There is a security knowing that my business is being monitored 24 hrs/day. I know when my employees are coming and going and this is valuable, as I receive a text to my phone when someone arms or disarms the security system. Its a great piece of mind. Strong tech support. Highly recommend Shield.

This company has a habit of offering free items just so you will sign a contract. After you sign they like to go back on their word. Please consult with other security companies first. There are honest companies out there. I have been to court multiple times with this company. It is a good idea to hire an attorney first before dealing with this company. Buyer Beware with Shield Security !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have read the companies response and I find it funny that they wanted to communicate with me to settle our differences. It is hard to communicate with a company when they send you a letter threating to have you arrested if you call their company anymore. So much for open lines of communication . Buyer Beware !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just wanted to thank you guys for going above and beyond the call of duty. I appreciate that you took the extra time to swing by after soccer to make sure that my system was working properly. The cameras that you installed at my office are spectacular. The images are way clearer than I ever thought possible. Thanks for doing a great job!

2014-04-07Ken and the staff of Shield Security have been fantastic. They really give the personal attention and detail that I as a customer and small business owner was looking for. Their knowledge and experience in the industry is excellent. They helped me by providing a variety of services including monitored security and camera surveillance. 2019-12-03My wife and I are very pleased with Shield Security. We initially met with the owner who explained their products and our security options. An installation date was scheduled. The installer arrived on time. He was very thorough, neat and courteous. When he finished installation he cleaned up after himself. He explained the system to our satisfaction. We have been using the system for a while and it is working perfectly. It is definitely a peace of mind knowing that we are protected by Shield Security.

2015-01-21Ken & Mary did a great job of accommodating our schedule for both the initial proposal and installation. They were very receptive to our concerns and provided a great recommendation. The installers were right on schedule with their arrival and completion time and cleaned up after themselves very efficiently. They worked around our children and did not interfere with our daily grind. The system was installed yesterday, so it has not been put to the test yet, but based on our initial dealings with Shield, we have all the confidence in the world that it will meet our needs. 2014-10-31We use Shield for our security and fire alarm needs and we wouldnt trade them for anyone. They have always been responsive to our needs and everyone is friendly.Their techs are knowledgeable and polite. When they installed our complex security systems, they saved us money by utilizing equipment we had that wasnt outdated and gave options for upgrades that we would find useful. They are always very considerate of our staff when working in the building. When I have questions or concerns, I get prompt answers and I never feel like we ask too many questions.Working with Shield is always easy and enjoyable.

2014-12-11In 1986 we had Shield Security install our first secutity system in our Lancaster home. Then after 27 yrs of problem free service we had Shield install a system in our new home in Marilla. Shield Security is a local company owned by Ken & Mary Jezioro who are extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. They were able to recommend a system for our home at a reasonable price. Everyone on their team has been great to work with. The installation was quick and mess free. When the alarm is set off the people monitoring it are quick to respond. Also the yearly monitoring fees have seldom gone up in 27 yrs. My wife Gale and I are extremely happy we chose Shield Security to take care of our home security. 2014-03-29I have always been satisfied with Shield Security. It is a great company and I have never have had any problems with them. If I have any emergency they are right there to be of service. My alarm went off in the middle of the night due to a malfunction. They came to fix it immediately, they have been great to work with and I love that they are a local company. The staff including the installers, the telephone operators as well as the technical personnel are courteous and professional. When we have left a telephone message, a response has been prompt and our questions have always been answered. We would recommend Shields to anyone interested in a security (and fire) system.
