprofessional n spiteful.

2020-05-18Customer Service is tops! I worked with Doug J. He was knowledgeable of the products I inquired about and extremely polite and patient. In addition the store was clean, well lit, well stocked and had an abundance of color samples available.Added: May 17: While currently only curbside pickup is available the service is still exceptional! Brian and Doug have been wiling to answer questions and work with me via phone.

2021-06-09The customer service is alright, for someone who buys thousands and thousands of dollars of paint I expect a refund every now and then if there is a mistake, Behr is a better product I think I may stick with them.

2020-01-18Very high-quality products. Always offer discounts to make the prices comparable to other stores but these products are still of higher value. Staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful. Certainly take their time to help you.

2018-06-15The manager Brian is one of the best. His employees are courteous and well trained. They will get you the product and deal you need to do a first rate job. He may even refer you to Williams Painting.

2018-03-12They took the time to explain different shades of color, and I was able to pick up the exact color I wanted after putting 8 different sample shades of the color on my walls, from another paint store
