It’s the worst. They don’t deliver on the time slot you give them. Then when you write no substitute they substitute anyway. Don’t they read the instructions provided. Apparently not because I still got wrong items. Very disgusted and tired. This isn’t the first time they did this. I’m not doing online ever again there unprofessional
Fair prices with the way up they are going up and up. Its an old store so its kind of dark and dingy. The people that work in the butcher shop are horrible, they dont want you talking to them! The people up front at the cash registers are excellent. The parking lot is the zoo because their prices are lower than other supermarkets in the area.
Many things are out of stock and there are items I wish theyd start to carry like Fody products. One time I ordered online a specific product and they arbitrarily replaced it with something that could have made me very sick if I didnt read the label. However, minus that one incident, ordering online is the best bet when shopping at this store. Their experienced staff is wonderful. I just wish theyd go back to phone calls for item substitutions, but I understand the demand for shop from home has increased which makes that extra touch too difficult to accomplish anymore.
I made the huge mistake of ordering online. I was issued a refund because the store didnt have the majority of the items on my list. By time my items were delivered there were only 12 damn items! Everything is always out of stock. Ill stick to Amazon Fresh for online shopping from now on.
Love shoprite! this is my favorite grocery store on the island. they have great sales n even when not on sale ..its a good deal thier rebranding of thier own line a.k.a bowl&basket is amazing too. big selection of stuff from bread to butter! Only bad thing is the lines can get pretty long during busy times but grab a mag or ur phone n before u realize its ur turn!
Great store and pleasant staff. My second time ordering birthday cake for my children and the person who helped was extremely wonderful, patient and willing to work with more ideas I had for the cake, to say it was delicious and as ordered! Thank you to the bakery ‘person’ 😎
Poor experience. Went in, did my shopping. I had very little to grab. When I went to self checkout (I prefer not to have multiple people touch my stuff) there was 3 employees standing there that cared more about talking than helping. I went to go to one and the gentlemen rudly said go to that one. I went. When I was looking to get a bag, I had to search out someone. Then instead of handing me the bag, sh stood next to me and waited for me to finish scanning the products in like a baby sitter, so she can add 1 bag in. I then had to go back out and enter my card. She then passed right in front of me and placed a sticker on the item, which she couldve said excuse me but didnt. There was no respect of social distancing at all. One employee pulled off their mask to talk to another. Not happy at all. Very unprofessional. I understand that they work long hours but there needs to be social distancing and mask wearing.
I stop here just for the sandwiches from the deli on my way home from work. I dont even live in Staten Island lol! They are the best Ive had so far. The half hero bread is huge, as big as a regular hero in some places and theyre $6.99 no matter what you put on it. They dont charge for 2 meats like some stores do and they make them a good size. You dont have to tell them extra meat at this deli thats for sure! Also great prices and savings at this store. Just make sure you get yourself a Shop Rite card so you can get the savings. Nice staff, never got attitude from anyone. Just a good supermarket overall. Oh and not to mention great prices on beer as well.
POOR DELIVERY SERVICE Again, today, I paid $14.98 for home delivery within a specified 2-hour window. I got a call saying they were behind, and my groceries would be coming late. Further, they had no idea when the groceries would actually come. They told me they would come sometime today/tonight as though they were doing me a favor. Told me I have to understand they have other customers. Sorry, but this service is not worth $15
Beautiful people great workers love the place been there since 1986 never change place is awesome Im really grateful the workers and the people and the manages that like family and a great way when you see everybody everyday all the time nothing like it especially the managers they do care about the workers inama customer for many years thank you
Waited online over an hour for twin pack london broil on sale for 1.99. They never made it available they just kept making the king size pack at 3.50 a pound. Bait-N-Switch Marketing at its finest. Also, I noticed the boneless chicken there always, i mean always, has stray bones in them and they could kill somebody with that trick.
Ive been shopping at this ShopRite for years now and have little to complain about. Produce, deli, and bakery are great and fair priced, and the shelves are always stocked with my go-to products. Staff are helpful and friendly, and dont be surprised if they remember you! The parking lot is a nightmare, but I fault the shopping center for that. And it must go to show that people cant get enough!
This shoprite, managers and headquarters are the biggest theives going. As much as I tried to explain and prove that a withdrawal from my mothers EBT in the amount of 221.36 was taken from her account by them they refuse to give the food or refund the money. They dont seem to understand that the transaction was done manually and as much as they try to cancel the order it will not refund it bc it is not attached to the order. So now you have an 80 year old out the money bc the people at this establishment are very dumb.
