By far the best car wash around . Everyone from the front desk , management, to the auto detailers are extremely professional and most importantly do amazing work . I take all my cars there and they have never looked better!! All my friends and family go there now . Highly recommend this place !!
Its okay not the best car wash but its location works for me. The car never comes out perfectly clean and always has soap and water running. Maybe they need to update their machines.
Five star service from these guys! Really appreciate them! The staff even got out a tough stain that was set in for a long time. A must go to in the area or even if you’re not in the area!
If you park under a NYC tree the next morning its covered in tree sap. This is the Car wash that gets it all off and has my vehicle looking the cleanest.One pass through the wash and its car show ready.

I stopped by here to get the oil change done on the way to a shopping mall. It is the first time that I’ve been here for checkups my car today and I’ve noticed that it comes with the complementary car wash service, including 18 points check-ups when you get the oil change or any car service done here.I really recommend it’s really worth paying for the stuff and waiting in line. it took me less 30 minutes to be done for oil change. All the staffs are really friendly and professional. There is one of staffs helping me know about my car happening or having problem and professionally explained about that in the easiest way possible. A lady at the front desk is so helpful and nice. The way they smile to their customers is impressive. Thanks.
Paid $244 for their full detailing service. I got a call from them 5 hours later to pick up the car. I could immediately notice dirt on the door jams so I told the guy to clean it. It was past 7pm and I was tired from working so I didnt perform thorough check on the spot. Next day morning I inspected their work and look what I found... Wheel has not been cleaned at all, door jam and sunroof jam were full of dirt, and the exterior had a lot of black grease spot all over the car as though they used a dirty cloth to apply wax(did they even apply wax? I couldnt tell really). Interior also had a lot of missed spots and the back seat belts were not cleaned. I feel sick that I paid $244 for this. This is your average $20 automatic car wash place. Do not pay any more than that for premium service that they are not capable of.Edit 1: Thanks for the free extra service offer Jose, but I already spent 4 hours cleaning all the spot you did not clean. I only recommend you to do better job on the next customer.
Free car wash with oil change. Received multi-point inspection as well, and fixed a burn out tail light. A star off for premium oil being more expensive than at my local gas station, but I guess you get the couple extra perks so it makes up for it! Would revisit again. FYI Debit/credit transactions incur 3% fee, bring cash if you want to avoid that.
The service was great and the manager manny helped me out on exactly what ineeded and so did front desk
I took my car for the first time there and the people who suppose to vdry the car after the wash and clean the windows did a bad job. Not satisfied never coming back there
Needs to do a better job at vacuuming yhe vehicle and cleaning the inside. I felt my car was clean on the outside but dirty inside.
Their workmanship is very good, they didnt forget nothing, all the little details that a person would forget, they got without asking, thumbs up
I need to change brake pad on all 4 wheels. Is it normal to charge labor fee on the front wheels first then charge again on the back wheels? I spent $400 on changing the break pads and inspection. Staffs are friends but it is real expensive.

The top brush didn’t work I asked manger he said “ ohooo...ya...Thank you” “Is this ok to wash my car like this?” He said “ ya..ya..is fine” 🙄🙄Because I didn’t see the underbody spray things and I asked him if it’s wash under body with “manager special” ?“Ya ya it does”Then I checked underbody is DRY everywhere😔
I went in for my daughter’s car wash and found out that it cost 59 $ to vacuum sand from the coffee cup holders according to the girl at the register ,she said it was not included, I got the silver wash and the new sings don’t give you details on exactly what they do , and they charge you a credit card fee and don’t tell you about it .I don’t recommend this place .
Ive had terrible car washes, even in my local spot. But even the worse wash in my usual location is 10x better than this location. Worse wash Ive had in a long time. Even a $5 exterior only wash the dryers took a minute to at least wipe the car down in and out. Managers special for $27 is literally a $5 wash. Never again.
Car washes arnt top notch but they are a fair price. The mechanic there is great and works quickly. Oil change and tire rotation in 10 minutes or less

