Can we have an explanation on the status of Strange Fate? This publication has been overdue by 20 years and L.J. Smith has created a great storyline that I want to see the ending too. I’ve been waiting for this book since I was 12. I just want to know if it will ever be released.Sincerely,A desperate reader

Platform is dated. Made an audiobook purchase that I am not able to access. BEWARE! Do not buy audiobooks from their website. Customer service is virtually non-existent and completely unresponsive. I just want a refund.

This company publishes some fine Civil War books, especially the works of Jeffrey D. Wert. Unfortunately, their Civil War library represent only a tiny fraction of the books they publish. They seem to concentrate on the garbage that passes for fiction these days.

I just finished the Bruce Springsteen autobiography Born to Run. I literally just finished the book this morning on a stoop as the sun broke over the buildings near the corner of 7th Avenue and 9th Street in Brooklyn New York. The book was certainly an in-depth personal account about a lifetime of desire and commitment. Im only visiting my daughter in New York but I brought the book with me to finish it here. That seemed fitting since many of the chapters of the book are in and about the area. A few days ago I walked up the door at 1230 6th Ave just to see if Simon and Schuster was indeed a real and actual location. It exists. Back to the book. I really felt the content from cover to cover. I waited until I finished the book to look at the photos in the back. I guess I wanted my imagination to do its thing unaltered throughout the 500 plus pages. The last few days as the book was winding down I felt compelled to speak out. To give it a thumbs up to somebody, anybody, everybody. I wanted to report that I recognized the faith and the intention of the book. I then realized that I had really already done this, a few years ago, before the book was ever published. I submitted an entry for the Springsteen and I project. In my piece I spoke about understanding the significance of meaningful relationships and how time and time again it had always evolved in the songs and the ongoing storylines. In many ways it serves as a review and parallels the autobiography from my perspective. Its still on Youtube, its still my words, its still true. Find it, Springsteen and I by Gary Ummel.
