Linda, Mary Ann and Della at Silhouette Window Treatments have a wonderful work ethic, personalities and demeanor. They are very polite, apologetic, courteous and accommodating. They follow up with you immediately and keep their promise. Barry the owner is a true honest down to earth gentleman who goes above and beyond to please his customers.He is soft spoken, pleasant and very knowledgeable. He takes great pride in his work and goes out of his way to makes sure you are a completely happy customer. I previously called another company for my blinds and they said I would need a full replacement of my blinds. Barry came the same day to my house when I visited him for the first time in in his office that morning. That showed me he embraces commitment. He measured the blinds and said you only needed the track instead of a full replacement. The price was less than half of the full installation that the previous company quoted me. I would not hesitate to call Barry if you need any blinds. You will not be disappointed.Sincerely,Glenn Grande

Only 5 stars? Wish there were more I could give. Impeccable service, absolutely flawless. Been dealing with Silhouette for 20 years. I can’t think of anything I could complain about. Actually Barry went above and beyond to fit me in his schedule for my installation. I just can’t see how anyone could complain. Customer service is spot on!!! Seriously, if window treatments you need THIS is the ONLY place to go to. My blinds and drapery that I purchased is gorgeous. My home looks complete now. I highly recommend Silhouette to all my friends And I highly recommend it to anyone looking for Hunter Douglas. When you work with Silhouette you work with professionals.

Barry is the only person I would hire for window treatments. Barry is extremely knowledgeable about his products; he’s very helpful in design decisions; he’s great in installation; and most importantly, he stands behind his products. He will always fix the blinds he has installed. He has replaced parts, fixed and replaced motors, changed batteries, reprogrammed switches, and replaced blinds when there was a quality issue (not his fault), years after the manufacture warranty has expired! His prices are competitive, but most importantly, he stands behind his installed products!

I will never go anywhere else for my window treatments. Ive done my whole house with Silhouette Window Treatments. The customer service is exception, and the workmanship is sublime. Barry came to my house fully prepared with a mask, and gloves. He is an expert at what he does. No one is more profession or has the the expertise that he has. I am so very happy. My house looks gorgeous. I would give 10 stars if it were available. Take my advice dont even bother going anywhere else. Pitch perfect on the price, service, and professionalism.

My family has spent thousands of dollars with this company to install multiple electronic window treatments in our home; however, all of them became misaligned as they were not installed at the same height. To date, they avoided servicing our electric window treatments because the owner Barry has expressed that the technology is difficult for him. Today, I had a 5pm appointment to meet the owner at my grandmothers home because I needed window treatments for a room I am staying in while I care for her after a fall. She is 95 years old, very hard of hearing, and is not able to make these type of decisions on her own. I called to confirm the appointment before leaving work at 4:30. The very kind receptionist confirmed the 5pm appointment was in Barrys calendar and he would be there at the agreed upon time; however Barry then came on the phone from his office and stated that he elected to go to the apartment early, without calling my grandmother in advance, and no one answered after banging on her doors, so he left. I asked if he would honor the appointment time at 5PM as there was still time for him to drive over from his office, to which he arrogantly replied that he was too busy and already made other plans. After questioning him as to why he would not be there at the calendared time that he sent in writing, Barry began shouting at me. He told me he was not coming, that I should never call again, and then he forcefully hung up the phone on me. I called back and his receptionist apologized for his behavior. Barrys tone, hubris, and unwillingness to honor an appointment was startlingly unprofessional. I truly recommend you search elsewhere for your needs.***Edit: As a response to the Owner. You had two separate appointments - not one. Your receptionist confirmed as much when I spoke with her. One was at 4pm and one was at 5pm. While I respect that you had to move on from the first job, you must recognize and acknowledge that you never even called the next customer, my grandmother, to tell her you would be coming an hour-and-a-half early to her appointment. You made no attempt to call or communicate a different time with the second appointment even though this is an individual who you admittedly have done business with in the past, and therefore, would have the contact information. You simply showed up completely unannounced at a 95 year old womans home and banged on her doors. While two customers might have the same name, they still have two separate addresses and two separate appointments that must be honored. It sounds like you want your time to be reasonably honored, which is fair, but you did not extend the same courtesy to your own customer in this instance.Lastly, I did not have a bad experience with your business; rather I had a bad experience with you. Your receptionist was lovely and fondly recalled my grandmother as well as her extensive business with you company; however, I have never had a phone hung up on me in my life or experienced customer service like you provided. If you consider never calling a client to tell them that you are arriving 1.5 hours early, leaving without notice, losing your temper when asked why you could not honor an agreed upon time your business put in writing, and then slamming a phone down on a customer is excellent customer service then you must not think your customers deserve better.

Barry came to my apartment to assess and fix my Hunter Douglas Luminett curtains. He fixed them on the spot and charged a reasonable amount. He is very patient and knowledgeable and honest. I had such a pleasant experience with Barry that I am now going to his store to select window treatments for other rooms. What a personable man!

I called Silhouette to repair one of our blinds (broken cord, old brackets) that were over 15 years old. Barry came to the house and did the repairs and updated brackets that were old. The price was very reasonable. He clearly knows his stuff.

Silhouette window treatments had an install and Fla install Al shades we had problems with the Shades Bowers and silhouette flew down to Florida to help out and took care of everything we’re so pleased with his service highly recommend him thank you

Amazing customer service! The installer was right on time, was very respectful, and was very conscience of the Covid social distancing protocol. He wore a mask and shoe coverings the whole entire time he was here. Put down drop cloths wherever he worked and took all garbage with him. My draperies and silhouettes came out quite spectacular!!!!