The place is really good for shopping. The vegetables and fruits are fresh all of the time. Deli not crowded most of the time. Customer service is a good helper and the aisles are well organized. I can suggest that they add the items aisles known as directory to the wagon and carts, that will help and save more time in shopping. The prices are fair but not the best, if you have the plus you will get some discounts. They have another 2 branch in veterans and Hylan blvd, but i like to shop the most in this place. Very cozy and i totally recommend it.
The service was horrible. The customer service lady call the supervisor Nick to help me with my problem and he just brush me off and said the cakes are right over there. I said I just want a birthday cake with Happy Birthday on it. Then to get what I wanted he said just come back tomorrow. Wow, that was just rude. I thought supervisors are supposed to help or at least try and help. Well Thanks but No Thanks I wont be Returning.
Always crowded but well stocked. Due to this area going downhill I shop at shop rite on Veterans road. Although theyre further away this facility is fairly new and much better atmosphere to shop at. Also the bottle return is usually empty not like Forest ave where you have to wait on a line to return bottles. Also you dont have to wait long if the machine needs to be emptied. I would rather drive a little further to shop to me its worth the drive
Pricey but prefer it on the island. Enjoy their shop from home feature. Always on time and never any issues. I love shopping from home. One thing tho, I wont buy blueberries or grapes or berries period from shop from home. They just grab whats there. So its a hit or miss. Lately a Miss but everything else is great.
This store isnt the best customer service award place. They have people who works in the customer service department & front end managers, who makes fun of people who are handicap and disabled. No respect & manners whatsover! Ive seen them several times doing just that. Will never go there again. Ive found the supermarket that Im comfortable to shop at, that has more respectful, manners & courtesy with the disable.
Mannix family and their staff are very helpful, they keep their stores clean. Ive been to all of their stores at one time or another ,the prices are decent food is good. The only problem I ever had was at the new Dorp store on grand opening day. I was at the self check out area when a gentleman was helping customers and when he had to get by he would say excuse me .some how as he walked by me he must have had a meltdown because his exact words were to me were move over, that would have been o.k.but it was the way he said it and the look he gave. I did question him but he kind of got in my face. When I went to management and notified them of what took place they said thank you and did nothing about it. Maybe because Nicole Malliotakis was in the store also.A bit lengthy but just had to vent.
Excellent service from all staff in all departments. The store has all the grocery supplies you need and at great prices. Sales offer additional bargains and allows you to buy products that usually cost prohibitive.A very clean and well organized supermarket that encourages you to shop there.
Long time customer and my 1st time ordering shop from home, what a disaster! Order is 2 and a half hrs past the time it was supposed to be here and after I had to call them to find out whats going on was told another 3 hrs! Asked for compensation was told no by the shift supervisor, asked to speak to a manager and they left me on hold for over 10 minutes, no manager. Tried calling back twice and now no one will answer my calls. 1st and last time ever ordering shop from home. Customer service has really gone down hill at this store.
I enjoy shoprite. Excellent fresh fruits vegetables and meat. There deli department is on point as well. If you can’t find an item just talk to the manager and they will orders it for you. Clean and organized. I also use their shopping at home services there staff is fantastic and go out there way to please you. An extra bonus for me is they always have great prices on there meat.
Still one of my favorite supermarket stores. Been going there for years.Highly disappointed by the service I recieved yesterday on Thanksgiving day doing some last minute shopping. Got a cashier by the name of FiFI who didnt want to be at work. She was in her phone while ringing my groceries. When I asked another associate to speak with her. She became upset and nasty she let my groceries fall on the floor and started to race to ring my stuff. I told her that her customer service was terrible and if she didnt want to come to work to next time stay home. One of the worst cashiers Ive every had.
Shop Rite says theyre limiting entry into the store, but you wont see any evidence of that. The first half of the store closest to entry is ridiculously crowded, although crowds do seem to dissipate somewhat once you reach the halfway point. There are no arrows to guide the flow of traffic. While people are wearing masks, they are not being conscious of others. The store does not sanitize carts, but there are wipes available at the entrance. Nevertheless, the selection in the store is still good, and shockingly for these days, some items are even on sale.
ShopRite on Forest & Richmond Ave. is where I shop for my groceries. The store is pretty cool.Neat, clean, and its easy to find whatever you may be looking for. Its employees are very friendly and helpful. Id much rather do my shopping there than at any other supermarket. If youve never been, I highly recommend you at least check it out.
