Horrible customer service. Dropped a package off for delivery. UPS lost the label and returned the package back to me! I return to the store to have them print another label GIVEN THEIR MISTAKE. And was informed I needed to pay for it since they are a franchise. It took multiple calls to corporate and over an hour to resolve the issue. Unreal.
I was at the UPS store on 2/4/2017 at 5:45p. Entrance was already locked. The worker was thinking whether to open the door for me or not. She did open the door. One of the packages was heavy. I didnt really want to lift it up to the scale. But, she insisted me to put it on the scale so she could scan the package with ease. I did just that. Then, she asked me to put the package down back on the floor and ask me to put it on a specific location for her. I said it is your job not mine. She asked me if I could help. I ended up doing it for her. I have severe arthritis. I didnt want to risk to harm myself. The package was less than 15 pounds. If she couldnt do that, she should most definitely not work at UPS. I have never experienced such laziness before in any UPS. She is fxxking lazy and she should definitely be fire! Im extremely disappointed by UPS by hiring such irresponsible and lazy worker. If I can, Id give negative stars!
Buyer beware. Do not go to this store. There is no reason to step into the store. They will rip you off.Have had multiple bad experiences here. They try to charge whatever they feel like, I suspect they think they can get away with this in a neighborhood that is being gentrified. Does UPS not look after their stores?Yesterday I went in and was quoted $50 to pack a computer. This was just for them to pack it, not ship. I was told by the associate that she really had to pack well because she was responsible if anything broke. Ok so sounds like a good deal?I come back in and for packing alone 75$. This was to pack two boxes. I brought up that I wouldnt need insurance because she claimed she was responsible. No she wasnt responsible for anything, insurance was required. She began screaming at me when confronted about the difference in price. I went outside and called fedex kinkos around the corner on 125th. They would pack for $35. When I went back inside and asked to remove the items from the box and that I was taking my business elsewhere the price went back to 50$. I ended up paying because I was in a hurry.I was shipping these items back to a company I was employed. I needed an email receipt for expenses. They promised to send but never did. When I phoned today I was told they would not email the receipt and that I could come in and pay to use their computer to email it to myself (They have a half hour min).DO NOT EVER STEP INTO THIS STORE IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
This place is simply TERRIBLE!!! By far the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. Not only did two of the packages I shipped get to their destination completely wrecked, but Im still waiting over a month later for the compensation from them. I keep literally getting the whole the checks in the mail excuse. And in all that time I only actually got the manager on the phone once. And every time I asked when he would be in the ladies working there (both incredibly rude and even more incompetent) claimed ignorance on his schedule. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! No matter how desperate you may think you are, you are better off just throwing your package away. Zero is much too high of a rating.
One of the worst customer service I have experience. I had to drop off 3 packages and I arrived at 7:10pm because they closed at 7:30pm. They told me to return tomorrow because they dont want to scan new packages for tonight. If they are not accepting any packages before 7:30pm then they should change their office hours. Very disappointed with the way they do business. If you go there, expect to be disappointed.
I went there to print something off of my flashdrive. They charge $4 for 30 minutes to use to computer and charge you an additional 59 cents for printing. I was on the computer for less then 5 minutes and was still charged $4.00 for using the computer on top of paying for printing. I will no longer be using ups for my printing needs. I even asked if I would be charged $4.00 even if I wasnt on the computer for 30 minutes and they said no. They lied!
NEVER use this UPS shop.On December 2nd, 2015 I sent my Montana Gold Gibson Guitar to a buyer in Texas. When it arrived in Texas on December 8th, the buyer informed me that he was unhappy because the neck was broken and there was a significant crack down the rare Hawaiian Koa wooden body. This guitar was worth at least $3,000 (as declared on the original package) and I had to immediately issue a refund to the buyer due to the new damages.According to their investigation, that was my fault although I got a shipping box from Guitar center, and hard original case wrapped with three layers of bubble sheet.I paid $117 shipping fee to destroy my $3000 guitar, so THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Horrible customer service very rude they took my money my package never got delivered they didnt call me to let me know why it didnt get delivered I had to go & check pick it up & take it thr post office which was way cheaper than them never again will I go to them they a rip off

2020-10-22My fiancee and I came to this store on a Wednesday night, 10 minutes before closing with 17 packages, each going to a different location, that we needed to arrive by Saturday or our virtual wedding would have been ruined.We were assisted by Irene and Uzo, who were AMAZING! We were ready to beg and plead for their help, but they didnt even flinch and got right to work printing labels for each package as we stuffed them into envelopes. They both stayed with us for 40 minutes after store close to make sure the packages were processed and labeled. They were extremely patient and kind with us while we checked the addresses and made sure everything was correct.This was a customer service experience way beyond what we were expecting! Give these two a raise, they deserve it!

2019-10-07They are the best UPS Store. Their Customer Service is great. Ive been using them as my shipping address ( I rented a mailbox there) for the last 3 years, and I have never had any problems or ever had lost anything . They are superfiendly also they are human beings so they act like human beings , people pretend they act like robots and be perfect and superfast because they are in a hurry ,but they will do their job all the best possible way they could to make sure you get the service you want and need. I will keep using them until I can or until I move out of the area

2017-04-25I had to send 5 large boxes to Nebraska but needed them packed and shipped. It took almost 2 hours to get it done but the whole time they were pleasant and helpful. Even to the point of reminding me to refill the parking meter outside so that I wouldnt get a ticket. I definitely would use them again. I accidentally forgot something at the store and received a call from them regarding the left items. The items were of sentimental value to my mother.

2014-10-05I use this location regularly to drop off packages with prepaid labels, so I spend as little time in the store as possible. Still, the associates drag their feet and give you the impression that they hate their jobs. On occasion when I ask to get a receipt and get going, the associate prefers to spend ten minutes explaining to the previous customer all the options for insurance and shipping, rather than the twenty seconds needed to scan my package and get me out of the store first. No extra points for efficiency either then.

2020-01-14I have been renting a mailbox here for over 5 years. I recieve well over 100 packages every month from usps and I havent lost a single one by having them delivered here. Out of 5,000+ packages there has never even been a mix up. Super reliable.

2016-08-31This place has a ton of bad reviews and it seems like some of them are old so I thought Id post a new one since I was there today. The woman behind the counter was very pleasant. She helped me with packing the items and made it as inexpensive as possible - I was shipping two items back to their stores (pre-paid returns) but for one of them the box I was shipping it in (the original box) was a little too big for the item because there were other items in the box that I kept. I was returning this item because it was broken on receipt. She suggested we just fold up old boxes and put them in there to save space which worked perfectly and was free. I just paid $1 for taping up the box. The other one I needed a new box for and she found a perfect size that was inexpensive as well. She answered my questions and had a smile on her face the whole time. I was happy with my service.

2017-06-26This is the most corrupt UPS store ever. They will charge you for the smallest task no matter what! I had a package for return to Amazon, and they requested payment just to tape the package. This is in addition to charge of $1 (as compared to $0.25 in other stores) for printing a page of the label. Customer service is the worst as well. Theres a lady who is more concern about extra charge than actually offering satisfactory service to clients. UPS central office needs to seriously consider changing management of this store.

2019-08-17After reading the reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by the service that I received at this location. The notary was was quick, as was their UPS Drop-off Service. The three employees that I came into contact with were all pleasant and efficient. Great experience!
