DO NOT RECOMMEND. THIS IS A REAL REVIEW WITH 0 RESULTS. ALL THOSE OTHER REVIEWS ARE FROM FAKE ACCOUNTS SET UP BY THE DOCTOR AND HIS WIFE. I KNOW BECAUSE THEY SENT ME MESSAGES FROM A FEW. I went to Shore Aesthetics for Botox. After a few weeks I didnt see any results. I was told to come in so they could correct the problem. When I got there I was seen by one of the doctors assistants who then told me she couldnt fix the problem because I would have to see the doctor who wasnt there. Why did they give me an appointment to see someone who couldnt fix the problem? After spending $400 on Botox, it did not look like I was injected one time let alone almost 30. Either the doctor is a fraud or theyre using expired or diluted Botox. Stay away from here. They are inexperienced, unprofessional and a RIP OFF. I would give 0 stars but I had to select at least 1 to proceed with this review. Dr. Caiati is dishonest and a fraud. I do not believe the 5 star reviews are real. This idiot thinks he can keep a persons money for services they fail to see. Look at Joe B’s review on Yelp. This doctor is a loser and keeps reporting my review on Yelp so he can get more unsuspecting clients money. If anyone is contemplating going here for services contact me and I’ll provide proof this doctor is a liar and incompetent. I have emails from Shore Medical confirming I appeared for the 2nd appt they gave me to get the 0 results fixed and it wasn’t. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS LYING DOCTOR. THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IS INVESTIGATING HIM. HE ALSO HAS BAD REVIEWS ON HIS REGULAR NON-COSMETIC MEDICAL PRACTICE AS AN INTERNIST. THOSE REVIEWS ARE PRIOR TO ME MEETING HIM IN NOVEMBER. HE IS RUDE AND INCOMPETENT AND THOUGHT HE COULD THREATEN ME TO REMOVE MY REVIEWS. I’LL SEE YOU IN COURT VERY SOON ROBERT .Update to the lies being told by Mr. Caiati: I have never been convicted of a crime and Im definitely not a felon which is why Im in the process of suing him not only for my refund but defamation and libel. Trying to slander me will not change the fact that I returned for a fix, This man is so stupid he doesn’t realize publishing lies is considered libel. He thinks this is a joke. When I’m done with this clown I’ll be getting a lot more than the $400 he stole from me by injecting fake, diluted or expired Botox that gave no results. No wonder no medical school in the US would accept him. He had no choice but to go to medical school out of the country where it is much easier to get accepted. This man is incompetent. I was seen in person at his office, therefore Caiati knows there were no results which he calls concerns. If anyone wants to pay for services they will not see results for and then be insulted when they complain about it then this is the place for you. Based on other reviews theres a lot of medical malpractice happening there as well. They are not trained to do aesthetics and are learning as they go along. Caiati expected me to return a 3rd time within a months time for a fix all because he could not inject it right the first time and failed to perform the fix when I returned the 2nd time. Before you call to make an appointment ask yourself, do you want to see results?

I went to Shore Medical Aesthetics for the first time last week and had a consultation with Dr. Caiati regarding Smart Lipo and Botox. I was extremely hesitant and basically scared to go forward with any kind of cosmetic procedure, but after reading the reviews on Google of the doctor and his staff I decided to at least go for the consultation. I am beyond happy I chose Dr. Caiati and Shore Medical Aesthetics! Dr. Caiati explained everything, answered all of my questions and was extremely professional and very kind. His demeanor will put the most skeptical person at ease. I went forward that day with some Botox injections in my forehead and eye area, its less than a week later and I am shocked at the results. I booked my appointment for the Smart Lipo and feel completely comfortable in Dr. Caiatis hands. Great office! Great doctor! I wont go anywhere else!
Dr. Caiati is the best. I had smart lipo 360. He sat down explained everything to me inside and out. He didnt try robbing my bank account. Dr. C and staff are very welcoming they make you feel like you have known them for years. The job he did was amazing I feel great and look great. The only thing I regret is not doing it sooner.

