This would be the clay New York store.I found a pair of black tactical boots, but didnt have the right size, I asked them if they could call the Oswego store to see if they had the right size for me, the young lady and Andy gave me such great Customer service I was ecstatic being In the customer service business myself,I even called the corporate office to let them know how happy I am. Thank you so much for being awesome.

Last time Ill shop here. Had a receipt that I paid with my Credit card, had to return for a bigger size which they didnt have because they have a limited shoe amount and still had to provide my license like I stole them. Never have I ever had to provide my license when I have a valid receipt at ANY retail establishment unless Im returning WITHOUT a receipt. Done giving them my business. Theyll go away just like everything else in this mall.

Good shoe store with great service. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars was because they didnt have the shoes in store when I arrived and their website said they were available in the store.

Me and my husband went to Shoe Department today in Clay, NY, now at first it was only 2 workers and myself and my husband, not 1 worker said hello or welcome to the store can I help you. Now we was in this store about 15mins before another person walked in, once they came in they greeted them and asked if they need help, then another walked in they, the workers said hello. By this time my husband wanted to buy me something but I brought to his attention the no one had spoken to us nor asked we needed help. Now the moral to this story is my husband and myself are African American and both the women were white. This normally would not have bothered me because all they needed to do was say welcome to the store but nothing even when 1 of the workers looked my way and kept going without saying a word. My husband did get the number for the corporate office to report them.

The employees here are awesome. They took the time with my daughter and helped her find a shoe that she liked for her promShe need one that was cute but was also comfortable so she could wear them longer than a few minutes. The store is not much to look at but the prices are great.

I usually shop at Shoe Depot for my shoes. They have a wide variety of shoes for everyone. However they could have informed people online that they were going to be closed till Aug 14th due to the store moving to another place in the mall.

Website says the open at 10:00 am. Drove there and sign says 11:00. Wasted gas and time. Update your hours on the web page.

It was kinda trash beaucse I wanted a specific size and they sayed oh whatever we have here is the only ones we have we dont have any in the back sorry THAT IS PURE NONSENSR HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE DIFFRENT THEY ONLY HAD ONE BOOT IN 7 AND 7 AND A HALF
