I loved shopping here sense they opened.i have bought shoes boots purse.i went last week to buys sneaker an I seen a PR for 16.99 an shoe display as well.so I tryed several on an liked them.so went to cash out an it rang up 25.99.I.said to casher theses are marked 16.99 so she came seen same thing I did.an got manager I not sure what she was.she said no these are wrong ones an moved the display over an in vary small print which you would not seen with the display in front said a different brand name same sneaker just different name.she moved them in front of me an said it in wrong place.ok thats not my fault that you had them there.it said 16.99 an I was always aware you pay prize marked.she was not nice.well I will never ship there ever again.you lost a customer an I will make sure you loose more.why because it was wrong..and to move everything in front of me was a joke.she should of made right by me then went an changed it around.

2022-06-03My daughter needed a shoe for prom and within minutes she had one she liked at a price that did not break the budget. So glad that they are close and the prices are great.

2019-03-18EXCELLENT prices, shoes, selection of brands, helpful employees, amazing sales! I went in with my online cart filled with 10 different pairs of shoes, sneakers and boots so I knew exactly what I wanted when I arrived there as I was in a bit of a rush. Upon entering I was greeted by several very pleasant and helpful employees. One was able to walk me around the store, point out exactly where and assist me with every item I was looking for!My only disappointment was there were a few pair online (that I had saved in my cart specific to the Gloversville store) that were not available at that location. 😔 Besides that one little hang up; I could not be happier with the 7 new pairs of shoes, 3 packs of socks and belt that I got for around $120!!I will most definitely be returning...and probablyyyy continue to go back and buy more shoes than I truly need..but hey, Im restarting my shoe collection..and what better place to do it than an amazing store, with a huge ton of brands at AMAZING prices...and EXCELLENT quality & comfort of the shoes?!!

2021-01-27Purchased boots and I am happy with them. What I was not happy about was hearing store clerk/manager complaining about how she scheduled only herself because normally its slow on that day of the week but because its in Gloversville and how people dont work in that town it was busier than it should of been. Now when I heard that I looked around and there were about 6 customers in at that time!

2019-05-22Love it they have a great selection of shoes, boot, and sandals here. They also sell socks and accessories that are currently in style. The newest and hottest trends in shoes are sold here. The customer service has been phenomenal to me and they are always friendly and willing to help answer any questions I have

2018-02-20Its ok. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The layaway is definitely a plus too!! There was a few brands there that a like, but I mainly saw a lot of cheap-middle of the road type stuff. I do wish they had more of a variety in the higher end brands, but I guess its better than nothing. I just feel like we have enough over-priced pleather in this area, so it would be great if they would stock a bit more in the quality dept ;)
