Good shopping center, I usually go for Joanns or the Party City next to it. Looking to go to MVP diner some point soon! Parking is always available, not a busy area for LI.
This is a great shopping centre. There are a lot of stores here. You can pretty much find anything and everything that you need at this location. I come here all the time to go shopping with my family and for a quick bite to eat as well.
Al Italia pizzeria is so good!!! Has Marshalls and Panera Bread as well, conveniently in one spot

IWas shopping at Bed Bath & beyond. Even though the store was busy, there was a good amount of products to choose from( being Christmas time). The staff was helpful and in good spirits,which makes shopping a lot more pleasant. The line was very long, however it moved quickly
Ive been coming here for 25 years. The dentist is overpriced. Joanns crafts is great in a pinch for your craft needs. Alitalias is probably the best pizza in a 5 miles radius. I miss blockbuster.
I technically didnt go to this shopping center. I went to aldi which is on the other side. Aldi was good. I dont know about the rest of stores. Giving 3 star rating so that this app stops alerting me.
Not only are most of the shops open, but a couple were renovating and updating, not just because of COVID. Plenty of free parking and many open places to safely eat. Great shopping center
This shopping mall has a huge parking lot all equipped with reserved handicap accessible parking. I visited the Old Navy here, there is also a Marshalls, Five Below and a TD Bank a Bed Bath and Beyond among other stores. Its easy on and off Montauk Hwy. Also most if not all department stores can be seen from vehicle moving in normal traffic. There are no help desk here and public restrooms may not be available at all. This mall is an outdoor shopping meaning stores can be accessed from main entrance only which is also the way to leave or exit. The shopping mall on the other hand can be accessed from multiple points.
Small convenient shopping plaza. It has a Star bucks, 2 banks, Chase & Bethpage, pet store, big lot and Flaming Grill Chinese buffet. Parking lot is ample all around the plaza. Hopefully they will bring back the theater soon!There is a also a Post Office Mail Box right outside of Best Market near the recycle plastic bottle area.
Ample parking and road is tended to by management. Very happy with this shopping center has most stores you need

Somehow has the work version of every store I’ve ever seen, yet I always come back.Smallest Joann I’ve ever been to and yet this is my go-to for craft supplies.Darkest Old Navy I’ve ever seen yet is my personal favorite for how quiet it is.Aegean Nails has mixed reviews but I always had a good experience.If you need new glasses, I recommend this Visionworks 10000%

Marshalls, bed bath and beyond, party City, Joanns fabric, 5below, two pizza places, red Robin, a Chinese restaurant and a couple childrens clothing stores are some of the stores you will find here. Blaze pizza is pretty good. The other pizza joint is a restaurant too. Lots of parking. A tiny little dinner is there but the waitress is really rude. I stopped going there as she tried to out me in a too small booth when there was a better one for a guy 62, 230. Rude. Anyway there are some good stores here and places to eat.
Quality of merchandise within stores is poor to median. Disappointing

I was honestly disappointed with the lack of handicap parking, especially for the population ratio. It has great stores, from Marshalls, bed bath and beyond, dsw, and joanns, and other various stores. Be aware to bring your own bags. Stores charge $.05 per bag.
Marshalls Bed Bath Beyond Loft Dress Barn New York & Co. Old Navy places for kids , sporting goods, phones, beauty, food. What more can I say? Its great. Less crazy than the Malls.
This place has everything, it has a blaze pizza and it has the famous Mushrooms restaurant (amazing japinese/Chinese food) best on the island!! You wont regret popping in to mushrooms for an amazing experience. They also have a red Robin burger joint basically the only one in Suffolk county! Other stores, old Navy, New York and co. , Marshalls(one of the best on the island) pet store, justice(girls age appropriate clothes) bath and body works, I believe a Joannes craft store, a jewlery store, a local pizza place, Im missing a few of their really new stores that are very trendy, a Claires accessories and many more. The best about it is by reading this it seems overwhelming with the sheer amount of stores but its very calm there no real crime to talk about I havent heard of any violence or purse snatching or car robbing in a very long time Im talking two decades or more they have 24/7 security driving around to keep customers safe they will drive next to you till you get to your car and secure your bags and get in your car safe. There was in ancient history a tower records in the center I dont know what it is now though. Across the side street is a music store called Looney tunes its bee there since I came up to an ants knee. They have everything tapes cds and with the resurgence of vinyl they have a large selection of records not just new but classics. It has to be by far the best shopping center in the area. I highly recommend it go there before any other place what ever you maybe looking for one of thoes stores will have it. ❤️💙💜👍 Before you get suspicious, no I dont work for any of the stores or the company that owns the property. 100% truth. Its a wonderful place and have no fear there is a bid McDonalds just a hop skip and a jump west of it on the right side of the road.