I went to get an oil change. It comes with a free carwash. They used to put your car in the wash right after the oil change. Now you have to go back on line or come back another time. I am sure they are hoping you dont come back. 95 dollars plus a 3 percent charge for using a credit card. And they cant put you car in the wash. What happened to service? We are just money to people like this. Get in get out and dont expect anything. They said the checked my tires. They said they were at 35 psi. When I got home 3 blocks away I checked my tires. They were at 45 psi. I checked because I thought they were low. Who knows what else they didnt look at and said they did. As far as the wash goes. They didnt disappoint. They only cleaned one side of the car. Inside and out. I have one clean floor mat and when clean door inside. I am done with this place. Never again. I will no longer support a business that doesnt care about the customer. I pay good money for a service and just get put onto an assembly line. Sorry for the long ramble but I am done being treated like a number and not a person.
I think Silver Point stop caring, the last months our vehicles werent washed and cleaned properly, even when we pick to pay extra. I tried to replace the transmission oil twice this week and they refused to service my truck.The last time i went there i was told they were short on man power and to come back another time.People doesnt have time for this, at least not me, twice in a week was enough.

Beware of this site in the oil change area they are trying to trick people by telling them that they need an engine flush when in reality the car does not need this service, they show you a super dirty but cold oil and it is assumed that if you have just turn off your car the oil comes out hot pay close attention because the oil they show you is not the one they just took out of your car

Took my car in for detail and was pleasantly surprised to finally find a place that met my expectations. They were very thorough, professional and friendly. They found a customer for life. I will definitely recommend to everyone!
Very disappointed. Paid for a “special manager” and was exactly the same thing that the cheaper one. They leave my car wet and the windows were dirty. Never come back for sure. 21 bucks to the can!!!
I am an online car-hailing driver. I washed the car in this car shop on August 20. After washing the car, I found that the right back door of the car had scratches from top to bottom in an orderly manner. I asked their staff to deal with it. At first they tried to wipe it off with something, but later they found that they couldn’t wipe it off and ignored me. I asked their manager but they said that the manager and the boss were not there and they didn’t have a phone call and told me to come back tomorrow. The next day I went and found their manager, but he refused to admit that it was definitely not scratched by their machine. Everyone should pay more attention to the car wash in the future!
Ive tried them like 5 times bc the location is consistent and regret it every time.Dont waste your money on a car wash here. might as well do it yourself.I always have to finish up at home bc they never do a good job.
One star is generous. I do not recommend this car wash. The car always comes out still dirty. They do not do a good job at all cleaning the car at all, especially for the price they charge. The employee inside is rude and argumentative, and doesnt want to hear it if you bring up an issue.Ive gone here many times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a bad day for them, but nothing changes, except their higher prices. Im not going back there anymore, even though that means I have to travel further out of ny way for a car wash.
I go to this place for an oil change. I am always in and out quick no problems. You also get a free car wash with the oil change. The young lady at the front is very sweet with the cutest accent. I love the way she says “Honda”.
$22 for silver service to be told we only vacuum the interior quickly, they missed almost 3/4 of what they we’re supposed to clean. They wiped down the dash that was it. They interior service is wanting actual leadership. As I told the manage “will never use this place again”. I will go and sit on the longer line by the old Pathmark.
I had such an amazing experience here at silverpoint, the customer service was also well. The lady Ana behind the register is an amazing person who made sure my needs were taken care of. She is a splendid person who goes above and beyond in her job and makes sure the customers always comes first. Ana is an awesome lady
No stars⭐️ Bad service‼️1st I joined their car wash club(though it was a good idea for the money 💵 ) 1st. they left the sun roof open, ok so I took responsibility for that, (quite the car wash club after that for both my car and daughters car) got an oil change there. 2. they did not give me a sticker, (had to do back next day) 3. then 1 month later I needed another oil change my car told me. Get another oil change (somewhere else of course) filters were filthy, which means 4. they never checked it. Bad service ‼️and nothing for nothing 5. no one there EVER ‼️SPOKE ENOUGH ENGLISH ‼️TO UNDERSTAND my complaints. BE WEARY ‼️‼️‼️and
I asked them to use mobil 1 and they took it upon themselves to put some oil called titan in without notifying me and when I confronted the manager he said thats to bad thats all he had in stock and he charged me the same as mobil 1. Rather than make a big deal I know that I will never bring any of my cars back here again and I will let everyone I know to stay away from this place.
When I needed a simple cleaning this place did a GREAT job on my car! I am very very very bad about getting my car cleaned and came in with a lot of caked on dirt and dirty floor mats. They made it look brand new again, all the salt and sand gone! While I waited I noticed the owner was walking around talking to the customers, drying cars, making sure they were done well. It was nice to see the owner being so involved and concerned about his business. I am planning on using them for a spring detail as well!!
Nice guys, try to get you in and out. They check for more then you come in for, which drives up what you end up spending, but not by much and theyre very thorough with what they check. Waiting area is nice, receptionist/mechanics could be friendlier/smile more, but theyre busy so dont knock them if theyre straight to business. Bathrooms are well done, well maintained and seems their Covid19 cleaning protocols are tip-top-shape.

