Stopped there yesterday at 2:30pm and it was totally closed up! Their hours are listed as 12-9 every day so I guess this is not true?? Loved the ice cream last time I was there. But they need to correct their hours open listing! Would give 5 stars if they were open!

Great ice cream with friendly service. Large deck with additional outdoor seating for families. Located on historic Route 20 / NY 5 at the intersection with 20A. Great summer drive from Pittsford and surrounding towns.

Its a beautiful sunny, spring day so my boyfriend and I decided to stop for an icecream cone. Wed never been here before, but well certainly return. The woman working was incredibly welcoming, helpful and sweet. She seemed like a genuinely happy person, and people like that plus ice cream plus sunshine equals a good day in my book. Thanks for the yummy icecream in a waffle cone! :)For those that like facts and numbers - we paid about $8.50 for two small waffle cone ice creams. Id say thats pretty reasonable for hard ice cream in a waffle cone.

Shivers has it all!! Fantabulous ice cream flavors and creations, Superstar service with a smile and prices that cant be beat!! Plus the Blueberry Milkshake is heavenly!!!🍦

Passing threw after a football game and we just pulled in the parking lot at 8:30 pm. They close at 9 pm. I could see the staff in the window looking upset that they were going to have to serve people. A young lady litterly looked out the window and made a fainting gesture as she fell to the floor. As we started walking back to our car they began to put on fake animal masks and stand in the window and just stare at us. Mined you we had our 2 young children with us who were not impressed with this when it was dark out! They said they never want to go to that place again. Im very upset about this. How people could be so young and immature running someones business and treating their customers like this. First time attempting to go here and will never go back again nor recommended this place to anyone else.

I ordered a $5 sundae. I couldnt believe how small it was. Like a baby sundae. And I was not asked if I wanted nuts. I dont know if they dont have any, or what. It was good, but $5 for that?

Took my son with special needs here. First thing Im told its dont let him touch the cones or we have to pay for them. Why are they sitting out, right on the counter in front of a kids face then?? What a great way to make extra money when a child reaches out and touches one!

Excellent icecream and many options! My mom and I stopped with my Oldest son (was pregnant at the time with baby boy #2) a few summers ago.

We stopped to get cones. The sizes are good sized! The outdoor seating is convenient and the staff is friendly.
