Silver Star was absolutely fantastic! They arrived early, texted before hand and had beautiful, new cars each trip. They really provided a luxury and stress free experience. I even booked my daughters wedding service with them. Highly recommend!
We hired Silver Star to provide transportation for our June 2022 wedding weekend - for our wedding party going to our rehearsal dinner (1 shuttle bus), and wedding party and guests on our wedding day (2 shuttle buses). The Silver Star contact was helpful in planning for the right type of transportation options for our needs. The drivers showed up at the pick up locations early, and all travel went smoothly.
From the initial contact with Silver Star the process was seamless. All the vehicles were as promised, drivers were courteous and each bus showed up on site far in advance of the agreed upon time, eliminating the question are the buses here yet?. We have now used Silver Star for two weddings, would recommend to all to be the first call to book!

Where do I begin. Silver Star was easy from the second we booked them to the second that they dropped us off at our venue. What really made our experience great was our driver Eddie. He went above and beyond to make sure that our day was special. When we arrived at the church he walked me inside, blocking me to make sure that no one saw me. He even opened up the church door for my dad and I when we were ready to walk down the aisle. Once the church was over, he was waiting outside the bus for my fiancé and I with a glass of wine. Highly recommend Silver Star and even more so Eddie!
So glad we went with Silver Star for our wedding day! It was one thing I needed to just happen seamlessly on our special day and Silver Star took care of that. My driver on the way to the church even came in to the church and fluffed my train and veil before I walked down the aisle - he didn’t have to do that and it was such a kind gesture. Afterwards he poured us a champagne toast and rolled out a red carpet! The larger limo was wonderful as well. Top notch class and service all the way!

This tour was a highlight of a Christmas trip for my three daughters, my six granddaughters and me. The limo was clean, equipped with everything and anything we needed. The driver, Hans, was professional yet friendly and considerate. He was unable to pick us up at the arranged place due to traffic jams all around NYC. He kept in contact with us until we were able to meet in a convenient place for us. In the limo there was champagne for the adults and apple cider for my grands. The areas in the city we visited were festive and absolutely beautiful (perfect Christmas card photos).It was a pleasure to be able to ride to them instead of walking. Driving through Dyker Heights was the highlight. So many homes so beautifully decorated. I HIGHLY recommend this tour with this company. It was certainly worth every dollar.
We did the Holiday Lights tour and Mario was our driver. I couldnt have asked for a more lovely tour of the lights of NYC with a professional, courteous and excellent driver. Not to mention he was a great conversationalist! Lovely family holiday memories were made. Highly recommend.
My husband and I used their party bus service and Limo service for the day of my wedding. I couldn’t have asked for a better day with them. the drivers were on time and were extremely kind and professional. The party bus was one of our favorite moments of our wedding day. I had a great experience using Silver Star! I was looking to book a party bus event and I’m glad I chose to do so with Silver Star. Melissa discussed details with me over the phone after providing clear and concise quotes/info by email, which made the process really easy. They offered me great rates and the party bus was super nice/spacious. I was also able to meet with them at their lot in advance of my event to tour the bus, and confirm details at their office. Our driver Fernando was great during the event, communicated by phone prior and arrived early. He also communicated with me during the event to keep me informed on travel locations/timing. Would 10/10 recommend to friends & family, and anyone looking to book party transportation events. I plan to use Silver Star for all of my future events going forward!
Mario at Silver Star saved the day for our high school trip after the company we booked with (Go Go Charters) canceled our buses a day and a half before our trip! Mario was kind and professional as were the two drivers he sent. Buses were great!
Silver Star was the best choice for transportation for our wedding day. Miguel was early for pick ups and was super warm and friendly. He helped me with my dress and even fixed it for me before I walked down the aisle. After church, he had champagne waiting for us before we got back on the bus. Then when we had to get out in the rain, he had an umbrella ready for me and all the bridal party. I cannot say enough amazing things about Miguel and the rest of the Silver Star staff!!

Silver Star Transportation was amazing for our wedding day in July of 2021. They were so attentive to all of our needs and beyond professional! They showed up early and made sure we got to each of our destinations on time. They provided exceptional and safe service! Upon arriving at the church, both chauffeurs helped me get into the church. Before walking down the aisle, they even made sure to straighten out the long train of dress and the cathedral length veil which was catching on the churchs rug in the entryway. I truly dont know what I would have done without them! On the way to our location for taking pictures, we had 4 little boys in one of the limos who were so excited for the experience and naturally had lots of questions. The chauffeur of that limo, went out his way to keep the mirror down between him and the back so that the boys could look out the front window and he so diligently answered every one of their endless questions. Their parents could not stop thanking him for being so kind to their children and making it an unforgettable experience for them. Our limo was also amazing! They were both extremely clean without any smoke smell in them (a huge bonus)! They truly take care of their fleet which helped us easily choose them for our vendor. We loved the option of being able to plug in a phone and play our own music in the back. We even had a coach bus take guests from the hotel to the venue and back. They, once again, were on time and the bus was very clean. The drivers were kind! One of them even helped a guest with balance issues safely disembark. We could not recommend a better transportation company!

