These people are biased and discriminatory. When I called them to bring it to their attention, they hung up on me.

2018-07-15I recently visited with a large group of HS students traveling from Florida. Everyone was kind to us and Ram was hospitable enough to explain the foundations of the Sikh religion and answer questions. I hope to return on our next visit and we will continue to pray for this community.

2019-03-12When I visited in guru Ravi dass temple I was surprised here the people’s saved his culture they makes a mini Punjab in New York. I met few younger who born in America but they know very well how they can do path , Simran & sewa better than Punjab. I was really impressed I say thank God who gives me a chance to met those younger

2018-01-10We came to try the food. The chairman came out and started intimidating us about what we were doing there. The priest gave us permission to be there but the chairman yelled at us in front of the priest and said that he was the cheese to address. Then later he said that I should go to human rights to get a job as a person of a mixed race so I could eat.? Government will help you we wont help you here because this is a temple. Very professional attitude and extremely courteous people. Yet the gun carrying Mexican gang was fed RIGHT IN FRONT OF US and served IN PERSON. Why such a discrimination?

2016-12-22The man (Biru?) who does sewa in the langgar late Sunday evening and speaks barely any English is schizophrenic in words and in behavior. For example, he allows a Punjabi gentleman to take out leftovers yet frowns at me and makes prevarications when I ask if I could do the same.Im contemplating lodging a complaint with city officials.

2019-04-10Never been inside but they really do something for the people in need. I always see homeless people coming out with food special in the winter.