Completely thrilled that I came across Shore Medical Aesthetics. From the moment I walk in to the moment I leave, I am incredibly comfortable and confident in Dr. Caiati and his skills. I have had Juvederm injections 2 times in his office, and each time Dr. Caiati has been thorough and attentive (and gentle!). Plus I could not be more pleased with my results. I definitely recommend this office!
Such a good experience, Dr. Caiati explained to me the differences between all the fillers I can get and told me why some are better than others. He didn’t rush while he was in the office with me and he made the procedure as painless as possible. I highly recommend this office!

My first time going to Shore Medical Aesthetics. I was so satisfied! The office was clean and the girl (I didn’t get her name) behind the desk was friendly and very polite. She offered if we wanted any water or coffee. I literally had to do 2 mins of paper work and went right in. I never had Botox done so I figured I’d give it a try. I also went to get some lip fillers as well. Theresa was AMAZING! Before doing anything she was so patient and explained all details about Botox and Lip Filler. I was little scared because I never had Botox before but she made me feel so comfortable. Pain Free! Steady hand! AMAZING! As well as the lip filler! Theresa is now my GO TO! If I trust anyone it’s Shore Medical Aesthetics & Anti Aging !!! They have all great services and I Deff will be going back to this place! Thank you Theresa & Shore Medical Aesthetics & Anti Aging!!! I’ve never been to a doctors office and had the doctor himself give me a personal tour and break down of his office! Dr. Caiati was very professional descriptive, and educational when it came to explaining his procedures, which was greatly appreciated. His office was clean and beautiful and his staff were nothing less than amazing! I didn’t hesitate for a moment to choose him for my cosmetic needs and I couldn’t be happier with the natural results I asked for!

Excellent service and so many options for anti-aging. There is something for everyone! Im very happy with my results with botox and plan to continue with the treatments. What I love most is that there is an actual physician, in office, doing the injections! He walks you through every option and gives HONEST opinions and recommendations. Ive had nothing but great experiences every time I go to see Dr Caiti. I have been going to see if him for 2 years for my botox. He is a professional, caring, compassionate, and gentle. I am always so pleased with my results. He never makes me wait and his prices are extremely reasonable. He takes the time to explain everything he is doing in detail. He always calls a few hours after the procedure just to see how I am doing. I highly recommend him to my friends, family, and anyone that wants to look and feel younger.
Dr Robert Caiati is such a genuinely caring man. I had a medical issue that needed attention; to which Dr Caiati helped me with; without hesitation.. Ive been seeing him for quite some time now, and all of his services have been exceptional!! I saw Diana yesterday for micro abrasion treatment, a pumpkin chemical peel, and a vitamin C mask. Wow!!! I left there feeling so beautiful and so relaxed. It was my first time so I didnt know what to expect. I had no idea that these procedures included a head, neck, and shoulder massage in such a tranquil setting. It was so nice. If you have never done or even if you have I highly recommend it. Such a treat!! I cant wait to do it again.

He is gentle, patient and explains everything thoroughly. As an RN for nearly 19 years I am EXTREMELY particular about who I go to for treatments and Dr C is my go to!! 2022-03-24My experience with Shore is amazing. I love DR. Caiati and Diana and hiis staff they are great and Diana the aesthetician is excellent her experience and hands were made for this profession I truly trust her completely .I have had the best facials and injections over the past year and every time Doctor Caiati took the time to explain the procedure and go over every side effect and gradually introduced me to botox , filler, micro needling etc. I also had Morpheous8 and have had some great results. I started with Shore a year ago as i mentioned earlier and now I feel like I am part of the family. I sincerely would not write this if i did not feel this way . The hydro facial done by Diana is AMAZING! you just have to try it once and you will be hooked the improvements on my skin are great I am very happy with it all. I am truly so lucky I met Dr. Caiati. My friend Tracey a news correspondent recommended him and I am so glad I took her recommendation I feel so much more confident especially since I am entering my 60s .