I called ahead to schedule an appt for oil change. Lady informed me it was 1st come 1st serve.... no biggie. We arrived and immediately got our car in to be serviced. They did a SUPER GREAT JOB. We even received a FREE car wash. This is our new oil change provider. Had about a 25-35 minute wait for the car wash BUT again its FREE so not a problem at all.
They do a great job cleaning and not skimming out on doing things proper except their armor all on tires is cheap.. as soon as u drive out the wash it goes away
This place charged you an additional 3.5% for paying with your debit card. So they actually CHARGE you for spending YOUR money here! And they tell you when you are already at the cashier - so at that point you really have no choice. If the credit cards charge them a fee they should pay it. I’m sure they already i vide it in their price so why double dip. I won’t be back, it’s just a car wash.
This was a very thorough car wash, the pricing was a little bit high, however the service was good.. they do a very thorough job. And at this time take a lot of precautions to make sure nobody is spreading the virus.

Great customer service, great attention to detail. Abel and the crew have done it all for me from the best car wash, superior detail, and quick oil changes. Allwrapped in the friendly, knowledgeable, beautiful cashier when she is their (inside joke) lol. Love going here and my cars do too.
I’ve never had a problem but this time the person changing the oil spent 15 min on the phone, talked with coworkers after opening the hood. He wansn’t busy he was just on the phone talking. Then after another mechanic told him to focus he then started to change the oil, etc.
The host is great she help me to log on my account and find what i wanted done to my car this place fixed my car ac and put parts the price was great and service wonderful also great mechanics love this place thank you ana for helping me get my car done god bless.
Silverpoint car wash is a great place to get an oil change along with a car wash! I been coming here for over 10 years! The staff is friendly and the place is very organized and clean! The wait is not long at all, I love that I can get a massage in the massage chair! However, I just dropped my rating because i dont know if its a management change but I know they got new staff there. I took my car for a car wash and got the usual manager special. I must say the cleaning was horrible, I had to come home and wipe down the dashboard and reclean the window because they didnt do a good job. It seems they only took the cloth and wiped once, the bottom of the windshield window was still dusty and dirty, in which is why I went to get the car wash in the first place. The spot on the windshield that was annoying me is still there. The tire shine was not even at all only some of the tire was polished. After they wiped off my car it was still wet, I asked one of the staff to give me a cloth so I can dry my car in which I have never done before in all my years of coming here. As a local real estate agent I am disappointed in todays service and I dont know if I will be back. Im better off washing my car myself. However, I recommend this place for an oil change Were in this Together!
I went there for oil change. But someone from the shop took my credit card in my car and made some unauthorized transactions. First they try a very small amount then went to target site for more purchases. Called them back after I reported it. They told me found my cc which doesn’t make sense cause I never used my cc there. Please be careful if you decide to do any business in that location.
Very disappointed with the dishonesty at this establishment. I took my car for a oil change which they advertise as a $36.99 and free car wash. When my car was pulled into the garage I was told that since my car had a turbo that I needed a specialty filter, and that the cost would be $70.00 to change the oil. There was a line of cars behind me so I felt pressured by the associate to have it changed. Meanwhile sears across the street priced out the same oil change at $55.00.The wait to get my vehicle back was almost a hour and a half.My car was washed and vacuumed, however, someone had some white residue on there hands that got all over the interior.When I see the receipt, the oil filter was $10 dollars and they didnt even try to mention the oil was $24.00. $36.99 is for the service only, not the oil. The representative told me it was because of the filter. Very dishonest business practices, definitely not worth the time or frustration .
This is the 3th time I have an extremely bad experience with the car wash! The worst!! I wish I can show how bad and stain the windows of my car are right now! And I just was there! Not recommended at all!