I like store itself it has most of the items I usually buy and the prices are good but I have a problem with the way the store is handling the mask situation. There is a loudspeaker announcement regarding the mandatory use of masks and yet I saw people shopping in the store today without any mask on not to mention the people that dont wear them properly. Covering your chin with the mask or only your mouth is not protecting anyone from covid and no store employees were enforcing the wearing of masks.
Great place to shop. The staff is friendly and helpful. Well stocked. I especially enjoy the music - makes me feel like Im in high school again. The Shop at Home delivery is wonderful. The personal shoppers do a good job and the delivery people are great bringing your groceries right into your home.
I live near there and shop there all the time. The ppl are nice and they have a lot of good sales. Its always clean and the shelves stocked well especially in morn and night. Mid day and after work it gets very crowded and hectic. The produce, deli and bakery have good variety and always fresh food. Their flower and balloon area is great too. They also have a pharmacy thats open during the day, not at night. I would recommend shopping here.
I shopped at this store using the shop at home application that shop rite provides. The service was good, I was called any time there was discrepancy with my order and their inventory, which was very helpful. However I would not use this service for produce and meat selections as it seems my particular orders were lost in translation
I have found their organic produce as of late to be very good and lasts longer than normal produce but the pricing is not as friendly as compared to say trader joes. They also run a lot of specials on the meats so it is good to pop in there and just see the specials at times. The parking is terrible most the time. The self service lines are the way to go.
ShopRite has everything! From kosher to seafood and everything else in between. I am an unusual shopper, always getting the better deals with alternative brands, the ShopRite brand is also very good. Pleasant supermarket in a convenient location. The customer service was kind and helpful. See for yourselves!
Im a senior citizen and the manager, who wishes he owned the store, will follow you around like youre a shoplifters. Hes awfully rude. Ill take my business elsewhere. Their shop at home isnt that convenient, either. They charge $7., for delivery. Yet, if you dont order in a certain time frame, you wont get same delivery. I prefer Whole Foods, through Amazon. Delivery within 2 hours, and $10., off orders over 35. They pack your frozen goods in great insulated bags. Plus, they only use paper bags. Like Shoprite should.
This particular Shoprite located at 985 Richmond Avenue, S.I. N. Y. is 5 Star!! Shelves are always stacked with my products. The aisles are immediately clear from emptying the products from the cardboard boxes and taken away. The staff has always been very helpful when asking for assistance. I have been a loyal Shoprite customer since the day they opened this store. Thank you to ALL the employees of Shoprite for everything you do every single day. Especially during these dangerous and stressful times. Regards, Suzanne Marano
A manager here threatened to call the cops on me because I was charging my phone in the store. I explained to him that I was using a grocery shopper app for a customer and unfortunately my phone died before I could check out. I told him I just needed to use google pay and I could check out. I literally only needed 5% AND not to mention its still a paying customer.. He told me that he didnt care and that it had nothing to do with him. Dont shop here they dont care about their customers.
I find the front end manager with the blonde hair to be very rude towards customers as she had the nerve to give me an attitude when assisting me at the register last weekend. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this Shop Rite again as I will not tolerate her rudeness towards me and any other customers.
Do you love constantly sifting through already expired items to find ones that stand a chance for a few more days? This ShopRite is for you! Also the parking lot is a nightmare, and the bathrooms look like they are cleaned begrudgingly once a year. The music in the store caters to those who long for 1955.
Ive never had any problems with This shop rite. Today though, a deli employee informed me they didnt sell (4) piece fried chicken, but the sign I pointed out to him revealed they Did. He stated the sign was 10 yrs. Old.I laughed of course! So Ill consider this my trick or treat! :)
Im very disappointed. I shop here all the time and spend a lot of money at this store. I called this store and asked to speak to someone in the bakery department. Adele answered the phone and kept transferring me to the bakery and then the phone would go back to Adele. After 1/2 hour of me being put back and forth on hold.. I called back and Adele answered once again... I asked, is this Adele ? She said yes... I said why do you keep transferring me back to the bakery?. Her answer was ... I dont have time to go back there to see if anyones there. And she hung up. SHAME ON YOU ADELE !!! A little more effort wouldve gone a long way !!!
Natural disaster. Store needs a interior revamp outside got done but a lot of SR stores outside the neighborhood did interior renovations and got a new layout.Newer stores have more hot/cold areas and a larger buffet area. This store seems to be stuck in the late 80-90s. Maybe the owner should look into that.
