My husband & I love Sinapi’s Pizzeria but the prices skyrocketed overnight. A 12 count Buffalo wings used to be $12, now it’s over $15 & you only get 10 wings instead of 12. Hopefully they won’t lose more business, but unfortunately we will defiantly be going elsewhere.
My family and I eat in or get take out at least twice a week for over 10 years. We have both lunch and dinner there and have NEVER had a bad meal. We also use them to provide catered food for us when we have celebrations at our home. Simply the best Italian food you will find
This is our go to restaurant. We eat in, we take out (a lot) and when we trip up to the lake we get trays and sauces to feed us for days. Great food, pizza and people. Old Country pies, and Flag slices are some of my personal favs. 💛

Ive lived in Brewster my whole life and I very much enjoyed this place. Unfortunately after the woman at the register had a nasty attitude we wont be going there anymore. Also it was over $50 for a Sicilian pie, an extra large pie with pepperoni, and two specialty slices. When compared to other pizzerias in the area that is absurd.
Seems like it’s going down hill. Trying to give local business business but the last few times it’s been some kids of issue. Last night kinda topped the cake, ordered took well over a hour to get a pizza, wings, and soup(which is always amazing) and everything was cold. Very sad to have to microwave fresh pizza to be able to have a warm meal and the wings we just ended up throwing out because they were horrible. Hope things turn around quick because we always order from them despite the 50/50 chance of getting a attitudeNew review. Officially over this place. Called at 530 on a Sunday to get the rudest person to answer and give me a “we’re closed call tomorrow”. Every time it’s something new and we’ve tried and tried to give this local business service and it’s always something
We pre ordered to have dinner there with our 3 granddaughters and they were very accommodating...our granddaughters love the garlic knots!
Great pizza and the staff is very friendly. I was there 2 consecutive weeks in Oct 2020 in the middle of the covid pandemic and everybody was wearing masks except for the guy making the pizza. The most important person! He isnt even making the pizza in front of him. Its a low table and he has his head hovering directly over the pizza and is breathing straight down into every pie he makes and every ingredient he uses. I forgot about it when I went to order pizza the 2nd week until I got there and saw him doing it again. Completely irresponsible.
If you love pizza, youll love Sinapis.Their varied menu will make you dizzy, but thats Italian. Youll not go hungry here. The food is some of the best around and the portions are very generous. Most take doggy bags.
The woman waitress with short hair was beyond rude. When I asked her for a fountain soda she told me “I could get my own from the fridge”. We waited 35 minutes for 2 pies. Thankfully I will never return to that place and I wouldn’t suggest anyone else to unless you want to put up with nasty attitude.
Amount of chicken in chicken marsala was not worth the price of the meal. Other meals were globbed in barely melted cheese and almost no sauce. Wait time they gave was not accurate either, waited an extra half hour to pick up our food.
Sinapis has the best pizza around! Their slices are huge and they are reasonably priced. The chicken marsala pizza is amazing
This was my favorite place when I was younger and lived in the area. I moved out in 2006 and was happy to show my girlfriend my most nostalgic local eatery but was very disappointed in my visit yesterday. I walked in with a big smile on, having a great day when the woman who took my order was kind of rude for some reason. I ignored her. But I was then looking at their menu and saw they had garlic knots. Again, with an attitude, the woman claimed they didnt have any more garlic knots. Im no pizza place professional but Im not sure how they make pizza, with dough, but cant make garlic knots? I would think its the same dough but again Im not sure how pizza places work so again I didnt make a big deal about it, just went back to sit down. Then we saw Italian ices on the menu. Not having had one in years, obviously not having learned my lesson trying to speak to this woman, I went up to order one. Not surprisingly she responded again with an attitude, we havent had Italian ices in years. I would say she almost scoffed at me. Well I would say since I moved out of Brewster in 2006, Its probably been more years since I have been to this pizza place. And what if I have never been to your pizza place? Why assume that I would just know, that something that is very clearly on your menu, you havent had in years? All would have been acceptable, I am not gonna make a big deal that they are advertising things that they dont serve. But that woman has discouraged me from ever going back to my childhood favorite pizza place. I would reconsider who I had at my front counter greeting all my customers
With how few places deliver here, most dont care about their quality of food or service. Sinapi Pizzeria is the only good delivery in the area. Just make sure you specify diet or regular (it really is the only thing they get wrong sometimes). We order either a pie and mozzarella sticks or wings and ceaser salads with shrimp and chicken.
The food is always excellent and fresh - the only place that I prefer their salad over my own.
Great pizza but extremely rude waitress. The blond hair lady with the tattoo’s. Very disrespectful towards my family! How do you allow someone to work for you when they treat people like that.
Food was really good we ate at a table ( a few slices ) with waitress with left her a very generous tip.. Although when you go to pay you dont get to see the bill they send you to the counter to pay. According to the menu our bill should have been a little less than $19.00 the woman at the counter asked for a little less than $22.00 and our waitress was no where to be found.. Be careful if you go there not to be cheated
I have never been treated this disrespectfully in my life, the attending staff was so rude, I mean the lady with the tattoos!!! The bread that I was served was stone cold brought directly from the refrigerator, the cutlery was thrown on the table like I came to beg for the food, was really embarrassed, its the last time I or any member of my family will visit the place!! Good food, very rude staff! She needs to be checked!!
Great pizza, the slices are huge. Warning:slices are like 5$, but theyre really worth it. One slice will really fill you up. Great for take out, and decent dining room.
Super disappointing. I have been going here for a few years. Recently it seems their changing their pizza. The crust is way too thick and the Margarita pizza I got over the weekend was sad. Very thick slices of tomato, what appeared to be dried basil (In June???) and there is no way it was fresh mozz. for $20 a pie I expect better.I am sad to say that is the last time I will order from there.
The environment as well as the delicacies are okay but where can all these attributes lead to in the midst of rude and unprofessional customer service ethics from a tattooned female staff which I believed should be matured enough to understand customer satisfaction and relations. Todays my first experience and will be the last. Never visiting again nor encourage anyone around to visit there.
I think there under new ownership have been coming here for 20 yrs was always great. Good quality ingredients friendly staff but now totally different ordered pie last week it seemed like they par cook pies when busy and then add the topping when u call and recook totally burnt crust!! Called and said have a credit for free pie said ok thanks. Called tonight for my free pie and was told your not in the credit book!!! There shouldnt be a book you should cook food correctly in the first place well she said ok when we got it home it was undercooked had to turn on oven and reheat it! Called them and she said you just got a free pie and put me on phone w what sounded like a Mexican I said r u under new ownership he said yes i said oh really he said oh NO new owners I said ur Mexican u r new owner and hung up BEWARE its not sinapis quality anymore!!!!! !
Great food at reasonable prices. Wouldnt expect this quality and portion size at a pizzeria. I guess thats the point, its so much more than your typical pizzeria. Give it a try, youll be glad you did!