Save your time and money. Took my truck into for a car wash and paid 20 dollars for the managers special, I should of just paid a dollar at the gas station and vacuumed it my self. I wasn’t expecting them to detail my car but they’d couldn’t even simply vacuum. I didn’t even want to bother with having them fix it. I never give negative reviews but this is ridiculous.
The employees are generally nice and friendly here, so I went for a car wash after a nice day out. So its towards the end of the day. When I got home, I realized that they threw out my reusable water bottle, a squeegee, and a bag of brand new clothes thats worth at least $50 thinking that all these items are garbage! Seriously?Update... called the company today and they were able to use their cameras to check and found the items in the trash. Thank you for investigating and finding the item. However, when we went to pick up the bag, the manager still tried to deflect responsibility.
Had a hand wash and detail combo #3 for about $55 plus tax. All done by Henry within 40 minutes. Car came out clean and interior was wiped but it did end up leaving an ozium smell in the car for a while. Car wax and tire shine faded within 2 days in cold sunny weather. Would come back again.
Pain free Groupon AC recharge experience here. Manny the technician was very upfront and no upsells or frills. I showed the Groupon, he took my car and my details to call me back when it was done. Went inside and the cashier redeemed the deal with no issues. They even threw in a few car wash so my car came back spotless, and with super cold AC. Would recommend these guys.
I was highly recommended this place by my friend who has been taking her car here for years and said they were an honest and friendly place. Now this review is based off of a phone call as I have not taken my car here just yet. I called and asked if I could come in on Sunday and have my car looked at as there is something going on with my exhaust. When I asked to confirm that they were open on Sunday, the girl answered me as though I asked the most ridiculous question in the world. But I digress. I explained my problem and she said she’d go get the manager quickly to confirm... ten minutes later still waiting, I get hung up on. I call back unfortunately and I’m told to bring my car another day ... but they’re open on Sunday. Smh.. I’ll go somewhere else where the receptionist has less attitude and they’re more accommodating.
This place is just not same as it used to be. Car washing service was so poorly done. Passenger side of the car has dried up soap splashes. Only come cause it’s close by and convenient but, today is the last final time.
After 5 years that iam customer at this place is the #3 time that after my carwashing i stay home and i do it my self again.....The last few months i realy dont know why this is happen....
Unlike the last review I drove up to the big ENTRANCE sign that they do have lmao anywayThis is a decent car wash they clean your car very well customer service is good but I find theyre kind of pricey. If you feel like spending an extra $10 they do apply a spray wax after that really brings out the shine.
Extremely crowded, long wait in line to get car wash. If you purchased groupon, becareful of what the guy marks on your receipt. When you go to the register to show your voucher, theyre going to make you pay the difference. The whole point of going there with the groupon voucher was not to pay extra!
Only for car wash or oil change. I used to did some fix my car and other stuff. Couple of example;I am told my oil is too black so need to clean the engine. They told for cleaning they charge 80$ and I thought it is detail process, and they just some pure cleaning oil, run the car 5 minutes and flush the oil again. And this cost 80$!!!One time I change the tire and they told me rim is dirty and need to be cleaned I said ok and charged 35$ for that, and it turns out other tire shop do this process too and not even charging money.
Me and my friend went there for regular wash and my friend paid by cash $14.14 after tax.after I gave my credit card and the lady who was in cashier told me $14.14 and she handed me 2 receipt on top was just a fake receipt to show customers that they are charging price and tax only. When I came home I checked the bottom receipt and it was. .49 cents extra for their fee. And they charged my card $14.63 not $14.14 that she told me. .49 cents is nothing but lying to customers and charging them extra fees is not fair. I paid for wash and tax . They charged this kind of small fees whenever people wanted to pay with their credit card and hand them receipt with wash and tax only.
When I pointed out some missed areas, and this was a number of areas between the hood and windows, they claim they don’t use brushes and that’s why not all the spots from bird/trees doesn’t come out. Really? Why get a car wash then? First time I had that kind of experience in a car wash.