I will never go there again. Bartender and the restaurant is filthy. If you like ice skating to the bathroom and in the bathroom good luck. They allow smoking at the bar because the bartenders boyfriend was their and no management on stuff. Whatever managerment was there walked away when confronted about the slippery floors and smoking policy. The worst experience of my life low class dining good luck

A staple center to the local community. If there were no quality strip malls like this, Id resort to 90% online shopping. Most of the time, the massive indoor-type malls are just too far or crowded or time consuming or just too much effort.Specifically, this center is also convienient as there are two local Suffolk County Bus routes that make stops there, essentially making it a transfer center.Some of these stores have been open since the mid-90s easily, but Im sure a few have even longer histories. I remember when Natl Wholesale Liquidators (currently out of business) was Caldor. And there was a Woolworths there with the little diner, TSS was across Montauk Hwy. My point is, the shopping center has successfully updated their tenants as times changed over decades, maintaining popular trends and variety; keeping something exciting for everyone.It would be amazing if the back lot parking area could be utilized better. And, especially at peak hours, and during Holiday season, the aggressive confusion of drivers and pedestrians can get nerve wracking. The 4-way stop between Bed Bath Beyond and Marshalls is particularly hairy as is trying to cross near Dollar Tree or Old Navy.The variety of affordable stores, and selection of places to eat make this the go-to shopping center for a quick last-minute item or to meet friends: teens, parents with pre-schoolers, lunch breakers etc. Then stop by WW to see how much youve gained this week.
Solid shopping center. I get my office, Halloween, footwear and home needs here. The eateries are all delish. Especially the pizzeria, frozen yogurt and Japanese spots. Oh cant forget about Panera Bread
I rarely go here but i did pay my bill at the Sprint Store in the past. Dwayne is the manager there and always treated me and every customer with the utmost respect. He even provided mints and small water bottles.
I miss National Liquidators !!!!! Not the same however; still Alot of variety in this shopping center. One of the best Five and Below in Suffolk. There is alot of variety to choose from. The pizza place on the same side is amazing. The food is great. Marshalls is always a good place to go. They have alot of variety and great prices.
Little bit of everything as it always has been. Just watch out when busy in the parking lot, people forget how to drive.

I used to hangout here as a wee lad, smoking cigarettes at 12 and making passing mothers worried about their own kids. I cant help but feel its missing something significant. Dsw is fire, Marshalls is the go to for Tommy boxers. Besides that old navys lame, the clothes fit terribly.

Best shopping center!!! Since I was alittle kid we have shopped here...no mall for me...the community has kept this shopping area alive and i hope it always stays that way....just hope they fill the old A&S store soon

And place in vacant windows wall coverings of cheap paper that HS students could create design. A gift certificate of $100 per month could be awarded

Typical mall for shopping...nothing great as far as customer service, actually I needed help finding a specific store and it was a security guard that was very helpful in helping me to find where I wanted to go

The eateries ate fantastic from blaze and Allita pizza to Red Robin and Panera all outstanding the only issue is the aggressive enforcement of parking violations

The Great South Bay is a Long Island hot spot for boaters, kayaking, jetski and family leisure. Waterways are patrolled by local marine agencies and are marked with navigational aids.

2022-05-11I ‘ve been a shopper here since I was a little kid and A&S was the anchor The shopping center is in dire need of a renovation. National Liquidators left decades ago and it still remains empty. Many more stores are now vacant. It’s a huge area when you include the back parking lot. It could be a great shopping/dining area.

2022-05-20Anyone remember when A&S, Woolworth and Penneys, were paying the bills for this shopping center? Those were the hay days for this place. Just LOVED Woolworths. Sears was an extra added attraction across the street. I would have loved to give this place 5 stars just because of the memories. But, the center has seen better days. I think it started to disintegrate drastically when National Liquidators took over the A&S location.However, the center has one or two stores of interest. My wife loves Foxs, and BB & B is a great store. Not a Marshalls fan, but I know most people are. So I gave it 3 stars for those three stores.

2022-03-09Mushrooms is fantastic Asian fusion food. My husband and my son had sushi that they loved and I had teriyaki chicken and vegetables for the first time. The chicken was delicious.