My friend just moved to Brewster and we wanted to get some pizza when we visited. Very friendly and our order was made well and in a timely fashion for a custom pie. Will definitely be stopping by here whenever Im in the area and get the urge for a good pizza.
Food is terrible. Chicken wings are all dry. Meat loaf pizza is just as dry as the chicken. And we ordered Marsala pizza and got a salad pizza..

Sinapis is a great family restaurant. Best white bean and escarole soup I have ever had. From Pizza to their great entrees, everyone loves Sinapis. They also make the best spaghetti with clam sauce, yum.
Food is good. Service is good. Prices are fair. At 730 pm on a Saturday, i thought theyd have more of a selection. Ive always liked Sinapi pizzeria in Brewster. Ill be back.Buon appetito

2021-07-30Every time I get back into NY to visit my parents I stop at Sinapis Pizzeria & Restaurant.. I will stop before I get to my parents and pick up a pie or slices. Even if I am on my way to eat a meal.All of Sinapis food is wonderful but for me their pizza is just about a perfect NY slice.I cant wait to get back there and grab a pie. I love all their toppings but there is something special about their Mushroom pies.

2022-01-09I will never order from here again. Normally Mezza Luna is our go to but, we decided to go with a little change - what a mistake. We called at 707p and ordered just a large pie with sausage and pepperoni. Such a simple order. We called at 845pm because no one delivered the pie. This pizzeria is only at most 12 mins from my home. When my husband called the woman that answered the phone asked him did they leave it at the front door? I was so disgusted with that comment. Why in the world would someone leave our pizza on the stairs and not knock was my question. We got a call a few minutes later from a young lady who was scared about coming down our development driveway. I cannot blame her honestly. Its now 9pm and we finally got our COLD pizza. It was so cold it may as well have sat outside in the snow.They need to do better and it very clear that customer service is NOT their strong point. We will be going back to Mezza Luna. Their food and service is extraordinary.