This place charge you for using your credit card 3.5% , they dont tell you at front, is the only place I see doing this, is just unacceptable, No good business!!!

Went there today thought it would been a good experience not even close. My car went in and came right out with no attention to detail. I had to clean my car my self. Never again. And I wont ever recommend this wash to anyone.
How is it that they ask you if you’re paying cash or credit card? But if you pay cash they still charge you taxes and if you’re paying with card they add an extra $3 fee. And also make the crew drying your car get new towels, every time they dry my car I’m left with strikes on the glass and all around car.
I have been coming here for a few months. This is going to be my go to car wash forever. Price cant be beat and the service is pretty good. Pretty fast everytime I go.
I brought my wifes car there the other day for a detail. To be honest the car was a disaster and the job they did blew me away. They did an outstanding job and and made this car look brand new. Again the car was a disaster. Awesome job!
So about 2 weeks ago i came for an oil change which i have to say was great, so i decided to come for a 51 dollar ultimate car wash, not only did i leave with a cracked sideview mirror, they refused to give me my all weather mats which where mine, they refunded money, and cursed at me, i was gonna call the cops but i had to go to work; im so psst off right now, the manager showed me the video showed that they removed a mat, when i showed him my car he clearly saw there was no mat, and i didnt notice the cracked mirror till the last minute i had to leave.
Terrible management. Manager has a bad attitude and doesnt care that it takes about 45 min to get a very basic car wash
Had my car cleaned here today and they didnt even bother to vacuum or clean my rear seats. One guy that worked there was nice enough to clean it up for me.
Decent wash with good customer service in the other areas they cover. I.e oil/filter changes and small to big detailing jobs.
Great wash rims came out sparkling and car came out almost dry the guys just had to touch up with the rags and wipe the windows but very happy with this wash
Dont ever come here ever! The staff steals your belonging! I had a UNOPENED carton of cigarette in my car, right after my car wash I went home to get the carton and it was gone. I called right away to file a complaint and they told me they found the carton but when I went back to get it, they ONLY found ONE pack in the trash bin. The manager told me that NO ONE there that smokes and he only found one pack left which was a clear mystery. He wouldnt refund anything and asked me to leave. This is the worse car wash place to ever go to.
Since I have moved out of Queens, I have been disappointed with car washes in Nassau and Suffolk Counties.I wish there were more Silver Point car washes!!
The first time in this place, just passed by then want my car to be washed. But they piss me off. Charge me $32 something for the unclean wash, interior not clean at all, I have to go to the other car wash, cheaper and more responsible stuff. Dont waste your money in this terrible car wash center.

Come here all the time for an oil change and offer a free car wash but they dont put your car in line u have to get a rain check and wait on line after they try to up sell u on everything and after spending over 80 bucks now have to wait more on a car wash line always saying they are too busy.
If I could give this car wash zero I would be damaged $2000 worth of damages on my BMW and decided that they were not going to pate pay for the costs of the damages. Now I have to take legal action and all this because the owner Jose Barreiro did not want to take responsibility for... he told me to get an estimate and then when he saw the cost of the damages, he then changed his story and said it wasn’t done here.. so I guess lying is what the business stands for!!! Please anybody spare yourself from this expense and experience when all we wanted was a car wash!!!!

Went in for an oil change had to wait an hour then it turns out that the oil change isn’t the price that’s listed yea that 36.99 for an oil change plus free wash just means for the actual changing of the oil because then u have to pay an addition 24.99 for the actual oil! Way to rip people off guys!
Last time coming here. Now I I have water stains on my car. I asked are you going to dry it he said it’s just water..detailed post on yelp with pictures.

I live in LI and still go to this car wash. They are the best. My only suggestion is to go with enough time to wait bc they take their time cleaning the car well. Its worth the wait....
I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THEY CHARGE EXTRA FOR CREDIT CARDS. While I was talking to the cashier/receptionist she was already swiping my card while the manager was going adjust it. Pay cash but just because of the attitude and service I will never step foot in this place.