Parking is easy, if you dont mind a short walk. It gets busy, so parking at a slight distance makes for an easy departure. The deli can be hit or miss. Fresh fish and meat department have never dissapointed. All the cashiers and front end managers are awesome, courtesy too. Did I mention the line at the deli for cold cuts can long and moves slow. Really, 4 slicers and at least that many people back there doing their own thing, its chaotic and takes way too long. But this is typical at most delis, its hard to get good cold cuts, and I like my cold cuts. Also typical for most delis are not wiping the slicer down before cutting something else. They do use one for cheese only I think ...and...well I sound like Im ranting. My calculations are that shoprite anywhere is the best deal for your money
The most Cleanest store and everything is always where its supposed to be And the receiving department is always on top of their game 10 stars for all of them They know what goes fast and what does not I have to give it to the receiving I spoken to a couple of them they could always tell whats the best selling what needs to be done and what doesnt all of them from woman to man from man to woman And everybody in there is polite especially deli department when they give me a slice of every cold cut IX to be caught to see if its to my satisfaction a great store but needs more parking! Besides that amazing everybody there is a Unit that works together very well as if it was one Like I said just needs more parking
A good spot to shop for groceries, great people but their sales are sometimes bait and switch. Ive been shopping here for almost two decades and Ive seen both sides. Bad: So many times theyve had unannounced specials with unbelievable prices, but when you get the item to the register, its invariably, not that item, even though theres a bin full of them with a huge sign indicating the sale price. Its akin to the old bait and switch that put so many Times Square electronics stores out of business. Or worse youll get a customer service person wholl refuse to check you out because the limit is two items and you have a 3-lb bag of onions - shes counting each one. Yeah, its that crazy sometimes. But then you have the Good: The people at customer service like Camille or Elijah, or people on the floor like Mary in the Meat Dept. or Dee at the registers, or even the manager Nick, who all go above and beyond to make things right for the customers. They have great circular specials and some of their guys will gladly check in the back if somethings not on the shelves -- and actually check. Again, their sales policies may suck, but their people make all the difference.
Its okay to shop there but the only thing you have to be careful with not being harassed why youre trying to use restroom and going shopping and when you go out to tell somebody they just look at you and say oh they need a better management system understands open 24 hours but if you dont know how to handle different situations than you should not be run in the store
This store used to be clean , friendly, and safe. Now the store is dirty, there are some managers and staff are completely rude and have no idea how to say excuse me. They would rather walk right in to you. The parking lot is an accident waiting to happen. The stop sign by the entrance was removed. Now cars race by as people are entering n leaving the store. Why should anyone shop there
When you want your deli meat cut slow and your lines moving fast, you go to this shop rite. They really take their time when cutting you some deli meat, carefully carving the meats to perfection. Like, bring a charged cell phone because youre going to need it brother. What Im trying to say is that they do not rush the deli meat cutting.
This used to be my favorite ShopRite. But as time goes by, its just getting bad. Rude manager. Gives so much attitude when all we wanted was some service at the bakery. He gives that look and face where you say something and is like. Are you dumb. Also, parking lot is bad.
Its Cool the food is fresh customer service is great the whole vibe there is awesome they even have online shopping, A pharmacy, Restrooms parking and is also wheel chair accessible Oh!!! and self service if you dont want to wait on the line or just have a few items... Yeah thats pretty much it I believe.
NOTE: I decreased my reviews original rating. Ill explain why at the end. This is my favorite supermarket. It took the place of my previous fave, Pathmark. I can can can always catch good sales. I occasionally go to Key Food and Stop n Shop, but only for certain pre-planned items. I could go to Shop Rite without any circular or advance grocery list and be sure to still find good discounts. Like the time I was surprised by clearance sale of ONE POUND of ORGANIC (Organic!) BEEF for 99 CENTS! I took ALL OF THEM straight to my freezer! They also have digital coupons that deepen your savings if combined with manufacturers coupon. Staff is pleasant. Some sale items are so good they go fast, but you can always get rain check. My only complaint about this place is that they havent sold me a winning quick pick lottery ticket yet. I give this Shoprite a 8 out of 10 numerical rating.Rating Decrease Explained: I changed my star rating from 5 to 4 and numerical rating from 9 out of 10 to 8 out of 10. I did this because I have a suspicion that theres an integrity issue with a promotion Shop Rite runs. On every receipt it asks you to do a customer satisfaction survey and get a chance to win a $500 Shop Rite gift card. Ive done this survey HUNDREDS of times! One time, just jokingly, I asked a customer service staffer over the phone if the $500 gift card offer was just a gimmick. I was shocked when she asked me what $500 gift card offer I was talking about. I was flabbergasted because how can she not know when its on EVERY CUSTOMERS receipt?!?! So I asked her if she ever heard of any Shop Rite shopper winning a $500 gift card. Now it was her turn to be flabbergasted. She told me she had NEVER heard of ANY shopper winning anything, much less a $500 gift card. And one more thing Im remembering which would support the $500 gift card offer being false advertising (and for this, Im changing the numerical rating to 7 out of 10--the 4 stars can stay): I called the store one day to speak to the manager and give a commendation to two employees who provided EXCELLENT customer service. The manager told me he loved getting such reports and that he was going to treat both employees to lunch the next day. The next time I was at Shop Rite and I got one of the same cashiers, I asked him how the lunch was--the lunch that the manager treated him and his co-worker to? He looked at me flabbergasted...
