Super disappointed. My 7-year old and I walked to the store to pick up something and were greeted very rudely and their large dog nipped at my 7-year old after we had pet the dog and assumed the dog was friendly since it was roaming freely in the storefront. All Im saying is if youre going to bring your dog to work with you make sure hes friendly or your just asking for trouble. I will not be going back.
Ordered online and the flowers that arrived looked even better. Price was good and delivery was at a very reasonable time of day. Flowers last quite a while too.Ive had less than great experiences with other local florists so they will be my go to from now on .
I get flowers from Amy twice a month and she always goes above and beyond for each customer. Funerals and Weddings normally have very sensitive client needs, but Amy always communicates what her pieces will look like to fit customers needs.A great local business in North Tonawanda with unbeatable prices with quality flowers.👍🏻🌷🌻
Once again want to stress how absolutey AMAZING Amys arrangements are. The new restorations are breathtaking. Love that Luna(the puppy) and Monkey (the cat) are always there to greet me with wagging tails and kisses. Its such a comfortable atmosphere,like walking into someones home. And Amy and Pam treat you exactly like that. Thank you as always for knowing what I want even when I dont.!!! 5 ☆s isnt enough

I received a stunning arrangement of 20 long stemmed roses for our 20th wedding anniversary. Five days later they are still gorgeous; in fact, more gorgeous as they have opened beautifully. I’m very pleased. I was going to post photos for this review on day one and day five, but sadly don’t see that option.
I have ordered flowers for every occasion since Sherwood Florist opened and have never been disappointed. Amy is exceptional in creating an outstanding arrangement when I have given her just the reason for the piece. Each arrangement is unique and full of the healthiest flowers and have surpassed all expectations.
For my wifes Birthday I ordered 12 Peach roses with a vase. She was very Happy and so was I , everything that a I was told over the phone I got ☺4 days later Roses still in great shape ..Thank you for your great professional work .Best place in N Tonawanda ..

My significant other just had flowers delivered from here. They are super wack!! I didnt want to seem ungrateful but he would have been better off not sending anything than sending this underwhelming thing. As you can see from my photos they arrived wilted. Lame. Wont return.

This place did such an amazing job for the arrangement for my mothers funeral. I had a rough go about what to do and my mind wasn’t clear but the woman who helped me was the best. I will be going here for all floral needs.
Amy makes the greatest arrangements and has the sweetest little shop for all your gifting needs! Definitely the place to go for that little something special!
They have the cutest things for the arrangements and the best prices. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with whatever youre looking for, even if youre not sure what youre looking for. As you look around the shop its very hard not to buy yourself something if youre there buying for someone else.

I live in southern Illinois & needed sympathy gifts/flowers sent to a funeral home in Tonawanda, for a family near & dear to my heart. After using Google & talking to many flower shops, I finally found the perfect place!!! Sherwood Florist (Amy), went above & beyond anything I could have ever expected. 2022-07-30I have to say, they are absolutely the best florist Ive ever felt with. On two separate occasions Ive given them an occasion and artistic freedom for my order, and twice she has gone far above and beyond. Absolutely beautiful arrangements for my mothers burial and, an order to cheer my daughter up on a cruddy day. Two home runs, outta the park. I can not recommend this place enough!!!! Shes the best around.

2021-07-25As a florist I was very happy with my experience! I just asked for something showy and pretty within my price range which was only $75.00 plus delivery. My SIL has no clue about flowers but they included delph, gerbs and roses. Also, didnt give a generic vase. Not how I would have arranged it but variety is the spice of life! This artist did their thing and I was supper happy! Use this flower shop and call them direct to save money on wiring fees! This is a thing!

2021-05-29The owner, Amy is very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She knows her stock and store inside out and does her best, despite the shortage of product due to supply chain difficulties resulting from conflict in South America. She still makes it work though!

2019-12-19I chose Sherwood florist, for a funeral arrangement, based on the positive online reviews. I described what I had in mind for the bouquet based on ftd images. The family sent a picture to thank me; the arrangement was absolutely beautiful! The florist was very friendly and the price was excellent!

2018-12-18Very pleased, Very impressed! Living out of state its difficult having to miss out on being with family, especially during a time of need. The ladies I spoke with over the phone were kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I dont know much about flowers, so, I really just put my trust into them. And Im so glad I did. Family sent me photos of the arrangement that I sent over , it was beautiful. Sherwood florist will definitely be the florist I use from now on when I send flowers to the Buffalo area.