They give a nice car wash but This place steals like the employees literally go shopping in your car , I don’t recommend any valuables in the car I left my EarPods inside the glove compartment and when I got my car back it was gone !

It wasnt a terrible Car Wash however they left a lot of dirt on my seats they left a lot of dirt on my bumper and they didnt wipe down the car the way they should have and they appear to be very understaffed which I understand given the business climate nowadays but they were very slow to react cleaning and then cars started piling up when I was waiting to leave so they just rushed my car out without actually drying the car properly.
I have always been pleased with the service here. Little details like wiping down the inside of the trunk & blowing out the crevices with air compressor keep me coming back.I do agree the entrance could be better.
Interior was no vacuumed well, they left one window open a crack and water got into the car. They did not apply soap when washing the roof of the car causing scratches and swirl marks in paint.
This place uses laundry detergent for car wash, not sure its okay?

Over priced and the work wasnt good..to pay for the Silver Wash and still see that your floor hadnt been sufficiently vacuumed is annoying
They do a great job with detailing and a full wax. Highly recommended getting one before winter and before summer.

Avoid this place. We went to have a full service cause the BMW needed an oil change and we thought this place could do it. Our BMW broke down with no oil cause they did not do the service properly. Never coming back here again

My directional on my Jeep Wrangler was not working, I called, brought my jeep in, they fixed it right away and it only cost $10 , this was the best service I have ever received from any auto repair center ever.

The service here is super slow. You will wait at least half hour (when its not busy) for a wash.
They need to make the ENTRANCE obvious. I just went there and drove around 3 times, looking for the entrance. The only thing that was obvious was the EXIT. Ill go to a normal carwash. College Point can keep this one.

2022-07-09Been coming here for 1 year and they get the job done. Some places have extremely long lines and that’s not the case here (except sometimes) but it always moves so quick. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and my car is clean clean clean for days after. I personally have a subscription (silver wash) which makes it so easy as it’s a set price monthly for unlimited washes (1 per day). Remember to tip the guys ❤️ I’d recommend this car wash

2022-06-11Best car wash in the area!! I get a car wash at least once a week or every other week. The staff here are super friendly from the start of the car wash to the end. The girls in the front are super nice and friendly. Manny is always walking around with a smile on his face and helping out with everything. The service department here is also great. Super fast and the guys are very knowledgeable. I trust the entire staff here with my car and will not go anywhere else.

2022-06-03Came in for full detailing. My car had a splash of what looked like mud but didn’t come out with the regular wash. Spoke with manager & he used something strong to get it. Very pleasant & amazing experience every time I come. Always great customer service. Definitely worth coming to.

2022-07-07Silver Point Car Center is the best. I go there to get car washes, new tires and annual inspections. It’s a full service car center for all your car needs. Manny the manager is extremely professional and helpful. Ana is the cashier she is very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Overall it’s a great place and the prices are very affordable for good quality service.

2022-03-18This is my go to car wash in Queens. Its nice to come on a weekday. Weekends can get hectic especially with all the shopping nearby.Rates are not cheap but they do a nice enough job. They also have hand wash/detailing options.I opt for the wax and tire shine which makes the car wash last longer.

2022-04-15I come here all the time for a $95 oil change. Usually get a free car wash. They gave me a voucher because it was raining that day and I couldn’t get the car wash. I came for a car wash three times after that and forgot to use the voucher. The following week when I finally came to use it it was three days expired. They wouldn’t honor it and on top of that the girl behind the counter had a nasty attitude about it while flirting with one of the mechanics that work there.

2022-05-31I paid $69 for an ultimate wash and detail. When the car was “finished” after 30 min, I noticed some grime and dirt underneath the back latch door on the bumper. I ran my finger across it to confirm it was dirt (it was). I went to the attendant and asked him to clean the bumper again with a cloth. He instead went inside and got a manger who told me that it needed “compounding” and if he tried to clean it with a rag he would “scratch the paint”. I assumed he was kidding but he wasn’t. I said “your joking?!?!”.It sounded so ridiculous.I went home and got some paper towel with liquid soap and took off the dirt in 30 seconds.I will never use this place again.I will say, the interior is beautiful, hence the reason for the 2nd star, but the laziness and the attention to detail is lacking.