Well stocked but it is way too small for all the stuff they sell. It can be very busy and cramped. They also offer some jewish/kosher products. Open 24 hours. Great if you arrive in Staten Island late. No car needed, theres a bus stop right out front. Bus 44 takes you to St. George in only 30 minutes. It runs all night long.
Well you had everything I needed, however I recently had surgery and I asked the manager @ approximately 7.15 pm if any one was available to help me pack my grocries and she said no let the cashier do it. I spent 289.00 and i had lots of cans and heavy bottles because of the can can sale and the line was long and I waited about 20 minutes on line so I was overwhelmed and tired. The cashier was pleasant and did all the packing. Well the manager came by to say she was working slow. Not true, she was embarrassed. Meanwhile she and two others were standing around talking. The customer service she provide was not acceptable. I go to other supermarkets and they even help me with my groceries out side. I am a senior who has been shopping there for over twenty many years.
The store is okay. Their deli has fewer and fewer variations. Earlier they used to have several kinds of BBQ chicken, lemon and Italian were my favorites, but now only plane BBQ or oven roasted, also my family loved meatballs cooked by Deli department, now there are no meatballs. Hot food assortiment is very poor and often not tasty.
Place is definitely a garbage can compared to the others on the island especially because they are fixing the outside of it up.how about they make the inside better and take it out of the 1980s.and whats with the self checkouts being closed at night? why do I have to wait on a 9 person line just to buy 2 things?
Shoprite is by far the best food shopping store known to man,Simply put....Shoprite prices have always been lower then all competition and its not even close,The stores are always well stocked and of course you will love the prices,Be sure to keep an eye out for weekly circulars that offer great sale prices that will add even more savings and put more food in the basket,Most Shoprites have a variety of cooked foods as well as seafoods and salads to help make your cooking and entertaining all the more simple,If savings is what you enjoy then Shoprite should be your food store..
Today is 8/18/2017. I went to buy a quart if 1% and whole milk. The dates on cartons were 8/19 and 8/22. The shelves were full and being stocked as I was there. I asked if they had fresher milk and was told the usual lazy answer, thats all we have. So is it lazy workers not looking or is it almost expired milk you sell.
Really not understanding why anyone would write a good review about this store......I honestly would rather drives miles to shop somewhere else. This store is OUTDATED, to tight no room to move with cart, and oh dear lord the music is awful.. ugh its 2018 please stop playing oldies!!! Major overhaul needed in all aspects. Cant wait to move out of this area so i can shop somewhere else.
I have loved this store for years but the new Managers today showed me a different view of this store. The employees are amazing but I went in to buy things and get a receipt of a purchase. I know they only keep 3 months because I came in for this matter before and I told so and the manager told me he would reach out to corporate and then contact me. I am not sure if he did or not I could have missed a call but time has went by so I come in today. Unfortunately for me these managers did not care to help me no way and did not even give me corporate number to try and get it myself. John Perera and Mike the Managers suck As managers please bring the old ones back. They were more caring of the needs of the customers and of the many years going here have never left upset as I did todayAs of today I have not received a return call from the main office,no worries have not been in a shoprite since. 1800 shoprite is usless
Been shopping here for over 30 years. Love it oldies playing in the background like the layout of the store you walk in to produce and you circle around to Deli and then fresh meat and then frozen foods and dairy and bakery comes around the front and then youre at the cashiers
Lots of great prices cannot compare to ShopRite prices Simply Amazing what a savings overall comfortable shopping on all your shopping nice manager Janet Celia is absolutely wonderful make my shopping experience like Im home old school love it dont go anywhere else so if you want to go shopping and get the best prices go see Janet Celia at ShopRite and feel and be treated like family thank you Janet Celia.