Never could I have imagined that what seem to be a very complicated back and forth, 2 day transport, across two state lines, with various stops and wait locations, could have gone so smoothly. Yamel was amazing, he offered to and took pics for us, he made a special day much less stressful with driving us in New York,. He knew side streets to take if there was construction or was blocked in some way. He got us to Carnegie Hall for our daughters med school graduation, picked us up, took us back to the college to get pictures and took the pics for us. Thank You for being there for us.

First off Mario is amazing. He was in constant correspondence with me the whole time from beginning to end. The car we got was a white Rolls Royce and it was gorgeous! He showed up almost 40 min early and waited late until we closed down the wedding! Cant praise this mans work ethic more! The company overall is in a great location to service all our needs into manhattan and is extremely reliable. What more could you ask for…. The only thing they could have done better is offer some kosher options for bottles to be cold in the car. That was a very minor detail. Rating is a real 4.99999999999!

Mario, Jeff, Manuel, Paula and everyone else we dealt with at Silver Star were excellent and extremely courteous! Silver Star handled the transportation for our wedding a couple of weeks ago and they did not disappoint! We reserved the 30 passenger party bus as well as the Rolls Royce Ghost. Both vehicles arrived early (but didnt rush us) and in pristine condition stocked with champagne, water, cups, and ice. Mario and Paula maintained communication with us throughout the weeks leading up to the wedding and made sure that our time schedule and pickup/drop-off locations were all correct prior to the wedding day. Manuel drove the party bus and was an absolute gentleman. Mario personally drove the Rolls Royce and even hopped out of the car to bring us an umbrella when it started raining after the church. Mario also snapped some of our favorite post-wedding pictures in the Rolls. They really went above and beyond to make sure our wedding transportation ran smoothly. In the Westchester area, there is no other company that can compete were their professionalism, prices, or fleet so dont even waste your time. I fully and highly recommend Silver Star and their whole staff!

I was the groom for our limo rental and I (and the entire wedding party) couldnt have been more pleased with our experience.Our driver was Ronny and he honestly made the experience so enjoyable and pleasant. Fantastic personality and was making us all laugh - just an all around fun and nice guy.The limo itself was fantastic - we got the Chevy 18 passenger and it fit our wedding party of 16 comfortably. Came with champagne, water, cups, and napkins and a full control panel to manage the lighting and the music.Ronny was promptly on time for all of our destinations. Couldnt have asked for better!

Horrible experience on the “NYC Private Holiday Lights Tour”. I wrote to the company after my experience, and since no one there could take the time to reply, Melissa, I am leaving my comment here. This company and trip is not for anyone with a disability. I asked the company to bring a step stool so I could easily get into the SUV and was told the vehicle has a built in step. It does not!!! I am partially paralized, so my son had to hoist me into the vehicle and I was injured in the process, not to mention being embarrassed. Then I asked the driver for something to drink, as my voucher mentioned beverages, and he told me he had nothing, not even bottled water, and this was a $400 trip. We were frustrated and ended our trip early in order to get something to drink, and not have to struggle to get back into the vehicle. Frustrating and expensive and very poor customer service, or they simply do not care about the disabled.
Silver Star get a 5 star rating from Cardinal Hayes Parents! And were hard to please....Paula assured me all would be in order and they were extra accommodating to our young men and their dates for their Senior Prom. No calls, the day of the event! Thats what Paula advised and I didnt have to--- our wonderful driver was on-time and the kids had a fabulous night. The driver gave the parents his telephone number to call is needed. 2022-04-05Overall the experience was great. We had to switch very last minute and were lucky to find Silver Star, who could accommodate our wedding party and our hotel guests to and from the venue. Thank you to our contact, Paula Dias, for all your help! Our driver, Fernando, was reassuringly early, polite, and knew where he was going. He had all the requested items in the limo ready to go and made us feel comfortable and relaxed as we made our way to the venue. I would definitely recommend Silver Star to anyone who is looking for transportation.

2022-05-09We used Silver Star for a class field trip. This was our first time using this company, but we will absolutely use them again. They arrived on time, and even sent a manager to make sure the trip would be successful. All of their driver’s were professional and easy to communicate with. They sent texts the morning of to let us know that the buses were en route and a separate message to let us know they arrived. The company was easy to work with, reliable, and safely transported over 200 kids for us.

2021-11-16My husband & I used Silver Star for our wedding this past weekend. They came highly recommended from a few couples, including my sister and brother in law that used them when they got married years ago. We instantly knew when we met and spoke with them (Mario and Paula) that we made the right decision. Silver Star is very professional, accommodating, and is beyond helpful the day of your wedding. We had a large party bus for the bridal party - which was so amazing! The bus was beyond spacious and clean. My parents and I got picked up in the Ghost, which was super chic looking. It’s a gorgeous car for a bride and her parents. Mario was our driver and he was so friendly, helpful, and made us feel comfortable on our way to church. He helped me with my gown (carrying my train), helped me walk to church, and he was even was on crowd control as guests were entering the ceremony. Silver Star was absolutely incredible! We’re so glad they were apart of our special day! Thank you to Mario and the whole team at Silver Star!

2022-02-01Excellent service and communication during a winter blizzard. Silver Star was able to be extremely flexible and accommodate our changes with little notice and absolutely no complications.
