2020-07-10My first time ever in the store and it did not disappoint. Fantastic service and even better staff. The staff was super polite and was ready to help you at anytime. Prices are very fair and such a huge variety in store. Will definitely be shopping heat again!

2016-07-11Ordered some Nike Trainers in black and white and ended up getting my shoes earlier than expected only to find them in the wrong color. I looked at my receipt and it said black and white on it but the shoes were gray and pink. Called the store and they arent even going to send me the black pair. All they said was that I would get a refund and Id have to ship them back. Very disappointed. 10/10 would not recommend.

2017-08-06If I could give it no stars I would I went to the Amsterdam store walked in with my granddaughters to buy 2 pair of sneakers for each of them a total of 4 pair the guy said kids are on that wall so we picked out the ones they liked and sat there the kid working walked by us 2xs them I asked are u going to measure there feet and wait on us his reply oh yes he measures one child gets the shoe I asked if they had socks to try the sneaker on he gave me a huge thick sock I had to put the shoe on her then I asked another person working there if he could help us he said whats wrong I said do I have thinner socks for kids he said no then said I should have bright my own no costermer service at all I walked out went to Olympia and had great service with the proper socks the women was fantastic and I made a $250 purchase I will never go into that sieverts ever again rude people bad service

2017-08-24Surprising Amsterdam jewel! They have many great choices of shoes and apparel. All at competitive prices. Great selection of The North Face coats for the winter at mall prices.
