Very friendly staff, willing to take the time and listen to the needs of my family even though I ended up going with a different method of construction. Never felt pressured throughout the whole experience and received contact information for my current lender.
I purchased a doublewide from Showcase January 2016 and had no problems at all. The entire staff was wonderful to work with. I am very happy with my home.
After shopping around, A LOT! we are so happy with our choice to work with Showcase Homes. They made the whole process so easy from beginning to end.
Shopped many places looking for a home. You do not want to buy a home from this place, homes are very expensive, they give you a price one day and the next day is a different price for the same home. Do not advise anyone to buy here. Better prices and homes off 17N
Got prices on homes and compared exact home at other dealers. Showcase is way overpriced at $10K + Shop around folks!
Over priced homes and they lock the homes and someone has to walk around with you. It started to rain and I wanted to see a home and the lady told us it was too expensive and we cant afford it and she would not show us the home.
Staff was amazing! Great knowledge, not pushy, didnt ask million questions. Best place we have been thus far!
Very helpful, answers all of you questions. Lot model we like is priced with standard features other places have as upgrade.
Rude staff, asked us why we would want to buy from them. They told us there are cheaper options. So we left. Do not waste your time.
Worst place to get a home....I made the mistake and my home has been falling apart since my family and I moved in 3 months ago....horrible staff ,horrible contractors, lazy,...I mean the list goes on and on...would never recommend these guys to anyone....stay away from these guys

2021-09-01Building a house during COVID certainly had its challenges, but the staff at Showcase made the experience as smooth as possible! We were so thankful to have Patty as our point-person. She was attentive, receptive, and timely with getting us answers to our questions. Her warm personality and genuine interest in our project made us feel like we were in good hands. Adams extensive experience with ALL forms of residential construction gave us confidence that our turn-key package would be done right. Everyone associated with the Showcase team, from the business office to the contractors to the company CEO were all wonderful to work with. If we had to do it all over, we would DEFINITELY work with Showcase again!Thank you for building our forever home!~The Duells

2022-05-19After searching all over the state I was glad I landed at Showcase Homes. You can’t beat the high quality that you’ll receive for way less than the other guys. 2021-09-14Showcase homes of Malta is a great place to buy a home! They have many employees, but one really gave us more than 110 % of her time to get us a house we wanted. Patty was always there for us anytime we had questions, we called and when we just popped in to say hi. She is always smiling, even if she was having a bad day herself.Patty is fantastic, wonderful, and is so patient with everyone. She never sent us away from her office without making us feel that everything will be ok! Patty is very knowledgeable about selling you a home.We feel like we have known Patty as a friend all our lives. She is the BEST!!So go see Patty at Showcase Homes of Malta, you will be glad you did.

2021-09-29We started looking at manufactured homes and we were having difficulty finding someone who would even return calls. Luckily we stumbled upon Patty. She been great to work with. Patty is by far the most responsive person I have ever dealt with. She answers every inquiry with detail and a smile. If she is busy when you call, she gets back at her first opportunity. Most times within minutes. Ask for her by name.

2017-07-26Showcase homes is the only place I would buy a home their prices are lower than Ive ever seen around they are very family oriented answered all your questions was never pushy to put you into something and I would suggest him as youre number one .Having them work with you was very comfortable and very satisfying