I dont know whos responsible for choosing the extensive playlist of 50s and 60s era Doo-wop music that continuously plays at this spot, but that person is a true marketing genius who deserves, at least, a raise. Aside from finding everything I need here, its also always a fun experience. I routinely feel like dancing while picking out steak.
A SUPERMARKET THAT IS OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY. FANTASTIC!!! THEY HAVE POWER CHAIRS FOR THE HANDICAPPED AND A CUSTOMER RESTROOM. SO CONVENIENT.THE STAFF IS AMAZING.THEY SEEM TO KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT THE DETAILS.IF THEY ARE UNSURE THEY REFER YOU TO THE CORRECT PERSON FOR THE 411 ON GROCERIES.I LOVE THAT THEY HAVE A REDBOX AT THE EXIT ALONG WITH A COUPLE OF TOY MACHINES FOR THE KIDS.
Shoprites prices are significantly better than Stop and Shop. This store is ok overall. They do have a problem with some of their freezers however. Some sections have food that is covered with an ice build up. Ive bought some items there that Ive had to return because they had obviously thawed and refrozen. For instance, when your Texas Toast slices are hard to separate and pull off the cheese from the next slice, they were thawed. They also need to retrain their stockers to rotate their inventory. Picked up a can of canned yams that expired in 2014! Inventory 101. New in back, older in front!
I was in the process of working here as an Overnight Clerk until I got into a heated exchange with the management.HR was a cruel, out of touch Filipina woman who accused me of complaining when I asked her a question regarding my training. And the Manager On-Duty was an obnoxious Italian who condescends to his employees, present and potential.Never have I been disrespected by my past employers the way I was disrespected here, as a customer and a potential employee. For now on Ill stick to Stop & Shop.
It is just like the Hylan Ave. location. The review I gave for Hylan location, applies here as well.Being from Louisiana, and lived other places as well, I am accustomed to a store to pick up groceries that I eat.I am Black, and eat Soul Food recipes which include, pork chops, okra, jambalaya, red beans, shrimp, etc.So, I like the store to be conducive to that, and sell those types of products. They do, to an extent, but, I am not use to the Foreign Community, that is White Hispanics, Middle East, India, China, even Africa!I try to BLOCK OUT THEM, and pick up the necessary items, and quickly get out!So, if you are Naturally Born U.S. Citizen, then you may be share my views.I guess it is the location you are in the U.S., because they are at Walmart, Stop n Shop, etc., too!

2022-05-08So ride prices are much cheaper than other stores and have a better selection of fruits and vegetables. Their bread and basket store name brands are actually pretty good.

2020-09-17Another great ShopRite on the island. Idk how much better it is than the Hylan one, but this location seemed to be renovated more recently with LED light fixtures, and a refreshed exterior.

2022-02-01Let me tell u . I come in from Brooklyn. I love this shoprite. The staff is so positive, happy, hard working. The store is so clean. The supply is full. Live my flower girl. And my girl singer in the fruit dept and the best meat dept. The cashiers and my lotto gal. Luv them all. Great job, store, staff

2022-01-28Very nice store BUT this gentleman slicing cold cuts at the deli section doesnt wear a face mask. The store should be fined for it. His face is inches from the food, he keeps talking and keeps spreading germs on food. Gross.

2021-10-25Place is well stocked. Staff is helping many and preparing orders. Great deals. Just be sure to BYOB. Free parking in the lot.

2022-01-16The deli department is the worst! Wrong orders and nasty attitudes from them! Any other dept, they are great and very nice. Try getting a manager is a joke! Every time is an issue with the deli dept. Next call is to the corporate office.

2022-04-03This shoprite is some what clean. parking lot is decent. dont come here at night, thats when the meat department decides to put most meat and chicken away.

2020-09-03Liquor selection is better the expected. But the store it self needs updating. And if you order groceries to pick up its never organized and ready. I always have to watch as they try to find everything in separate bags and put it all in a cart. And half the stuff you order isnt in stock. I stopped using it as and now order Amazon fresh.

2021-11-24Get great prices for the items. Super huge produce and fresh meat and deli items. Fresh fish and fresh oxtails unlike other supermarkets nearby. Nice selection of organic products and produce too.

2022-05-02Nice store. Employees are nice. Prices are slightly more expensive than in NJ. But still a good experience.
