I have a sister that lives at this dispicable place its dark dingy smells they have hole in the walls of the door frames and broken windows the elevators only one works and you can see straight to the ground literally the earth they also have BED BUGS and in order to keep the mouse population down they allow cats but they dont have Exterminators to do the entire place in one shot instead they do it in a half way manner to the point of one section at a time in 6 months time the whole thing might be done maybe longerNow to the STAFF.... Are rude to anybody and everybody that they think they can be rude to and you wont respond or react to them because they think they are better than the people they are supposed to look after and if you talk back to them your in the wrong its OK for the staff to get in the resednts faces and treat there family members like something you would wipe of the bottom of your feet and throw away and addmitration does do much to help know dont get me wrong there a few staff members that do care but not enough to make the a differenceNow to the food if you want to call what there are given to eat nutritional think again it just the opposite sandwiches peanut butter sandwiches is laughable meat loaf mildewed salads cold never hot food never and fresh fruits or vegetables I could kee going but I think you have readTHE DOORS ARE NEVER LOCKED FOR THE SAFETY OF THE RESIDENTS YOU CAN COME AND GO WHEN YOU PLEASE THAT MEANS A RAPPO CAN COME IN AND DO WHAT EVER I THIEF CAN DO THE SAME I BELIEVE THAT THERE CAMERAS ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY IN THE ENTIRE BUILDING ONLY SOME WIRK DAMN SHAME IM SCARED FOR THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE

2017-10-23If you cant afford high rent care this place is it. Aimee the Administrator cares and actually knows every resident there. They care for people who have little and often are there because they are not well treated in their own home. I worked there. I know. Many times we had to keep family or others from taking advantage of people, those who live there. Bad reviews Take any bad review with a grain of salt, thats usually payback for keeping residents with no computers to review with safe... Aimee.. Thank you, you make all the difference, employee or resident....

2019-12-27The staff was very helpful and courteous. All the new updates look great. My family member says she likes it there and we are very happy with the care.

2019-01-07Went their for a interview It was real ghetto and dirty the staff was not professional.. They start the interview off with we have bed bugs and mandate you to stay if staff call off I was unpleased With The Facility

2017-08-05I patched the parking lot with hot ashpaltand didnt get paid off the job they say they sent a check out but they didnt i tryed talked to amy but she isnt there or she left for 3 months please do not do this parking lot they will steal you blind i this job out of my own money and now i cant get my money out of this jinx job please dont do this job they steal you

2016-02-21A ghetto a large partook the residents need 24 hour nursingThe places has lots of violence lazy argumentative staff been here two weeks it was a week before I got my first shower I had to fight for her shower today nobody want to do it on your agent commission so we cant were not going to do or too busy Ive got to limit hard to take care of I can help you just lazy lazy lazy staff that is unwilling they dont respect themselves and they dont respect the residence I would not recommend this place to anyone The administration is fine and they seem caring but the reality of the place is stay away the lack of care could kill you what you did my roommate yesterday they did strap them down in the wheelchair he fell out but is it open and used it today unnecessary should not of happened assisted care not hardly attention given to the roses that need the 24 hour nursing care takes two aids to holler at them scream at them to get them through the one elevator of two that works if there was a fire everybody would be dead to get them into the dining room the care they need taste ways from the care that the assisted living residence need is just their understaffed the administration is great but the staff is opposed to patient center they complain about their jobs that youre overworked and Howard residence disrespect residence and Rippleway their dignity its a life-threatening face Im sorry to say Ive seen it happen and I dont see you stop me and as far as the three Homecourt nutritious meals last night I was offered a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for dinner with barely enough peanut butter to even taste tonight it was bologna sandwiches or a small blonde was some some meat in it certainly not a nutritious calorie intake by any means I would not call it I dont even think they have a nutritionist on staff for his weekly outings Ive never I was here less than a week and I got physically attacked by one of the crazy residents complained to Nurse he said no theres a lot of violence or Avenir for 20 years its always been here well these people dont go on here but they are here and we have to protect ourselves from them by the third day I was here add items stolen out of my room I had a confrontation from Nurse he violated a recap of law under the box its unbelievable

2017-03-26This place is dirty and smells. The rooms look like they are never cleaned the whole place smells like pee. I was told there are rats there from resident.
